Purchased a propane tank for outdoor heater from BJs, decided to get it filled at the tire center. The manager was rude wouldn t acknowledge me when the person in front of me went to the restroom. Remind you it was only the guy ahead me (bathroom guy) and myself in line. Needs to be trained in customer service and was very rude. I must have been invisible!!!!

While driving home last night my tire pressure indicator came on. I went to the Johnston BJ's Tire center, where I had purchased the tires and the gentleman who was on was working on a car. He asked what my problem was and when I explained probably low air pressure he took care of me immediately. It took him less than 5 minutes, but for him to squeeze me in was really great of him. I was home in minutes thanks to a caring employee.I will definitely buy my next set of tires there.He deserves a big pat on the back. This is what makes great customer service.

conveniently located and is a very large store. i think they got the prime location that would have better served a plaza rather than a single store. It is a standard BJ's, have everything you want in EXTRA LARGE packages.

The tire department at BJ S in Johnston was amazing I work with the manager I believe he was his name is Tim was very understanding gave me great feedback and pick the right tires for my car I highly recommend Bj s tires in Johnston RI.
