Tyler in service is always professional and courteous with an attention to detail. Always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. I had a serious issue with my truck. He along with tech Lane were able to troubleshoot and resolve my issue quickly and showed me exactly what needed to be done. These two employees have exceptional customer service skills and were able to explain repairs in an easy to understand way.. definitely will return for service in the future and have referred several people because of the exceptional experiences.

Poor, careless service. Brought car several times to be repaired for 1.) change oil, 2.) replace light, 3.) check engine. Forgot to reset the change oil meter(had to make another appointment, which forgot second time) changed wrong lights, check engine light still on. Promised car would be cleaned for inconvenience not a huge deal but it was not. Quoted for brakes at one price evolved to a much higher amount. I don't think it was intentional but extremely careless and poor communication which created a larger problem. I would not expect this type of service from a Chevy dealer.

Very unprofessional, will leave you hanging for days with no information regarding the progress or diagnosis of your vehicle. I have brought my car back 5 times due to the check engine light being on, each time being ensured that there will be no further issue. I recently got charged $588 on a repair for a part that was only $70. Over $500 of it was in labor. Do not go here, they like to steal your moneyService: Engine repair

Very clean, courteous, and organized. Made an appointment for my truck and it was taken in right away. It was in for a standard oil, lube, and filter and changed the cabin and air filters, and rotated the tires. The only small complaint I had was that even after making an appointment, it took well over an hour for it to be completed, but it was busy that day.

I left my car in their care for an exhaust issue and an electrical problem. When i got my car back the blind spot detection was malfunctioning. It had no problems prior to entering this shop.I brought the car back, hoping they would resolve the problem as clearly something occured at their shop. However, there were no error codes. Despite visual confirmation of the issue, they wouldn't fix a problem they created.Go here if you have a newer car under warranty, otherwise find a smaller shop who won't charge you an arm and a leg for small fixes.

Can't believe it. However its true, my most recent visit was a 5 star experience. That has really boosted their rating since my earlier experiences with the sales side... Service dept... Paul, Tyler, Steve(Mechanic) do a great job.

We purchased a used Buick Cascada from Hurd and had an issue with the tires, they took care of all the details and ordered us new tires. The service is incredible, they really go the extra mile.
