I got my first car in the US here two months ago, a 2024 Buick Envista. It is just awesome and the driving experience is terrific! She drives very smoothly with excellent gas mileage, and I especially like her color and the large interior space. I also received impressive service from the seller, Ms. Desiree Boranian, from the test drive, purchasing of the car, to the insurance, and also a lot of care and advice after the purchase. Therefore, I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to any of my friends who is looking to buy a new car!

I provided one star only cause of the sales rep that took care of me, they did a great job. Promptly welcomed me as I walked in and answered all my questions I had for the car I purchased. The poor rating is due to their finance team/back office . I was at the dealership for almost 8 hours, I signed all the paper work and put my down payment. Also wired them money and showed them it was sent. As they had me wait after signing all paper work for hours. Just to confirm the transfer went through, mind you I showed them that the funds left my account. They proceeded to have me wait. At this point my time was wasted for a matter that could have been dealt with better. Definitely won t be getting another car from them or recommending any of my close friends or family. I went in there already knowing what car I wanted so would have thought the process would been faster. silly me !

My experience with Hurd service has been nothing short of impeccable. They always get me in quickly, and although I ve been working with them on a complicated issue (stemming from another dealership who will never touch it again), they have been a pleasure to deal with each time.Steve, the tech I ve been working with, has been thorough and provided me with great communication. I know it s in good hands with him and that he is doing everything he can to resolve my issues.Gabby, my service advisor, is the best in the business. She is attentive, a pleasure to deal with, and keeps me up to date with what s going on as well as following up to make sure everything has been resolved.With dealerships typically being such a nightmare to work with, these two have been a blessing. They ve earned my business for all of my GM products, and I hope to deal with Hurd Service and both of them exclusively for a long time to come.

When buying a new truck ,Chevrolet is my favorite. Recently owned a 2011 1500 Silverado now a 2023 Colorado LT. love it. The salesperson Desiree Boranian and Maggie Leverone in finance made is a breeze with the purchase process. I told Desiree I wasn t leaving unless I went home with the vehicle. They stayed to the end after closing and I went home with a new Chevy!

Just purchased a vehicle from Hurd. My experience was wonderful. Amandarose was exceptional. She, and everyone involved went above and beyond to assist me and they were also very down to Earth and friendly. I didn't feel pressured in any way. My previous car, which was paid off, was stolen from my driveway in October so I was disappointed that I would likely have another car bill. Hurd had great selection and if compared to others dealerships, had great pricing on reliable pre-owned vehicles. I left there with a car that I love with a bill I could afford. Thank you again for making the experience so easy for me after having dealt with such a theft, and long insurance process. I would recommend Hurd to anyone and I plan on going to them first in any future purchases.

Worst experience I've ever had with any business in my life. If the way i was treated is how they treat all their customers then they'll be out of business in 3 months. I've leased 3 cars in the past 4 years from Hurd and had all my servicing done there but I will never set foot in there again except to return my lease. The customer service was really the poorest I've ever experienced. I really can't even find words to describe how lousy this place treated me and how awful the overall experience was.

Both Desiree and Jeanie were amazing! They worked hard to track and keep me abreast to the matters of my vehicle; and seamless interchangeable communication with both. And when I had to come back for a second unrelated issue they were once again prompt and concerned on making sure the matter was fixed expeditiously.

I came here because I was shopping new cars as mine is getting up there in mileage. I was helped by a sales associate by the name of Desiree who was able to answer all my questions about not only the car but the whole process. She made me feel so comfortable during my visit making sure I had something to drink and gave me treats she had at her desk. She treated me like I was family! I will be returning soon to buy when I get my down payment funds. What a wonderful experience.

My daughter and I stopped in to check out their inventory. Lucky us, we met Desiree B and she was fantastic! I've never encountered a more helpful sales professional. She has been in contact since then while we make our way through the selection process, and has been a blast to work with. It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with Desiree. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. She showed me the new Chevy EV blazer and really explained it beautifully while showing me all of its great features. My lease will be up soon for my electric vehicle that I love and I think I will probably go back and check out this SUV with a test drive. I highly recommend asking for Desiree when you go in for a great experience.JLA

Desire e is amazing! She asked all the right questions and took the time to find out what I was looking for in a truck. She showed me some different options and made me to feel comfortable with my purchase. I was able to drive the truck around for a period of time to really make sure it was the vehicle I wanted before locking me in. She was quick with the paperwork and put me at ease throughout the process. . Your service department fail my truck's inspection.1. Cracked windshield. I contested and DMV passed.2 Ball joints worn. I took to another garage and they reported no play at all, they passed3 Motor mounts Other garage stated nothing wrong with mounts. passed4 control arm Other garage replaced. They deserved it.After 10 years, and 2 vehicles purchased from your lot, I can no longer trust you, and will not be back. You would have had me spend 2k+ for no reason other than your own greed.

I read the reviews on Yelp and thought there is no way this place is as bad as people say it is. I was wrong. I had an appointment today for 11 am to drive a truck on the lot. We get there a few minutes early and a salesman greets us (Reese). We tell him we have an appointment and he says he will help us. We tell him there are 2 trucks we want to drive (one Ford and one GMC). He takes the stock numbers and goes inside. 20 mins goes by and he comes back to say the Ford is being negotiated by another customer but we can still drive it. I tell him no that it s not fair to do that to someone actively trying to buy it. I ask him for the keys to the GMC and he tells me he can t find them. At this point I m still patiently waiting. He takes us inside and we sit at his desk. Fast Forward an hour and we still had not even opened the door to a truck. He walked off and we didn t see him again. We finally got up and had to leave. More than an hour without driving a truck. The sales manager never came over to introduce himself or apologize for keeping us waiting for an hour to find keys. Oh did I mention we had to go over that stupid bridge that s not working? Needless to say we won t be going back.

After much searching, we ended up at Herd, who from the phone conversations alone had just been delightful to work with. We ended up with Miss Desiree and she made our experience unbelievably un-boring!!! Anyone who has gone thru the process of buying a vehicle knows it to be lengthy and although possibly pleasant .overall a lot of sitting and hurry up and waiting .This however was no where near my experience, home girl was prepared with a beautiful smorgasbord of delightful customer service perks including natural and genuine knowledge of the vehicles , very very easy to communicate with and direct , impeccable comedic timing and ..AND .SNACKS!!!!!So if your in the market to buy a vehicle than I stronglySuggest making the decision to go visit Hurd and hang out with Desiree and have the best time while waiting to drive away in your new baby .

Giving 1 star only because I had to fir review. Hurd charges too much, they tell you you need something that you don't, and their service people make remarks that are inappropriate.I got w second option from a reputable service shop and they stated the links did not need to be replaced yet. That there was a little play in the bearings, but I had time and that they would keep checking them at future services.The service woman at Hurd scared me and said it was highly dangerous and I needed to replace the links immediately. That was NOT true! Terrible! That's why I won't go to Hurd anymore.

Hurd Auto Mall is one of if not the best place to buy a car. Aaron helped me and made sure all of my boxes were checked when getting me the right car. He walked me through everything and explained the process that happens after everything is final. There was a minor inconvenience but Aaron and the manager Mike helped me out and made sure my problem was fixed. i would 100% recommend going to Hurd.

I purchased a hard to find 23 Colorado ZR2.I drove an hour and a half to this dealership this was the easiest most relaxed transaction at a car dealership that I have experienced there was absolutely no pressure Dennis Anderson my salesman was very informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with along with their finance gentlemen I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to head to this dealership it's worth the trip FYI just be careful of the police trap getting off the highway LOL Thank you Dennis I appreciate your help

I own a local construction company in RI and from parts to sales, Hurd auto-mall has been nothing but professional. Our last new truck transaction with Desiree was incredible and hassle free. FABULOUS! From the moment I inquired online ! Erica was super prompt in getting back to me for a test drive ! She had set us up with the PHENOMENAL salesman ALEX! He had the Jeep all set waiting for us with a dealer plate on it to take it for a spin!It drove and felt great , this was the one we told Him. Alex was amazing and very patient with explaining to us the process (we had never financed before) He broke down all different payment options went as far as helping call my insurance to make sure I wasn t over charged for insurance ! Everything Alex did was amazing . I NEVER not once felt pushed to buy a car from Alex though he was AMAZING at his job . He deserves a promotion or a raise . He was so happy and bubbly and just loved to be there to help us with this investment! We will DEFINITELY be back in the future and hope ALEX will still be there !!If you are buying a car here you MUST as for ALEx!

I went in to Hurd Chevrolet and test drove a Trax as well as a used Nissan Altima. Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable about both cars, and made me feel so comfortable with the process. Car shopping can be extremely daunting and many salespeople I met during my several-weeks-long new car hunt made me feel pressured, but Aaron at Hurd stood out because he didn t do any of that. It was a great experience and I would recommend working with Aaron if you re in the market for a car. Thanks for the great service!

Right from the beginning Gabbie was professional and amazing. She did all the work for me. Fighting back and fourth with the horrendous warranty company I have. She provided me with timely updates. And she took the time to understand my situation and was empathetic with it as well. When I wasn t happy with the answer she d received, she went back to the warranty company and let them know. Only once did I have to contact the warranty company because they told her I had to. Which they claimed was false. She did everything she could and went above and beyond even down to trying to make sure I had a VIN check set up. I really do believe she did everything she could. She s definitely an asset to your team. If it wasn t for her I have no idea what I would have done. I had just started a new job and really didn t have the time to fight anyone for this and she took this massive stress off my shoulders. So thank you so much from the bottom of my heart Gabbie. You truly are wonderful!

On regular maintenance I found the tire pressures had not been checked (only 30 lbs of pressure in the rear drivers side tire) nor had a next maintenance sticker been applied to the windshield. The oil was at 100% but wonder if what was supposed to be done was actually done given the items mentioned above. Was the oil changed or topped off. Were the other fluids checked? No way to know for sure.

Personnel were pleasant AND TRIED TO BE HELPFUL.HOWEVER i BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN MAINLY BECAUSE REMOTE WAS NOT WORKING. iT WORKED FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER REPAIR BUT ONCE AGAIN IS NOT WORKING. ALSO NOW THE WINDSHIELD WASHERS ARE NOT WORKING. This car is a lemon, heated seats do not work ~ only 83,0000 miles on the car.
