I ve been a customer at 44 Auto Concepts for about 10 years now and will never go anywhere else. The owner, Joe Camp and staff are incredible. They provide great customer , professional and exceptional service. Every time I took my vehicle there regardless of what the issues was, Joe always put a smile in my face after picking up my vehicle. 44 Auto Concepts will turn your car into a brand new vehicle and provided a cleaning service you will never find anywhere else. I have used other body shops in the past but never got the service or the treatment that I have gotten from Auto Concepts. They do fabulous work and go above and beyond for their customers. I have known Joe for 15 years now, and I would never take my vehicle anywhere else! He does immaculate work and he takes his time to make the car look brand new again just like it came back from the show room! Joe is the best at what he does and I highly recommend him! Truly a great experience getting my 2023 BMW X5 repaired. The repairs came out phenomenal!!! The staff was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication. I ve had some pretty awful experiences at bodyshops this was night and day compared to my past experiences, I would 100% go back if I need any future repairs.

I recently was in a motor vehicle accident and didn t know where to start! I called 44 auto concepts and Joe took the time to guide me through the entire process. He was extremely patient and tentative. Anytime I had questions I knew I could contact him and he would put my mind at ease! Most importantly he and his team did a superb job on my vehicle! I would highly recommend this auto body shop! You will not be disappointed.

Joe is the best guy I ve ever encountered! He is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining every thing he is doing! I ve been going to him for over 10 years, he s worked on multiple cars I ve had. First thought whenever I have a problem is let me call Joe! My cars always come out looking like showroom material! You have a problem call Joe, he will surely get it fixed for you!!!

As life happens, so do accidents, especially when you have kids. The owner, Joe, is top notch when it comes to repairing your vehicle in a timely manner. He communicates throughout the process and is quick to return your phone calls. Joe is a conscientious owner who continues to provide top notch service to his clients, time & time again. I have been going to Joe for many years, he always makes the process of getting my cars fixed easy and seamless. I know my car is in good hands and I m always pleased with the finished product, I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Most recently I brought my mother to Joe and she s beyond pleased with his work, in her words he left her car in show room condition.

Just picked up my 2024 M3 BMW from 44 Auto Conceps Inc. Joe and his crew did an awesome job. The car looks better than the day I drove it off the lot. Car was also very clean. 5 stars to Joe and the crew for outstanding service for making my car look brand new again.

I have had the pleasure of working with Joe for any of my car needs. Over the past few years I have unfortunately been in two accidents. Each time I called Joe immediately and my car came back better then new. He is prompt with responses, takes his time explaining things to me, and always makes it seamless for me to have a rental car waiting for me. Joe has even offered to help me carry things from my car into a rental. I will continue to call Joe time and time again!

Please do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. The owner Joe is shadey as they come. I brought my car to 44 concepts for front end damage and damage to both driver side doors. When my car was returned, I found numerous discrepancies. 1. The trim around the drive window was installed wrong, causing a extremely loud screeching sound when the window goes down. 2. There is over spray everywhere in both door frames. 3. Rear drive side door has a serated edge around the door from. 4. These imbeciles store the car parts inside the cars they are working on. Causing 2 puncture holes in the interior door panels. When asked about it, joe stated to me we don't store parts in cars. That is a lie. I've seen them do it first hand during the multiple visits to his shop. 5. Here's the best part, he charged my insurance company parts and did not install them on my car. Example, 350 dollar grill was not installed, 2,200 dollar headlight was not installed but my insurance was charged through joe. That is called fraud. I've made numerous attempts to contact him, at one point he told me he was having a nose procedure and then blew me off. Did not return my calls. I made a fraudulent case against him with my insurance and through the state of RI.

I went here years ago to have my left 2 doors on my car. Joe and his team did a great job, and can see they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
