Josh provided superior customer service from the very first call and throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help in a timely and comprehensive way. The repair has restored the vehicle to an excellent condition, thanks to the expertise of the team. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating, including the kind and patient representative from Richmond Rentals. Highly recommend Grieco Collision Center!

Great experience working with the claims specialist, Josh. Got rear ended and had my trunk smashed in and he was able to help work with my insurance to get the car appraised to be repaired instead of being totaled, as well as help set me with a rental while I waiting for the repairs to be made. The communication through out the process was good (I felt like I had a good understanding of what to expect early on) and the team did a great job replacing the trunk and tail lights; looks good as new. Would recommend Josh and the team.

Received not only great customer service at the Greico Collision Center but their team did a fantastic job repairing my passenger side from an accident. They have been and continue to be of help to me and i recommend them to anyone and they have a great staff with great personalities. I had my front (R) bumper replaced plus light and accessories connected. Great job looks like a brand-new car. Very detailed receipt and reasonable service time explained. Thank you for a complete collision repair.

Grieco does an amazing job! They make you feel included during the whole process. I spoke with Lisa who was handling my case and she has been a Godsend through the whole process. I did not have to worry about a thing because I knew I was in capable hands. Thank you all so much!

Update from their response - my issue is what happened or has not happened since the parts came In. The operation is disorganized, when u hear new things every day that oh it s at this dealer it s at that dealer. You know all that would need to happen so why not be honest and level set and this would be a non issue. I was sick of being surprised- back order parts came in a bumper and a wiring harness. The car then sat for two weeks and then it needed to go to Honda for the wire my harness which was not mentioned at all.- car is sitting in seekonk now waiting for calibration for the last couple of days. Not being treated with priority obviously.-almost every body shop waives deductibles and actually almost places would just cover the cost of the rental so don t throw that as you are doing me this big favor.Want to be without your car for months with dodgy updates? This is your place! They have had my car since the beginning of December and it s one thing after another. Seems nobody is a priority, they sure cashed the check for 25k to fix my car though.

My son was involved in an accident and his car was repaired at Grieco Collision. I feel compelled to write this review because the repair experience was top notch. The appraiser at Grieco worked with my insurance company to make sure every detail was attended to. In addition, I was kept informed at regular intervals as to the progress of the repairs. When I saw the vehicle once the repairs were finished I honestly couldn t believe it was the same car. It looked like it was just driven out of the factory. If you have any reason to use a collision center I highly recommend Grieco Collision. Ask for Tom Rotondo.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

My experience couldn t have been better. My 2021 car got smashed into, entire side of the car was dented and scratced, mirror hanging off.I mainly dealt with Josh; he was extremely communicative and patient. I m kind of tough to get on the phone, he always left messages and emails updating me while my car was 4 months in the shop- he always answered my calls back. Give that man a raise! I highly recommend getting your car fixed after an accident at Grieco Collision Center, they guarantee their work they are very responsive and take time to explain everything to you. My car came back to me looking brand new. Joshua Montana s was my customer service advisor and he rocks. He would update me of the progress of my car repairs and went the extra mile. I really appreciate his work ethic as well as understanding. Like I said if you need collision repairs this is the place you want to bring your car!!!!!!

I recently had a very positive experience in getting my car repairs done. Although as expected these things take time and had to wait several weeks for various reasons the customer service and regular, detailed updates I received made the process so less frustrating. Lin patience in answering my many questions was top notice and much appreciated. The car came back looking brand new and once again safe to drive. Definitely recommend there services

I honestly have to say Joshua Montanez over here at Greico Collision was PHENOMENAL not only was he respectful but HIGHLY Professional as well. Geico collision returned my 2023 Elantra in the same condition as it was the day I bought it brand new. Someone dented the back corner and side in a parking lot and didn t even leave a note. I am completely satisfied with the repair Grieco did!

This was my third time in less than 2 year period going through Grieco collision. Each time was for a different vehicle, and every time the customer service was catered to each unique situation. from Lin (Linea) being so kind and compassionate the first time when my brand new vehicle was totaled 2 months after purchasing it, she made the the whole situation less stressful for me. To the VIP treatment I received while having another vehicle repaired after a minor accident. This time around I again received nothing but the very best customer service from Lin. Again she did an amazing job, she she kept me updated every step of the way but beyond that she is such a kind and caring human being!The quality of the work done is outstanding!! It was even done before estimated date. Each time the cars were fully reconditioned, they looked brand new again! I will absolutely be back

Greico Collison was amazing ! They did everything from towing my vehicle to them to getting the job done to perfection!!!! Picked up my acura mdx today she looked brand new! Couldn't even tell she was hit. Josh handled my claim , and he was amazing as well. Totally would recommend

I will always recommend Greico Hyundai for many reasons:Customer service is always top notch. But today this review is For Josh Monta��z at the Collision center. We had my Hylander SUV repaired here. Very satisfied, no complaints. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Our Hylander looks shiny and new again!We had a loaner and every step and transaction was convenient and efficient along the way. We highly recommend this Greico Collision Center! My vehicle was in a collision and I decided to have it towed to Grieco Collision Center because of the recommendation of a friend that said they did a wonderful job with her vehicle. From the time I walked in the office, they were so nice and caring and....actually asked if we were ok. They took care of everything. I had never been in an accident before so I didn't even know where to begin. They handled everything. They told me what I needed to do and who to contact. They also explained how the insurance company will be calling me and what they will need from me. They also made sure I had a rental so I could get to work. Wonderful people there!!!!!

My experience was wonderful! I brought my car in to have my window tint removed in order to meet inspection compliance standards. They were quick, very reasonable with price, and everyone was very kind!

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. I was hit by another driver and Lin took care of just about everything for me once I received an estimate from the adjuster, including calling him back to inspect my car for damage that wasn't visible to the eye. All I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up when it was finished. It looks brand new. I highly recommend Grieco Collision Center and Lin!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I was a complete mess over damage done to my Acura! The staff at Grieco Collision took such good care of my vehicle and all my emotions! They kept me in the loop about the repair work and helped me get a rental car so I would not have to miss work or beg to borrow one from a friend or family member. I hope I never need them again but if a situation should arise, they will be my first call!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommended!!! My vehicle (2006 Mustang GT) wasn't in an accident, I simply had the painted blended. Previous owner liked hitting parking lot curbs with the front spoiler so I had that replaced and a decorative hood scoop installed. The car who I now call Little Lee (smaller version of the General Lee ) is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you to Lin and all the staff that had their involvement especially Angel who detailed it to perfection!! You guys rock!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great place to get car repair done. My 2020 Toyota highlander got hit by a deer while I driving Virginia and it damaged the front bumper on driver side. I could not believe when I went to pick up my car, it looked brand new, well clean inside and out and shine like it was from a new car garage. Josh was great as well, soft-spoken and very professional. He went out of his way to make sure that I was taking care of. I recommend this place to anyone. Fraud!!!!! Do not come here Harold the manager is a crook he will get caught! He makes fake invoices and does not have the parts put in peoples car in right !!! He charges the insurance for parts that are after market broken so people if u come here check every part that is put in he has no problem taking your money and being the biggest crook!! U will get caught soon Harold !!!
