I recently visited Greico Honda, which is a beautiful dealership located in Rhode Island. I worked with Phil, who I must say was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with! He was attentive and respectful to my needs regarding the purchase of a car. We worked well together to get the right price for the car I was interested in. I feel extremely comfortable with the price I paid and the service I received. Way to go Phil and Greico for making this purchase such a great experience!

Ray Santilli is the absolute best!!! I went to Grieco Honda to look at one particular vehicle, with no intention to purchase a vehicle at this time. The vehicle I had been interested in was no longer available. I was quite upset and disheartened. Ray suggested that I look at another vehicle since I was already there. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He put no pressure on me whatsoever. Ray has personality+. I looked at this other vehicle and fell in love. Ray asked if I would like to take a test drive. I agreed and the rest is history.I had never dealt with Grieco Honda before. Ray is the reason I purchased a car that day from Grieco Honda. I intend to recommend Ray and Grieco Honda to family members and friends. I actually intend to make future car purchases through Ray. Ray Santilli is certainly a great asset to the Grieco Honda Dealership.

We had a please of dealing with Ray at Grieco Honda. He is amazing!! I have leased and purchased a few cars in my lifetime and Ray has been wonderful. Attentive. punctual, and caring. He found a suitable option for us and we went for it. Great sales rep! He is very smart with open ears and listens to the client. Thanks Ray! Entire team has been great as well. Excellent service!

He has been very professional and extremely responsive when we have called with questions, We will definitely use him again in the future and would definitely recommend him to others. We have both had great service from the Service Department as well. A very positive overall experience at this dealership!

Ray Santilli was very professional and in my opinion one of the best salesman. He listened to me as to my requirements for my new car and helped me get the best deal.

We purchased a new vehicle last year. We bring it there for regular maintenance. Scheduled a oil change for 11 we were there till 230. Oil change and an alignment. I have a young daughter so over 3 hours for this service is unacceptable.

I vowed never to come back to this place again but I did lol. Yet again I was disappointed. 1) when scheduling service appointments they do not tell you there is a $149 fee diagnostic fee for leaving your key of day of service (even though you know what's wrong with your car) i wouldn't of mind if I was wrong. 2) depending of the service staff and if they choose to listen that you have an extended warranty to HELP you get the service done and admit they made a mistake and wronged the customer trust to come back. 3) The manager and staff could use training with how to best support a customer. This is my experience and not to say yours will be the same. Best of luck #vegan-ish

This is the third Honda I have bought from Greico. My salesman, Ray as always was fantastic. I have never had a bad experience with the service department and every one of them has always treated me very well.

After my rack n pinion went after 3 weeks of purchase. The owner, Robert Greico, Called on his personal time to make things right after being told id have to pay full price to fix. It will be taken care of for a minimal price. Thank you Robert for taking the time to call me, and make sure everything was okay. I m grateful I bought a car from the Greico family. And will only buy a car for them from now on. Thank you!!

Made an appointment and everyone was on time. Picked out a car, was out of my price range but the manager worked a deal out to accommodate my payment preferences. Took a bit of negotiating but I was there, picked out my car, drove it home same day. Car was great condition and customer service was top notch.

Very steep prices. They charge 540 to replace backup camera with 150 diagnostic fee. 700 total. My 5 years old car doesn't deserve such luxury treatment :)

Linda in the Service Center was wonderful! She listened to our problem and the issues we had with another dealer; she took a bad situation and completely turned it around for us. My girl bought a BMW there and had a problem with the air suspension and I dropped it off and 2 days later thay told me thay can't fix it and said to go to a BMW specialist and come to find out THAY have a BMW repair shop in Newport and thay wanted to DRIVE the suv there with no suspension to only ruin the suv more and thay wanted to charge 350 to scan the car when there was no lights on in the dash " check engine light " so I brought it to my mechanic in one hour he diagnosed the problem and no need for a scan the air bag had a leak and he found it with soap& water and it cost 550 to fix .the mechanic at grieco is either incompetent or just lazy .so that tells me he never looked at it and didn't care and sent us on are way .if anyone buys a car there have it independently looked at because thay overlooked the cracks in the suspension air bags when thay said thay went threw the suv .we will never buy another car from there again

Quick and efficient; they ve been out of the parts I ve needed for a couple of repairs, and the service rep has always been clear in describing whatever issues going on with my car and giving timely updates while waiting for service.
