My second review this year. And welldeserved 5++++ stars for quality service, communication, professionalism and knowledge of auto body process and repair.When my second car was deemed salvage by my insurance company after a sideswipe accident, CJ, Breanna and Hillview helped me understand next steps for me to make decisions about the car. You want Hillview working together with you. Exceptional work. Excellent coordination with insurance, incredible quality on repair-always.

Without a doubt, I believe Hillview Auto Body Repair to be the best anywhere in both customer service and Auto Body repair work. My 2019 Subaru looked like brand new when I picked it up at Hillview not a trace of any damage. Phenomenal. I also have to commend JR and Bianca who are so nice to work with and are a model for quality customer service. Need repair? Don t go anywhere else but Hillview Auto.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I really wanted to share my recent experiences with Hillview Autobody Shop.In a nutshell, I feel that this place has been absolutely phenomenal!! Breanna is such a delight!! I found her so easy to talk to and extremely helpful. She guided me through two very difficult situations very recently, and in total and complete honestly, I don't know what I would have done without her!! She truly is outstanding; And I feel that she went out of her way to help!! She is passionate about her job, and truly cares for her clients!! I honestly can't express the amount of gratitude to explain how much I appreciate her + how supportive, reassuring and helpful, she was/is.She demonstrated how well she knew her job, as well as her dedication to her clients. She took the time to understand all my needs and barriers, and carefully dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's, until achieving a resolution. I found that Breanna really cares that each of her clients have a good overall experience and will jump through hoops to ensure that resolution.I found that JR also went above and beyond the normal, to ensure his clients are satisfied.He really cares about his clients overall happiness as well as to ensure that he's covering all the bases of each situation.I really appreciate JR and how thorough and passionate he was about taking care of my family and my specific situation. He paid special attention to even the smallest details, which in my opinion, meant the most. Thank you so much JR!!Both Breanna and JR are truly such gifts to this automotive industry (and in my opinion, our Universe.. .)I feel that they are perfect models of how customer service, should treat and take care of their clients, after an accident, etc or when going through a hard process with a vehicle.Honestly, Never in my whole life have I ever had the blessing of working with ANY car business who actually was looking out for their clients, UNTIL Hillview Autobody Shop!!. They are phenomenal!! Both Breanna and JR are A+Plus individuals. I will never go anyplace else!I do owe a huge thank you to Diane Schettini DiNobile who referred me to Hillview Autobody at the beginning.Honestly, if this wonderful woman didn't reach out to me following my Facebook group post, to offer me some guidance, I don't know where I would be!! Before her help, I had no idea what to do next, where to turn and how I could get some help and guidance, with my damaged vehicle after a hit and run.(However, Hillview can help you through any situation with an automobile. )Thank you so much Diane!! My words can't express my gratitude to you!!Both JR and Breanna will truly be there for you. This is by far the best body shop I have used. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The quality of the repair work is excellent. When my repairs were completed my vehicle was returned to me not only repaired but completely detailed in showroom ready condition. These folks are the best.

This is the place to bring your vehicle. They have excellent customer service and an incredible team of experts to fix ANY repair needed from paint to parts. I particularly like Brianna and JR. They're the best. Bring your vehicle here you will not be disappointed.

Jr and his team are amazing. They always go way above my expectations. No one want to b in an accident but if you are in one b assured that your vehicle will look like the day u picked it up from the show room.

Best place to have your car repaired. You will not be disappointed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great attention to detail. Our car was repaired after being hit and looks as good as new.

The cleanest most professional auto body shop I've ever been inBrianna behind the desk greeted me warmly and with a smile you see my boyfriend's car had burned up the night before and she helped the insurance company get me in a brand new loaner car the following morningI'd like to thank Tom and J R for this spectacular work in hiring this young lady

My car had been in a collision where it was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of it. They fixed up the car, and cleaned the interior where my iced coffee had spilled from the collision. They also gave me a loaner car while my car was being repaired.
