Went to multiple dealers before I ended up here. They were helpful, honest, and got me into the car I wanted. They worked with me to find an affordable payment option over the course of a few days just to make sure I made a deal I was comfortable with. I worked directly with Ray. He was kind and courteous. The entire staff was friendly. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted and asked if you would like water or a snack, or anything at all. 5 stars. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed

We purchased a quality used car from Edison today He was friendly, courteous, no pressure sale, and answered all our questions. He knew quite a bit about the car even though it was newly acquired on the lot. Finance dept was very efficient and friendly as well. Pleased that they will handle registration considering that we live in MA and buying in RI.

Had an amazing experience buying a car here. Ray Santilli, the salesman, really works with you on giving you the best advice and getting the best price for a vehicle. He was very kind & and clear, walking me through what was needed to make a purchase. I personally recommend seeing him if you visit Grieco Honda! New car wahoo! :D

Ray was exceptional! He made my car buying experience a smooth process due to his professionalism, demeanor, and efficiency. Very knowledgable. Grieco is by far my favorite dealership. Extra shout out to Dan, the GM (best in the biz) Ricardo and Juan in finance. Great team. Go to Grieco if you want a new vehicle from a dealership that actually cares!

I had a great experience here. Christian Carrasco knew his inventory, pricing and listened to exactly what I was looking for. John Ferrell made signing the million documents and signing over all my money as easy and pleasant as it could be. Would recommend them to anyone! My car was totaled so I needed a new car quick and I went to here and they had the car I wanted but it was having work done to it and they told me to return two days later when the work was done. 2 hours before I was going to check out the car I called up to make sure we were still good. When I showed up 2 hours later they had sold the car without telling me and I had to buy the only available Accord because I needed a car. Let me tell you everyone says Hondas are great until theyve had mine. 2 months after I bought it I had a check engine light and they wanted $150 just for a diagnosis. I bought this car in 2021 and have put roughly $7,500 into it to date and I find it hard to believe none of these issues were known by them. They never even gave me a second key. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!

I had such a positive experience this past week when I purchased a new Honda HR-V at Grieco Honda. I had not purchased a new vehicle since 2012 and so much has changed. I really didn t know what I wanted to purchase. The entire staff was very pleasant and welcoming. My sales consultant, Chris Matarese, was outstanding! He was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. Chris took the time to take me on a few test rides and answered all of my questions to be sure I was making an informed decision. I m very happy with my purchase and very grateful to Chris and the Grieco team for making my car-buying experience a very positive one. I would highly recommend my family and friends to purchase or lease a vehicle from Grieco.

I recently was contacted by Kristen in sales about my interest in a Hyundai. She made an appointment with me and told me to ask for Mark. When I got there I was greeted by Donny. He said Mark asked him to meet with me. We sat and I explained to him what I was looking for. I told him I had already driven the car so it was just a matter of finance. He was quickly distracted and started telling me details about his personal life. I asked him to go talk to the manager with my offer. He said oh no need he won t except that. He then took my keys and said he was going to look at my vehicle. We again haggled about price. I asked him what he thought of my vehicle and he said he didn t look at it. At this point I knew I was done. The next day I called and spoke to Molly. I explained the situation and she said she would talk to the manager and get back to me. Needless to say never heard from her or anyone for that matter. I m happy to report that yesterday I purchased the vehicle I wanted from another dealership. I highly suggest you do not go to Greico in Johnston on Hartford avenue!

I had an amazing experience at Honda in Johnston! Edison Mercado was so kind, knowledgeable and really advocated for me based on my needs. He went above and beyond to help me with my auto insurance! I got a quote for $180 and with his tips I was able to find coverage for under $100!!! Thank you Edison and the team!

Our family took the drive from central CT out to Grieco today, where we were tended to by Dante. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and humorous, which suited our dynamic well. We came in with our hearts set on a specific car, and he had already had it pulled up to the front and ready for a test drive. The process was smooth, not stressful, and overall a great experience. Dante made a huge difference in how the day went and we were happy to work with him!

If I could I would give zero Stars especially when I'm going after two ba know your business if you can check on a better Business bureau about Greco don't forget to look at everything with a fine toothd clients that work there Carlos and Ricardo they have the spies a young single mom as well as her family and their lies and what they didn't they have bad salesman if possible there's wonderful places that will assist you in getting a car for you and your family that have a daily drive. Do not give all your money make sure you look at the agreement carefully are against those two gentlemen make sure no matter what you bring your mechanic.Do not trust those two gentlemen also the gentleman behind the bank the bank is people behind the middle counter my other associates from the Newport law will be handling them towards my client.Thank you for taking the time for reading. We reached out to the dealership to make sure the car didn t have any exterior issues such as dents or large deep scratches and if we could get a video of the car. The lady my wife spoke to never sent a video but promised the car was in new condition since it only had 19k miles. We then set up a date to see the vehicle drove for over 1 hour and got a babysitter for the kids, we arrived the car was brought out and not only did the car have dents in multiple locations, the bottom front seemed like they hit a speed bump, the passenger side had long scrapes like the car hit something and kept driving, and the rear bumper had a large dent. They promised to make it up for us and they would find exactly what we were looking for in a car auction in a couple of days and deeply discount it. It s been a week now sadly no calls, emails, or texts. Instead just a broken promise, gas money and miles put on our car, and babysitter money spent.

I had such a great experience at Grieco Honda! I worked with Ray, I came in late afternoon with no appointment, and he had me out of there in a few hours with a new Honda Civic. Ray and his team made the process so easy, they answered every question in detail and made sure this was the best fit for me. They went through all of the paperwork thoroughly as well.Often times I would be skeptical working with a salesman I don t know, but Ray is amazing! I would recommend coming to Grieco Honda and working with Ray!

We ve bought two cars from Grieco Honda so far and will absolutely be back when we need another (which hopefully won t be for quite a while ). We worked with Ray Santilli both times and couldn t have been more pleased with his service. He is professional, yet personable and helps put you at ease during what can sometimes be an overwhelming process. We highly recommend anyone in the Rhode Island community visit Grieco Honda for all their automotive needs

I bought a used Subaru Crosstrek from Grieco Honda. I instantly noticed a weird smell when I went to test drive it and was told by the salesman Donny that 'all used cars have a smell'. The smell got worse and worse, no matter how much I Febreezed the seats and used air fresheners. I finally days later discovered a trunk full of swamp water under the spare tire! They refused to bring the car in immediately to have it cleaned... I had to clean it myself, and they are giving me a complete runaround as far as getting the car back in to replace the fabric and styrofoam parts in the trunk that are filled with bacteria and mold spores. The spare tire also needs power washing as it is covered in mud and mold. They did not disclose any flood or submersion damage, and are playing it off like it's a leaky gasket around the hatch. That doesn't account for the mud and swamp water that was in the trunk!! They also did not provide me with any of the paperwork after the sale, such as the bill of sale, odometer disclosure, financing information or the carfax report. The salesman just keeps giving me a song and dance, and the General Manager is in hiding, refusing to communicate directly with me. I will be going to the RI Dealers' License and Regulations Office with a formal complaint.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I had to purchase two cars this month. Grieco was recommended by a family friend and We were set up to work Chris M. for my vehicle purchases. Chris went above and beyond, answered every question we had answered, even questions beyond his working hours was always responsive, and really felt more like a concierge than a car salesman Great professionalism by himself, and the rest of the Grieco staff. Not to mention, after weeks of our research, their vehicles were very comparable priced to other similar vehicles in the market, if not better. Make sure to ask for Chris M. For your next purchase

Purchased a brand new car at the Johnston location. The day after the contracts were signed and I left with the vehicle, I receive a call saying there s been a minor error in the paperwork and could I come back. The finance department put my trade in as a down payment rather than a payoff and I needed to either come up with an extra 3k or my payments would have to go up significantly or I could return the car. Was there for over 2 hours. I stated that I already signed a contract and they told me since the bank had an issue it voids the contract. Complete scam. I ended up with a higher payment , longer loan, my interest rate went up almost 3% AND I had to put more money down. Car was marked up 5k for market adjustment and even though it was their error it was too bad. Never again will I go to this dealership. Stay far away.

I never write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience with Ray from Grieco Honda in Johnston recently. Ray and the entire Grieco team were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly responsive to my many questions. I had done my research and shopped around and found Grieco to be fair with my trade-in value. When I walked into dealership unscheduled I was always met with a friendly welcome and staff who quickly answered my questions and got me where I needed to be. It was a such a stress free process and a pleasure to purchase a car from Grieco!

I had the best salesman helping me out! Josue was honest and I didn't feel like I was being lied to. He was one of 5 different salesman that I had worked with while searching for my car and he is the only now getting a good review from me. Everyone at Balise Honda was an absolute joke. Was staring to think that it was just a Honda company wide thing until I met Josue. Couldn't recommend him anymore. He was very knowledgable about everyone I had questions about. If you go please ask for Josue!

I had the best experience at Greico Honda with Carlos last year! Not only did he make the sale extremely smooth at the time, but a year and a half later he has been super helpful & responsive with questions I have had surrounding my warranty. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking to buy!
