CC was wonderful to work with. Very kind, professional, and straight forward. My husband and I explained our tough credit situation (he has no credit and I have poor credit) but we did have a down payment. He asked what vehicles we were interested in and worked with us to get us in it, while still making it affordable for us. They even put on two new tires, without us asking for it. We drove our new Jeep home later that day. We had gone to a nearby place just before coming to Gold Star and had an awful experience, so it was very refreshing to come here and be treated with kindness and respect.

Just bought a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I love it! CC and Dennis were very straight forward with how the financing works, and helped me get approved. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable car, and will be buying from here again in the future.

I just got my Ford Edge there a few days ago it s a beautiful car I LOVE IT SO MUCH, CECE was the sales rep and he was absolutely amazing to me, super outgoing, nice and helpful. He even stayed late to accommodate me to be able to pick up my new car :)!! I would definitely recommend this place!! SO FAR SO GOOD and if anything changes I ll be sure to update my review!!! YOU ROCK GOLD STARRR AUTO!!

Got a great deal on a Hyundai Sonata here. CC is a reasonable, patient and respectful salesman--seems willing to go the extra mile for you. Overall, the purchasing experience was entirely hassle-free.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! By far worst car buying experience I ve ever had. ceCe the sales rep is the most dishonest unprofessional person I ve ever done business with. I bought a vehicle from them and within four days of driving it off the lot I had smoke billowing out of the front of my car when brought to the attention of Gold star auto sales CeCe and his unqualified mechanic told me it was condensation creating steam and to Not use the AC when its hot . I then brought it to another mechanic who told me immediately what the problem was when I brought it back to CeCe because it was under warranty still he insured me they would take care of it in a timely manner and get back to me. 15 days later I decided to call the dealership when I discovered my phone number had been blocked, only after repeated visits to the dealership did I receive my car back and to my dismay the problem has not been fixed and I have been charged $700 over what it cost to fix. For your own safety and sanity stay as far away from this place as possible. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Rhode Island district attorneys office.

I'm not a fan, bought a Jeep Wrangler just about a year ago. CC gave me a copy of an out-of-state registration with the Care pack and has not addressed the issue yet I still driving with a temporary plate on very very disappointed with the service there and he blames me the car buyer has not made an attempt to get me a new registration from Massachusetts the DMV laughed at me saying they should know better to send me here with a copy Right away already had a to replace the four-wheel drive coil. The transmission shaft

I could give a 0 rating if I could have. I checked the Mazda 3 i Touring which they said is in good condition. I took it for a second opinion and found the car to have a lot of issues and an accident that was not reported. I asked for the $100 deposit back and I have not gotten the money still. I do not recommend. Especially the guy you speak when you call them over the phone. Dont waste your time.

My wife and I bought a beautiful 2012 Hyundai sonata. C C was our man whom we bought the car from . Ask for CC, they have more beautiful cars there ,get them while there hot . Thank you CC and Gold Star Auto ,we love our car

This guy CC sold us a lemon that he knew has a head gasket problem and he avoided my calls til after the 30 Warranty was done. These guys are no good in my book. I would not buy a skateboard off these people. I also noticed many poor reviews about this company has been removed. Don t be a victim like us

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra . I love this car! It's sporty and economical. Carmine, my sales person was awesome. He made every step of the process easy. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I just bought a 2010 GMC TERRAIN here. It was a good price, courteous staff and a beautiful vehicle. They had good finance options. I plan on recommending this place to all my friends and family!

Buyer Beware.... my girlfriend and I purchased a van from this place. during the first 30 days they had it atleast 20 days out of the 30. then a month after the 30 day warranty the Transmission sprag gear went and a transmission had to be replaced. a week after i get the vehicle back the warranty company they used dropped us. also my air conditioner system dont work either which they promised to fix. i will never purchase from this dealership again and would never recommend anyone does.

CC was very great to work with. He was very professional and kind. Out of all the places I went to search for cars he was the only one to kindly help me. I recommend to go see him if you re looking for a vehicle. I left Golden Star Auto extremely happy and it s all thanks to him.

Cece took care of me very well. Needed a car in a pinch after I wrecked my other one. He made the paperwork and all the red tape easy and seamless. Definitely go check them out. Awesome!

CC was just a humble and genuine person. As I recently moved to R.I. and needed a vehicle, CC listened to my concerns and just like that I drove off the lot in my new Nissan Sentra! THANK YOU CC , YOU ARE AWESOME SAUCE!!

Why didn't Mr. Miller pay asking price and get the 30 day warranty and the 3 month warranty included at asking price? Because he wanted the car at way below asking price and this happens.and they want to blame the dealer who has great reviews..

I had an incredibly pleassnt experience at Gold Star auto, the staff were knowledgable about the cars available and the showroom was spotless. CC is great to work with, would shop again.

SUPER RUDE NOT FRIENDLY. MOST OF THE CARS I LOOKED AT HAD A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON . SALES MAN CARMINE WAS SUPER UN HELP FULL ALL HE WANTED TOO DO WAS RUN MY CREDIT . I TOLD HIM THREE TIMES IM PAYING CASH . WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE
