Have brought my car here twice in the past year for body work and both times they went above and beyond to help me out and get my baby back to perfect condition. Tom and Paul are absolutely great and make the process stream line. Thanks again guys.

Recently involved in an accident with my wife and her car. They took care of my car and made it look like new! Quick turnaround time and cleaned it all up inside and out before giving it back. Totally impressed with their service!

You guys let me just start off by saying that there should be a higher rating then 5 stars . This is the 3rd time I ve had to use this shop as I just recently hit a deer. From start to finish they treated me like I was VIP (I m no where close) and they handled everything with the adjusters or any snag along the way so I didn t have to or have stress which around this time of year is alway up high, right? So not only did they do all that, but my car was done way ahead of time .. I get there to pick it up and it looks like a brand new car. I was in awe, honestly. I knew it was gonna be good but, not THAT good.. I m talking better then the day I bought it from the showroom at Lexus. The repairs are seamless, like it never happened .. and who ever details the car , somehow removed any trace of my 170lb Cane Corso ever being in there for daily rides . It looked untouched by anyone. It even had the new car smell. I don t know if they offer that service alone , but it s worth whatever charge they would charge me to have done in the future. I was already loyal to these guys to being with .. but for sayings sake because praise needs to be given I m still overly impressed every time and It s the ONLY place I will ever go, or recommend .Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

This is the best garage in the state. I got into an accident, and by the time I got there, they already had a rental waiting for me. Paul at the desk is an absolute professional, and a pleasure to work with. Their work is immaculate, and they don t cut corners. My truck was fixed beautifully, vacuumed, and washed and waxed when they called for me to pick it up. 10/10 recommend.

Casale's has been amazing to work with throughout the entire process. I was involved in a hit and run accident. They had me in a rental and a claim started the same week. I did not have to deal with insurance much at all, as they took care of any communication.I have had many bad experiences with Auto Body Shops and do not trust many people at all with my vehicles. Casale's has put an end to that! Tom and Paul were communitive for the entire duration and I always knew what was going on with my car.I will not be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else to have auto body work done.Services: Painting, Auto detailing, Auto body & trim replacement

Everything I was told about how great this garage is, is true. Fast, friendly, quality service. They handled my adjuster, coordinated loaner vehicle, and made everything seamless, after an accident with a deer. My car was in a hit and run in a parking lot and as soon as I noticed the damage I took my car to Casale s Auto Body. I had never gone through a situation like this before so I was panicking, but Tom and Paul were incredible and made me feel so much better. They were very kind, patient and supportive and helped me through the entire process. My car was fixed quickly and looks absolutely amazing. I had an unfortunate incident on 12/2 with a concrete pylon. I was leaving the parking lot of an area hospital with my partner who was diagnosed with breast cancer. We were both clearly upset when we left the facility, and with our minds dazed and foggy, neither one of us saw the structure that I would end up scraping my vehicle against as we were leaving the facility. Driving home, we stopped at Casale's, and were immediately greeted by Paul. He was friendly, polite, and professional. I brought the vehicle back to Casale's on Monday, 12/5 after filing a claim with my insurance company (another great RI company), and handed over the keys to Paul. He said I should "have the vehicle back by Christmas". On 12/20, I received a call from Paul telling me my vehicle was ready. I couldn't believe the quick turn-around. Upon picking up my vehicle, which looked in better than showroom condition, I was greeted by Paul, as well as the owner, Tom Casale. Tom is first-class all the way, friendly, polite and professional. Little did Paul or Tom know what I was going through personally, but they made this process completely stress and hassle-free for me. Tom also shares a love for the same professional sports team as me! First-class shop in every aspect, from customer service to finished product. I would recommend them to anyone, and I wish them continued success and good health!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I can t recommend this shop enough. I had been hit while my car was parked and was having a hard time dealing with insurance. A friend recommended the shop and this was probably the smoothest, easiest experience I ve ever had with car repairs. Tom and Paul are great guys who advocated for me with the insurance companies and went above and beyond. Insurance told me I had to pay for the rental and then get reimbursed. They let me know that was not legal and billed them directly which saved me a ton of hassle. When dropping off my car for the repairs, a rental was waiting for me. When dropping off the rental after the repairs were done I handed over the keys and was in my fixed car in less than 30 seconds. As expected, the repair was flawless. Not only that, they detailed my car! Please use this shop, they are awesome!!Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Amazing I ve been there twice , and I can t believe a place like this exist they go beyond your expectations and you will be surprised at the amazing beautiful result every time I got back my car it looked better now then when I bought it I will never go any where else

These guys are amazing. Was referred here from my mechanic to check out and repair some damage I got from being rear-ended. They took the car right in. Worked directly with the other person's insurance company. Arranged for a rental car for me, since the repairs took over a week. Basically handled every part of the repair and insurance for me. I didn't have to lift a finger. Paul at the front desk was super helpful. And the car came back as good as new.I would definitely recommend Casale's.

I cannot put into words how amazing this shop is, but im going to try. From Paul at the front, to Tom the owner, to all the mechanics I don't know, everyone here is amazing. Recently got into a wrong way driver accident and I immediately thought to bring my truck to them. Unfortunately this one was totaled but my previous accident they took care of everything, from dealing with insurance to the salvage yard, to explaining if anything went wrong to bring it back and they'll take care of it. They even got me a rental SUV within minutes of me being there. Ive only needed their services twice so far but next time I need someone, I'm going to Casale's!

Top notch place to go. They are super friendly and accommodating. I had called them with a concern that my car had not been fixed properly 2 years!! earlier when it had been in an accident (it had been found by the dealer during a check engine light check). They took the car in, and fixed it within a few days, provided a rental car, which they had ready for me when I got there, and didn't charge me (or the insurance company). Although it isn't so great that it wasn't fixed the first time around, I was kind of expecting that they would say that too much time had passed. They took it in, no questions asked, and did their due diligence. This is what a good company should do. All around great place!

Every aspect of my recent experience was positive. Everyone at Casale's, especially Anthony, with whom I dealt with the most, is courteous, communicative, and efficient. And most importantly, the quality of the work was impeccable. My car was returned to me looking like new, inside and out. In addition to the recent damage, they fixed a couple of older scratches and completely detailed the interior. I couldn't be happier, and I strongly recommend them.

Great body shop! Reviewed damage, coordinated with insurance co. assisted with rental car. Excellent workmanship. Communicated during whole process. Highly recommend. December 2020 still a great body shop to do business with. Had to bring in my wife's Ford Edge after someone backed into it. Casales's handled everything including making sure the other persons insurance company did not take advantage of us. They look out for you and your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Very prompt and helpful! I was guided through the claim process which was very helpful. Once my insurance adjuster went and they figured out an estimate, my car was fixed promptly and looked like new! I would highly recommend Casale's. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the process.

My car has been hit a few times this year & Casale s is the best body shop I ve worked with. They went above & beyond, repairing a couple other dings & scratches at no charge. My car was detailed to perfection when it was returned to me & they charged me less than was expected. Their service was much more prompt & thorough than when I had body work done with the original dealer.

My car was in for some repairs and from the minute I arrived and met Andrew my experience was awesome. When I got my car back the work performed was perfect and they had cleaned every inch of the car inside and out. I would highly recommend bringing your auto to Casale's for any and all of your body shop needs. thank you to Andrew and the team for making a problem into a pleasure.

Casale's delivered beautiful results and far exceeded my expectations! I called the shop and spoke to Paul to schedule a fix for my rear-ended back bumper. Upon picking up the car I found it to be in like-new condition! Great results and very friendly staff!

I have known Tom since about 2007. Our companies worked together on a daily basis. I know the shop to be very professional, respectful, and customer friendly. I have sent anyone I know that has been in an accident to see Tom. I myself recently had an incident with my own car and contacted Tom immediately,The shop tprovided me with the VIP treatment as usual. Great people and great body shop!!!

During one of the recent monsoons we experienced in New England, I was recently involved in a car accident that entirely messed up my Maserati. Nothing on its own was super severe, but basically the entire body of the car had something wrong. All 4 tires were damaged, one of them was blown out, and every panel of aluminum was either scratched or dented. It was a pretty depressing sight because I keep the car in pretty decent condition. I happened to know that Casale's auto body deals with luxury cars and wanted to make sure I went to someone who cares about their craft as much as I care about the car.I got the car back today, and the car looks brand new. No one would even know it was involved in any sort of accident, a feat I thought impossible when it was brought in to be repaired. I hope to not have another accident for another twenty years, but if I did, I would absolutely bring my car to Casale's again.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment

I've had work done here on my car twice, and both times they fixed all the damages to the point where it was basically brand new. They even had my car detailed before I picked it up. Looked all shiny and new. I highly recommend them!

The best place ever to get your body work done. Leave it to them to handle the insurance company, the bid and repairs. They have completed two major repairs on my truck and it come back better than the showroom.

Brought my car into shop and let me just say that these are the nicest people..kept me informed of everything and treated me great!! My car is in awesome condition and nice and clean!! Would recommend that if you need work go check out these guys..and a special shout out to Anthony..great customer service!!!

The first time my daughter's car was hit by another driver while parked in her friend's house we tried looking for a suitable car repair shop in Rhode Island and one that caught our attention is the Casales Auto Body and Auto Sales. I was so impressesd of their service. The service was incredibly wonderful and my daughter's car came like brand new. The next one was my son"s car which was also hit by a backing car while parked.From that time on we take our cars for services including mine whichI just took yesterday. Above all they are exceptionally friendly especially Anthony .I strongly recommend Cssales Auto Body & Auto Sale Shop.
