My daughter just got her license and had been sharing my car so we knew it was time for a new car for me. We had hit a few dealerships in the weeks prior and had landed on a used Hyundai Sonata as my choice - more bang for my buck vs. a new, lower model of the Sonata. In perusing the web for used Sonatas, I stumbled upon a 2021 N-Line that looked like it could work for me at Grieco Hyundai in Johnston, RI (we re from Massachusetts). I had just flown back into T.F. Green and we decided to stop on our way home, just to check out our options. Donnie Chakoian greeted us at the door and the first thing my husband said was, I can tell you we re not buying a car today! How wrong we were! Donnie was friendly and attentive but not pushy like your typical car salesman. He took the time to listen to us and did what he could to make us happy. He made a couple of promises to us and made good on them, which ranks high in my book. We also enjoyed working with Carlos in financing - such a pleasure to work with him! Yesterday morning, I picked up my new baby and couldn t be more thrilled!! If you re in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend Grieco Hyundai!! Ask for Donnie!!

Great experience here! Charles and the finance manager were great to work with. I visited several dealers who promised things that, as it turned out, they could not deliver, but Charles was the first salesperson I talked to at any dealer in the area who I actually trusted and who delivered what he said he could.

I was dreading the process of buying a new car but luckily I went to the right place. I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe and the whole team at Grieco Hyundai made everything seamless and stress free. I worked with Luis who was so knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. Sam, Carlos and Mike were also fantastic as well. This is my 3rd Hyundai and this was my best experience yet! I highly recommend this dealership!

Dealerships usually get a bad rap, but Greico Hyundai was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We walked in wanting to lease a car and be able to leave with a car the same day. Despite how busy it was, Justin the sales manager greeted us and sat down with us to talk about what we wanted. Once we got basic details down, Orlando from sales sat down with us to talk numbers. He was very patient and helped answer all of our questions. He was transparent about the whole process and was able to give us a good deal on a lease. He also went through every single detail in the Santa Fe we wanted to lease, making sure we understood every feature of the vehicle. Throughout the process we were greeted by other team members such as the finance team and the managers, who were all very professional and met us with smiles.Don't forget the service team! They also deserve a mention in how thorough and well they handle cars here. They make sure your car leaves the dealership better than when you brought it in. Ryan at the service desk and James from parts helped us set us up with our PDI and additional accessories we wanted installed. They were very helpful with our questions as well.Lastly, the dealership building is impeccable. Clean, modern, and sleek. We have other family members who lease and have bought from Grieco Hyundai, and we're happy we gave them a chance. They definitely are the best dealership we've worked with.

We just purchased a 2021 Kona and we couldn t be more excited! Angel Sam Ware was the most exceptional salesman! He was kind, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions honestly! If you decide to purchase from Grieco, definitely ask for Sam! He went over and beyond to help us decide on our new vehicle! The rest of the team was awesome as well! Thank you Grieco Hyundai! This is the second car we have purchased from you!!

Recently I went to Hyundai of Johnston for a routine oil change, as well as a multi point inspection and tire rotation. I informed the service desk I believe there is a leak in my tire as I've filled it multiple times and it continues to be at least 4-5 psi off.After waiting 11:30-1:47( I was told my car for my 11:30 appt wouldn't be serviced until after lunch which at 1pm) Understanding they are a busy business, I had no quarrels and brought my phone to keep myself occupied.After getting to my car I was told by the service tech that she was told by the mechanic technition that there would be a light on if there is a leak. I thought it was odd but I felt assured they did a throughout check. I was also told my car couldn't be washed because the guy who does it was dropping someone off? The car was was honestly the least of my worries, but it would have been nice.Immediately after leaving I noticed the tire pressure was still off, even though they filled them. I took a picture leaving the lot. Less than 4 days later I get into my car with..you guessed it, a light on...at 17 psi. I called and got an appt in to go back in a SECOND time for this tire. After waiting an hour after arriving I was told I didn't have full protection for tire maintenance( which I have in my hand currently and I have full tire protection including maintenance) and that they couldn't look into it, but as a COURTESY they plugged my tire and told me all we ask if for a good survey. Having me come back twice for something I pointed out the first time wasted my time, mileage, and gas money. I asked for a phone call from the service manager, but still haven't heard from him a week later.I've never had any issues prior and I have leased vehicles from this location and have been happy with the service until now. Very disappointed in the customer service received.

From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesmen Donnie and the sales manager Mark M made the process so easy. Both of these gentleman are super knowledgeable and so helpful! I would recommend both of them to all my friends and family who are looking for a vehicle.

Our lease was up so we had to make a decision on our next step! Our current dealership was not helpful and seemed to brush us off. I spoke to Mollie at Grieco she was kind, and full of information! We were then introduced to Sam! He was so helpful, kind , patient ,and understand! A very honest guy! He listened to my wants and needs and he honestly did such a great job getting us a great deal and the vehicle we wanted! I highly recommend Sam if you are going to Grieco!

What a great experience I had at Grieco Hyundai. Salesperson Alex was super.So happy with my 2024 Hyundai Tucson.Financing was a breeze. All of the staff were very pleasant and cordial. Looking for a new car go to Grieco.

Ask for Sam. He was quick, knowledgeable, and we never felt like we were being "sold" on our deal. Great experience buying our 2023 Sonata from him and we'll be back for a Palisade real soon.

I was very pleased with my car shopping experience at Grieco Hyundai of Johnston. My salesperson, Devin B., was knowledgable and attentive. He was respectful of my time and responsive to my calls/ questions. The sales manager, Mark worked hard to ensure that I left with a vehicle that met my very specific needs at an affordable payment. The process of picking up the vehicle was simple and efficient. Carlos in finance made sure the paperwork was taken care of in a timely fashion and answered my questions clearly. Devin, Mark and Carlos took the time to listen to not only what I wanted but most importantly what I needed and this is was what I appreciated most! Thank you ALL. I look forward to working with Grieco again in the future and recommending others do as well!

Purchased my dream car from Grieco Hyundai and I have to thank Charles and Carlos in finance for having patience in this process. On the first day I did the test drive, and i told Charles that car was my dream car and Charles said he was going to do everything for me to get my dream car, he kept me informed throughout the process, how the process was going and always giving certainties that I would be able to make my dream come true!It was my first time buying a car on a dealership and Charles was the best sales person I could ask for!I highly recommend Grieco Hyundai and will definitely come here again in the future to buy another car and i hope Charles can be my sales man again!Thanks Grieco!

I had really smooth and easygoing experience with Grieco Hyundai of Johnston!Orlandooo was a wonderful help and made the process streamlined and simple. He was patient and friendly as well as understanding. He accepted my random humor and answered millions of questions. I went from checking out the car online and contacting with interest on Thursday to test driving Saturday and buying that same day. Due to my own scheduling and the holiday season, I picked up and was driving off in my new car the following Thursday! It probably could ve been quicker! But from interest to driving my new car in one week, I was impressed with the turn around. I could barely believe it happened in a blink.I m grateful for Orlando s knowledge and helpful spirit. He didn t pressure me one bit and was there for any questions or concerns I had. The dealership really handled nearly everything. Orlando was a gem of a gentleman. The staff was pleasant and sales team was always looking classy and professional. What more can you ask for when there are great valued cars and good looking men around? .. I mean good helping men haha(If Orlando s not there talk to Charles, I hear he s great ..and sure looks it) Okay..I m done now. All jokes and thirst aside, this place was very nice and so enjoyable to work with. Waiting at the dealership while paperwork was happening is quite comfortable too. They have an epic coffee drink machine so I had yummy vanilla lattes and snacks while getting papers in order. I felt comfortable and at ease to get a preowned vehicle there with their transparent one price advantage, Carfax / vehicle history reports, and thorough vehicle inspections.Thanks for your help getting into my new car Orlando, & Grieco Hyundai!

I went to Grieco and started a test drive on a car with Anthony, who was very attentive. A few weeks later I came back and purchased the car I test drove and made sure to contact Anthony regarding the whole process. From start to finish he was very helpful and made sure to walk through everything with me. If you go to Grieco, make sure to ask for Anthony.

My friend had an unfortunate start to her New Year when someone totaled her car at work. Starting the painful and unexpected car search process lead us to a couple of locations that were all about an hour or so away. One place was great, but not a good vehicle, the other dealership scammed us and wasted our time (my friend was specifically set on a newer-used Chevy Equinox make/model). Already skeptical, we met Salesman Sam Ware and he wasn't supposed to be our guy so we weren't holding our breath. But Sam, man, Sam was The Man. I had a book of questions as I am the car friend, specs of the vehicle and detailed information I wanted. What Sam didn't know, he found out. He was personable, he listened to us and he didn't treat us like the average 'girls buying a car know nothing' salesman stereotype. His brother in-law, Used Car Manager, Michael Messina, worked well with him, they gave us a great deal, reasoned with us, took our concerns and pulled the detailed maintenance report for us to make sure it aligned with what I expected out of the vehicle based on engine, transmission, tire and brake logistics. Finance guy Carlos Santos (who we thought looked like a Bill haha) was great, helped us through the process and made sure everything was explained. From the very first step in the door to taking the car home 2 days later, we were valued as much as a high-budget buyer would be and I would absolutely buy from this place in the future should I ever need a car. What a great team, what a great atmosphere. Bring your questions and knowledge, it will go a long way :)

Had a Great experience at Grieco Hyundai. Armani Marfeo was a very understanding and compassionate sales person who understood my bad credit situation. He worked hard to find the right priced vehicle and payment plan for my budget to help me increase my credit score with a reliable secure vehicle. He was very personable and a blessing to work with. Will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle from the Grieco team.

My experience with Devin was excellent! He's very knowledgeable and attentive. He made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. Orlando and Alex were also very helpful. The used car manager, Mike, made my transition into my new car very easy. He was approachable and personable and gave me a great deal! Donny Chakoian went over what my requirements were and brought out a beautiful 2024 Elantra. The whole process was so easy and such a huge difference than I had at Honda earlier that same day. Donny was very attentive to what I wanted and spent a lot of time explaining the car and the features. This was my first car I purchased and I had no clue that buying a car could be so easy as Donny had made it. Thank you so much Donny and finance manager Carlos Santos for all your help!! I absolutely love my brand new Elantra. If you want excellent customer service ask for Donny! He sold me and my grandma both new vehicles and we both had great service from Donny. Thank you again!!

Amazing car buying experience offered by Greico Hyundai. Salesman Luis went above and beyond locating my hard to find 2023 Elantra N, and getting it to Greico, all within a couple of days. On delivery day I was in and out in just an hour, and that included the test drive. All my questions were answered and I have no complaints. Will be doing all Hyundai business with Greico in the future. Very happy! If you need a Hyundai, go with Greico Hyundai of Johnston!

My wife and I bought a New Hyundai Kona today. Devin is the best salesman I have worked with. I ran him through 2 months of back and forth and he stuck to it. We got a great deal and Carlos in the finance department was great. Would definitely go back again, the biggest thing is that everyone is very laid back and no pressure. Thank you Grieco.

My son bought his first car from Grieco Hyundai of Johnston Rhode Island.After visiting the dealership and finding a car. He negotiated a deal and signed the paperwork and paid with all of his savings. On November 14, 2023 he picked up the car with temporary (30 day) registration and no title. We started calling the dealership days before the registration expired to find out when the title and registration would be delivered as he now had a new car that could not be driven!After multiple messages and phone calls, my husband persistently called various Greico employees until he finally got a response. They had failed to process the registration and title and offered a loaner vehicle for 30 days until it was processed and delivered. It is now 5 months later, and my son still does not have the registration or title to the car he purchased on November 14,2023. He is paying over $600.00/month for insurance on a car he can t drive that has been rotting in our backyard since December.We have persistently reached out to Grieco multiple times for answers and updates, but all communication went without response. Finally, my husband and son posted a negative review on a dealer website and the phone rang in less than an hour. The manager reached out to my son to see if he could rectify the situation if he would take the negative post down. He went so far as to offer him another vehicle on the lot for the same money. Two weeks of phone tag and the executive director finally called my son last night, he said he could have a refund or wait another 30-60 days for the title/registration of the original car. He then said if my son did not make a decision in 24 hours, they were going to call the police and report the loaner car as stolen!This direct threat was the last straw for me . I am not sure how a company that fails to respond to customer concerns for months can justify such unethical and intimidating behavior when they have wronged someone in such an immoral way.

Many thanks to Alex Duarte for your hard work in getting us in the vehicle we really wanted! Went in here on 10/22 and walked out the same day with a brand new 2023 Sonata! It was the color and car that we wanted and ended up with a little bit more! This is where I will be going, moving forward. Alex has been nothing short of amazing! Everyone was great but Alex worked so hard for us and he will do the same for anyone he works with! He is the only person that I will request to deal with in the future. Truly nothing against anyone else there because they are all great but Alex was just amazing!

Roy, Mario and Carlos were very professional and accommodating. No pressure from senior consultant Roy. Easy to talk to and helpful. Mario is very efficient and very patient with insurance setup and explaining car details. Mario explains everything in detail and is also very knowledgeable and efficient. As good of an experience that I could have expected. Give em a go.

These guys are so great! Bend over backwards to get you what you need to be at! Mike sales Mgr was AMAZING got the GM involved to get my deal done i can't say enough about him! Alex was great and Luis my salesman and Molly who first took my call and made appt I HIGHLY recommend them I'm so excited (BTW been with Hyundai for over 10 years..1st experience with Grieco!)
