I visited this establishment to replace my rear tires and have an alignment. I left the establishment, drove my car about 7 miles when the right rear tire came off the rim entirely, several lug nuts were stripped and Soto told me you just need to do it harder , after AAA and another shop told me they were stripped. The car still felt off and I was assured the car had been aligned properly when my tires were replaced. Within weeks I went to get my car inspected and was told there was no way an alignment had been done because the tie rod was excessively worn and required replacement before an alignment could have been completed. The guy who replaced my tires couldn t remember what he was supposed to be doing to the car and asked several times and I luckily didn t leave bc he was replacing the wrong tires on my car. They tried to tell me there s no way they messed up my tire, had me pay half price for another used tire, and never did the alignment that I paid for.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

These guys are cheap, but also crooks. They lie about the work they do. These guys are not honest. Take it some where else, or you ll pay for something they claimed they did, but never happened.

These guys are honest, capable and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my issue and fixed my issue quick, fast and in a hurry for a good price. They went above and beyond to help me today.Go here, you won't be disappointed. I've never reviewed a business ever but this place deserves it.
