Asked him to confirm my own diagnosis of a radiator problem. Quoted me $1200-$1400 more than 2 other mechanics. I laughably declined. Then he asked me if I d let him replace my battery. Out of courtesy I said yes. A week later I go to pickup the car and he tried to rob me with a bill for almost $400 for a battery and undisclosed diagnostic charges for looking at my radiator that he never told me about when I dropped off the car. Maybe he s a good mechanic but there s a lot of good mechanics that charge a lot less. Save yourself some money and find a better, cheaper or more reasonably priced mechanic. He s slower than a tortoise so you get screwed on diagnostic time. Ask before hand if there s a charge to look at your car. $385 for a battery and look at the radiator is ridiculous. I called in the morning, looking for help with my car. Carrerra's called me back and told me I could bring it right in.It's a very nice business. Very clean and comfortable. Very nice, pleasant people.They very promptly diagnosed the problem but, they couldn't do the repairs because the parts were back ordered nation wide.I pickup my car and was charged about $60.00 for the diagnosis. I don't if this is a usual practice, as I have never encountered it it before and I didn't think to ask if it would be applied to the cost of repairs.This is not a negative review. I am only stating what happened.

Been going here for many years and so has my family. He is always honest and does great work. Not the least expensive option but I at least know I m getting the truth.

Honest regarding state of repairs for car instead of just trying to get me to agree to repairs for the money. Definitely recommend
