Both the gentlemen working were incredibly helpful with giving information for both my oil and windshield wiper size. Very quick to respond and also gave extra details to the necessities. Always had a good experience coming to this location!

The store was busier than anticipated for the time of day and was not well staffed enough for the customers. I enjoy shopping at AutoZone for many of my vehicles needs but it is hard to recommend this location over others because it is often busy between both commercial and retail aspects.

I came in not knowing what I needed and how to fix my issue with my lights. Thanks to Bobby K. he helped me find what I needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful with a willingness to always help. And a special thanks to Joe Springer who went above and beyond. He was extremely patient and helped me fix my lights with hands on help and shared his knowledge so now I know how to do it myself. Joe was outside in the cold with me for 20+ minutes helping me out and always kept a positive attitude. Overall I had a great experience and will recommend this location to everyone. Thank you

Item shows in stock. Had ZERO. But had empty display box on shelf. I'll take their advice and get it at another store. Every other store in the list they showed me had one in stock. Brand new item just went on sale. If you advertise it.....STOCK IT , especially when you send 3 emails for it. The worst store in the chain Johnston RI.

I went to buy new windshield wipers and the customer service was amazing! Joe and Derrick was such a big help. They helped put my new wipers on and also cleaned the snow off my car!! They both deserve to be recognized! Thank you for making my day and providing me with the best service I've gotten in a while! They both went above and beyond. Very hard to come by!!

I went in to buy new windshield wipers and the guy that was working was so nice. I asked if he could put them on and he was very happy to do it for me. I highly recommend. Will always go back.

The parts are beginning to become less valuable should I say. Due to manufacturing defaults which is telling me having a maid in Japan oh let me correct myself Mexico the workmanship is terrible. Start looking elsewhere to purchase my auto parts and hopefully that customer service would be a lot better.

Sean was SO helpful over the phone. He was very nice and professional and gave me options which the other stores i called around did not give me. When I got to the store, Mr Thomas was super nice and made me and my mom laugh. He helped us get what we needed and nothing more. They are awesome here. 5 stars well deserved!

Needed a new battery right away and the guy behind the counter not only got me a new one, he came right out and removed the old one, a put the new one in. Very neat, very knowledgeable and very quick. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Four years ago: Very helpful staff here. They didn't try to oversell me stuff and actually helped me save money. Edited: Went back for a few more items on 5/01/2023 and Tony was super helpful.

I went here as a kid with my dad when he used to work for an artist company making metal fences and sculptures. When i seen it today, i had to come back and give it an honest five star review because the staff helped my dad out. He loved that place and the place loved him.

Absolutely awful experience. I go to AutoZone expecting the customer service reps to know about cars and the tools and parts I need to fix my car when I have questions. This guy wasn't the least bit knowledgeable. He kept saying to me. "Is this what you need?" I'm changing my injection coils and spark plugs. Basic up keep and he wasted my time.

On 5/19/22 I blew a tire in front of this AutoZone. The manager Joe came out to look at it for me and showed me why it wasn t repairable, but instead needed replacement. He told me there was a tire store up the street and then he called them for me to be sure they could help me out. Customer service above and beyond!My tire blew at 6:20 and between Joe at AutoZone and Ty at Mavis Tire, both on Hartford Avenue, I was well taken care of and on my way home by 7:30! Thank you so so so much!

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They installed my new windshield wipers for free. Also they correctly diagnosed a strange sound in my engine. It is a good feeling to be able to trust them. They also have a discount program , depending on how much you spend.

I went there to buy brake pads and rotors for my recently bought car. A gentleman named Jamie I believe helped me, explaining my options and warranty on each item. He got me in and out quickly and even helped me carry the rotors out! I definitely found my new parts store thanks!

Jose B. helped me when he did not have to. He fixed my problem in 2 minutes. Would not accept a tip. He is definitely manager material. Give this guy a raise.

I always use AutoZone for brakes and other stuff because they come with lifetime warranties unlike advance Auto. Advanced Auto only warranties brakes if they are defected not from normal wear an tear. If you are keeping the car or even doing work on them flipping them you would be smarter using AutoZone only pay once no matter how many times you swap them out you only pay once wear advance Auto you have to pay for them every time you change them. The only bad thing about AutoZone is it depends on what store you go to the one on Park Ave in Cranston is good the one on Manton Ave I won't waste my time walking into that one same thing with the one on Elmwood Ave the rest of them seem pretty decent

I can t say how much I appreciate this store. I live in Connecticut and while I was on the road, my car s overheating indicator came on. Freaking out because home is an hour and a half away, I stopped by this store, got immediate service, immediate help and advice. I didn t need to buy a thing and one of the workers, who knew a good amount about my car, refilled my coolant holder with coolant I had already bought from another store. After asking me a few questions about the issue, he gave me some advice and said if I needed anymore help to come back. His support and advice helped give me the peace of mind I needed. Thankfully I got back to Connecticut without any problems. I wish I could remember his name, but I want to thank AutoZone for hiring people like this. Side Note. While I was pulling out of the parking lot, he walked up to another customer who was having problems and immediately asked them if everything was ok and started to help.

Came in to Autozone while working on my tractor for a few items. Some out of the ordinary as it being a tractor. I was helped my Mark, I explained what I needed and what I was looking for. Mark was patient, taking the time to listen as I described what I was attempting to do.This is not the the first time Mark has been helpful in his knowledge both mechanical and product merchandise that Autozone carries to do the job. I appreciate his professionalism. Also as I was reaching for my credit and Autozone cards in my wallet, Mark noticed my military I d signifying I was a veteran, thanking me for my service. It was nice to hear Mark reply. When I asked if he was a veteran? Yes, Mark served in the Navy. I thank Autozone for the attention of Mark and others in their professional and helpful insights. Thank you again, Mark for your service to the country, as well as Autozone for employing a veteran.
