If I could give this shop zero stars I would. I was sold a lemon from a private seller on Facebook, who then requested that I take the vehicle to this specific mechanic shop for repairs so the vehicle would pass its safety inspection. Valley Auto had the vehicle for over a week, and told me (without being able to present documentation) that they had replaced the front tie rod, headlight and repaired the brake system. This was a blatant lie, as the vehicle failed its safety inspection a few days later due to the tie rod and headlight not being replaced. I would recommend avoiding this shop, as this experience showed me that the mechanics are entirely unreliable and untrustworthy.

I started coming in this year and they are amazing. They aren t the type to play you if you are a girl and don t know anything about cars either. I ve been to many auto shops and have been overcharged or played. They have never done that to me, so I m very grateful. Also, the Workers are friendly and will get it DONE! They don t waste time!

Always a great experience! I don t ever feel like they are doing unnecessary work to make a quick buck. They let me know what needs repair and they fix it. Been going for years and they are always kind and efficient.

Unprofessional and unreliable people at this company. My new Nissan truck got a flat tired at 2:15p and had the bad luck of getting this towing company assigned to my roadside assistance request. Spoke to two different guys and no one showed up after waiting almost 3 hours. The first guy got taken out of the call when he was 5 minutest away from me and after us waiting 2 hrs. The second guy called me about 15 after that and said he would be arriving in about 30-40 minutes. However, the Nissan app showed him being an hour away. At that point I decided to change the tire myself even though we ended up in a bad spot to do so. We got home around 5:30p, luckily, but found another alert on the Nissan app that the 2nd guy would be another 40 minutes late, which is an hour after I spoke to the second guy. By then I had already canceled the service request. I have already informed Nissan Consumer Affairs about it so that they don't assigned this towing co. to other Nissan customers via the Nissan app. No one deserves to be stranded in their time of need. Luckily for my wife, I was with her, but others may not be so lucky. Not sure if it is just these two individuals or the entire company, but someone over there doesn't get it.Service: Tires

My Toyota Corolla was hit from behind by a food truck. The damage was extensive. Valley's not only repaired my car to pristine condition, they also worked with the insurance companies which saved me a lot of hassle. A huge thank you to Valley's auto for phenomenal service.

Unfortunately I had to use roadside assistance THREE TIMES through my insurance company after getting a blow out the day before my birthday. Insurance company contacted these guys every time and I am glad I they did. I met someone who I believe was the owner, and another younger guy who had being in the towing business for a while. By far the friendliest people I ve meet in the auto maintenance field. They took great care of my car and made me feel like they actually cared about my situation. When one guy had to come back on my birthday to relocate my car and he called to let me know he was only 10 minutes out, and even remembered it was my birthday. They definitely make you feel like family. I would recommend them over and over again.

My engine blew and the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Vally picked up my car, fixed my car at half of the cost, and got my car back to me so quickly. Vally and his team are absolutely amazing and offer great customer service! I am so happy! I definitely would recommend this place!

Vally auto is a good place to have your car or truck repaired. The owner vally is very honest. And easy to work with they have repaired both our family cars and did a great job every time . There prices are the best . And there quality of work is very good they just did a drive axle on my Dodge Avenger . And did a great job. At a much lower price then anywhere else!! I would highly recommend anybody taking there car there for service. It s a great place!!

Love these guys. The only issue is they're so good, they're always extremely busy. If you're going to get something done by then, call at least 4 or 5 days ahead of time.

Just take a look at all the positive reviews on Google.These guys are awesome.Vally did Intake Gaskets on my father's 00 Century over 7 years ago, and it's still going strong.We've been going there for years for different issues on different cars in the family, mainly for exhaust work. They never, ever, upsell, or any sleaze. We're a DIY family, so we know if we we're being screwed.Quality work at affordable prices. Don't expect a rush job. They take their time.Vally is a great guy, and a great mechanic.

This place replaced my factory turbo which was bad with a used turbo that was used had 16 k on it .... during the repaid they broke three bolts on the head gasket where the turbo attached took gouges out of the head and left silicone all over the head .... att hed used turbo without fixing damage they caused ... and with out telling me ..... the turbo came with a six month warranty. It died after 7 months .... i visited him 3 different tines to set up appointment to replace with a new turbo . He ignored me knowing the damage he causes to my vehicle .... i brought the car to dealership .... they immediately contacted me and explained what happened they could not move forward with turbo repairs because of the damaged head ..... so that needed to be replaced .... in the long run it was a better decision to replace the motor ... the dealership took pictures of damaged head emailed them to me the damage is easy to see .... i spoke with vally on the phone he attempted to place blame on dealership saying they did it to make him look bad.I just went there B showed him the pictures of the head. He said it one B B was like that... he took off the factory turbo hinself he then said i should have broght it to him before warranty ended ... it wasnt broken then and still wouldnt change the fact he damaged my head he refuses to accept responsibility for the damage after seeing pictures .... started yelling and screaming at me so ill see you in court .... i do not recommend them to touch any vehicle ...

They towed my vehicle to the wrong address. Then wouldn t admit that they did. Wouldn t tell me where they brought it. They haven t brought it to the correct address. Unprofessional and ridiculous. If they were confused on the address and company name I gave them they should have called me. What a nice way to ruin Christmas.

The young man that came to help me was very nice fix my tire without a problem my only complaint is they charge way too much to change a flat tire. If you can afford it try to get AAA

Horrible customer service and dishonest. Three of us stranded on I-195 after being struck by a pool filter that came flying off the back of a truck in front of us. They told me they could only pick up the car and 2 of us. Then wanted to store our car in their facility until 5 pm when the "traffic wouldn't be as heavy". They just wanted to charge us storage -- in what universe is there less traffic during rush hour?? Told us to hail a taxi for the 3rd person. On the interstate. Yah. OK

Vally Auto &TowingHopefully I won't need a towing again soon, but if I do I would definitely call Best Towing in East providence RI and ask for Vally the owner of Vally Auto &Towing again. . ... Called AAA and they informed me that Best Towing will arrive in approximately 1:30 to 2 hrs And I called Vally Auto he was there in 20 mins, he provided me best towing service and excellence service to fix my vehicle and the price was so cheap...

Do not bring your car here! They took my money and failed my car inspection! I took it to another service station and my car passed!!!! I was robbed, never mind the swearing and fighting between mechanics i encountered when i got there! Poor service!!!! This place sucks!!

Beware scammers did oil change they strip my oil pan screw sent emails pictures right after I got home car was leaking oil everywhere called him he just hung up that was after I did my inspection there and the state cancelled multiple inspections because he would charge to get things fixed and just patch it enough to make it down the road be extremely wary guy is a liarService: Oil change

Valley auto service did a great job on fixing my wheel hub/bearing . The service was excellent very friendly and honest ppl I would highly reccomend this auto repair shop!!!

Always get a cheaper price than any other garage near by. The people are very nice and the work is always done on time.
