Took my Macan gts in for 2 rear tires. They said about 45 minutes to an hour. Got it back 2.5 hours later with one mismatched lug.(found out later. They damaged mine and replaced it with a different size bolt). I always re torque my wheels after a service and couldn t get the lugs loose. Broke an 18 beaker bar and cracked my socket trying. Wheel torque should be 118 ft/lbs not whatever the highest setting on the air gun is. Just had the wheels re-balanced at another shop and found out they NEVER REMOVED THE OLD WEIGHTS prior to balancing. They just ADDED MORE WEIGHT!Thankfully, all this was only $937 dollars! NEVER GO HERE

Usually I never have a problem here. But today is a whole different story. Last week I got an oil change and a patch on my tire, the other tire needed to be completely replaced. So I ordered a new one and got a call saying it was in so I was all set it bring it in. So I get here at 10am for the tire and I was told it would be about a 4-5 hour wait. Why would you let so many people drop their cars off so that when people want to come in and wait they have to sit here all day long. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! For a 15 minute job, I had to cancel my entire day!!! Also the guy at the front desk is literally a miserable cow!

My first time experience here wasn't great. No communication at all. I had to call and bug these people just to tell me what's going on with my car. They had my car for about a week before finally telling me they don't know what's wrong with it. They told me that it must be something wrong inside the engine. I was told to take it back to my cars dealership. But if course they still charged me $150 for their diagnostic fee.

Nothing quick about this place. Had a flat tire covered under warranty. First in line and took over 3 hours to put a new tire on the rim and alignment. Terrible.

I had work done to replace a broken tie rod, the original shop replaced three of them, and informed me their alignment system was down. It was Columbus day and Quick Lane was the only shop that would do the alignment. At the time of me arriving and the truck getting looked at, the shop informed me that they would not do the alignment due to the truck needing the lower ball joints replaced and the left front wheel bearing replaced. These issues were not brought to my attention before at the original shop, I did not want these services done but as I needed the vehicle the following day and in it's current condition could not be driven for a far distance so I agreedbegrudgingly. After this I was informed that the alignment I believed would cost less than $100, after total work was included inflated to $1,322. As I needed the vehicle, despite feeling robbed, I agreed to the work and continued waiting. Then I was informed that there was an issue with my tie rod, I was confused as I just had it replaced so I inquired about it and was informed that due to the rod being ceased or something similar the mechanic cut it off without any direction from myself. Due to the rod being cut off I was informed I would have to purchase a new one at $139, the original price of the part was $78.37, I had to relent and allow them to continue the work. After everything was done the total cost was $1,676, the following day there was creaking noises coming from the truck when it hit bumps and additionally the ABS light came on and there was creaking noises when I applied my breaks. Additionally while the vehicle was being worked on I was waiting a total of 3 hours at the shop. I am having another shop inspect the vehicle for any other damage and will never go here again.

I retired 5 years ago, and I was not using my car and flying to my Florida home. I went Flood Ford to see when I was due for an Oil change, and they had taken me out of their system. I waited, and they did the works. Wow, who knew retirement would be such a change.

This is my second time using Quick lube East Greenwich and I can only say they have the best customer service reps and best service. I use to go to the Narragansett one and experienced irresponsible people that have left our cars with the tires screws undone on our way to a trip to Florida. Have lost my plates because I ve left the car parked there a few days etc we were very frustrated and now we re happy to have moved to Quick Lube East Greenwich. My work schedule is hectic and when I show up there, they do wtv it takes to help me out. Today I specially thank Joab Ferreira who went out of his way to get my car back to me.. They found the problem right away and took care of it immediately Then I received a follow up phone call from them to assure that my car was ok and that I was totally satisfied with the service. I couldn t be more satisfied with your service and will always recommend 100%! Thank you Joab Great service !

Five stars all the way! Early this month I came in for an oil change and a radiator leak was found in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The warranty paperwork lead me to believe the only way to confirm if the failure was under warranty was to visit a dealership. Although it was assumed under warranty, all local dealerships were unable to even bring in the vehicle to simply confirm this for weeks. Kenzie at the front desk should be commended for going above and beyond for both me and Quick Lane. She was able to confirm that the confirmation could be performed as well as repaired under warranty right here in East Greenwich. Where others failed to to find a resolution that helped everyone, Kenzie succeeded. I was able to get vehicle back on the road within two days, and Quick Lane was able to add to their top and bottom line. Win-Win in my book. Thank you for all your help.

Hesitant with coming here at first due to some less than great service at its sister location but this place really changed my perspective. I had to go in for a new tire, luckily it was covered under warranty. My service advisor Rich went above and beyond to find my tire which there was very little supply of natiowide. They were able to get me it within a couple days and when I arrived to pick it up serviced me right away. They also spent the time to contact the warranty center and take care of the claim. Very happy with the service here.

TWO DAYS in a row are unable to take any more customers up to SIX HOURS before their posted hours to close. Only place this has ever happened for me. If you value your time, just go somewhere else.

I called on a busy Saturday morning and Mike said to bring my car over. Chris took care of my car, we replaced the 4 tires and they gave a much better price than the dealership ($200 less) and I'm expecting a $70 rebate in the mail. Chris was very nice, knowledgeable and took care of my car as soon as I got to the store, once the car was done they called me to pick it up. I highly recommend this place.

Brandon was professional, and pleasant. Service was quick even tho on a first come first serve basis. Full services avalible. Bigger jobs by appointment Cost was exceptionally reasonable. Referred by Family...will now be my go to mechanic! Great experience even during the Covid19 pandemic. Open at 7am on Saturday too!!!

So , I had "lifetime" ceramic brake pads installed here three years ago, and now those pads were badly worn and out of warranty!!!!! How does that happen??????? I was told they don't carry those brakes anymore and the adviser that sold me that lifetime policy doesn't work there any more..really? so that's my bad? Then they wanted to replace tire pressure monitors that I don't even have. They up sold me on the oil change, saying the package price didn't include the service I needed. I've had a lot of services there and now I won't be back anymore. Flood's service dept is seriously lacking compared to other dealerships. I'm very disappointed. No integrity and transparency there...Dave G.

I showed up on a busy Saturday because I had a bolt in my tire. They didn't think they would have time since they were so busy but I really only trust them because every other place trys to rip me off. I was about to go somewhere else when the gentlemen called me back in and said they will replace the tire for me quickly if they have it. Thank god they had it and they were able to replace it for me which I was so happy because I am 7 months pregnant and a loyal customer. If you want to go somewhere you can feel comfortable and trust your not getting ripped off then this is the place to go.

I'm only giving a 1 star rating because I cannot give any less. I brought my car in for a tire change. I was told that I should change all of the tires. I agreed to that and they changed them. That same day they called me saying that there may be a leak somewhere. They said that they would drain the fluids to figure out where the leak was. I agreed to that as well. They told me that there was a slow leak and that it wouldn't be a problem if I drove it and got it fixed later. I said that would be fine and I drove it home. The next day when I was driving to work, it started to over heat on the highway and the engine light came on. The car then wouldn't start. I had the car towed to work and I called AAA. The AAA driver showed up and tried to get the car started and he wasn't successful. He checked the antifreeze and said that there was none. It was empty.Fast forward over a month later and now I have someone I trust looking at the car to solve the problem. He tells me that it's going to cost $1300 to fix. He said that there was no antifreeze in it and because it was driven that way, the car did what it did and broke down.So basically what happened was the people at Quicklane did not refill the transmission fluid (confirmed by numerous people who looked at my car) after they drained it and I drove it not knowing this and the car broke down. All this because I brought it there to have a tire replaced. Do not trust these people. They do not take accountability for messing up my car. And from the looks of the reviews, other people's cars as well.

We have been a loyal customer for over 7 years and will not be coming back here or buying our next car at Flood Ford. We have spent well over $10,000 on our 2 vehicles that we bring here for service. I had called the day before about an issue that we were having with our mini van and ask if we could bring by at 9am the next day. The service technician told that would be perfect and that he would asigned it to the right person for our issue. The next day at 9am another service technician told mywife that they were to busy and the car could not be seen. After I explained what was said to us the day before he said he would keep the car but could not promise that the car would be seen and that there was a $150 diagnostic fee. After being treated like this we decided to take our business somewhere else. They could of turned a bad experience into a better one by just say sorry for the miscommunication and said to back another day and they would wave the diagnostic fee. Instead he choose to say we were difficult and that he can't make any promises even though we were told to come by today at 9am. I have 2 kids that are coming of driving age and will not be shopping of anything at Flood Ford. They lost out on a loyal customer.

I brought my truck in for a slow leak in one of my tires, clearly could see the culprit. While waiting they told me I had a rear backup light out and did I want them to replace it, I knew this light was out and told them yes. After the tire was pulled they brought me out in the shop to show me I actually had 3 items stuck in my tire one they were concerned about being able to patch as it was close to the sidewall and wanted my permission to pull it out to see if it leaks because it may not be patchable and could mean I would have to replace the tire. I gave them permission to pull object.Later I am told truck is all set and when I go to pay they tell me 2 of the 3 items did not puncture through the tire and that my back up light was unplugged and didn t need a new bulb. I paid for only a single patch and left.So my experience was good and I felt they were upfront and honest with me.

Went in for The Works mainly for the purpose of an oil change and was told there would be a wait of 2.5hrs. When I received the car once all the work was done I noticed it was far dirtier than when it had gone in. After pointing out all of the greasy hand prints and such they agreed to wash the car. Once the car was washed I did a small walk-around and concluded that the wash consisted of maybe a hose down and the car was still as dirty as before. Very disappointed with the amount of effort and care put into such a simple job.Service: Oil change

Great experience. Was leary because I didn't understand they were owned by Flood Ford but it was as simple as bring it to Flood. They are hooked into same computer, have all your information, service records and plans, ect.. Came exactly as advertised. Said first come first serve, open until 7 pm last night (Friday). I dropped car off at 6 pm with a flat and other tires having that low pressure notice, they called at 8 am this morning to say tire couldn't be plugged but I have the tire care. I had also asked to get fluids, make sure it was ready for winter, etc.. said they only needed to change oil and some filter and that was covered on my service plan, called at 10 am to say I could pick up car. Perfect, couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend...

The girl that waited on me was very nice. However, I was there over 3 hours for an oil change. When I first stopped by I was told they don't take appointments. But several people who showed up while I was waiting either had or were given an appointment.

Reasonable prices, quick like the name says, can t complain, stopped in with no appointment and got oil changed and tires rotated in under 45 minutes. Definitely beats the GMC dealer who makes you an appointment for 9am, cause apparently I don t work, and I sit there for 3.5 hrs waiting for what I know takes 45 minutes!

I brought my car in for four new tires. They gave me several options and worked with me to find the best options in my price range. They were all very friendly and the service was done promptly and on time. I will definitely go back again. Great service all around.

I'm very disappointed with the false information that was told to us. I gave this place a call about what their hours are and if an appointment is needed for an oil change. They told me what their hours are and that there is no appointment needed for an oil change just like the website says. My mom goes for an oil change around 5-5:30 on a weekday and told her that they're closed at 6pm when the man that spoke to me on the phone said they close at 7pm and so does the website. Then they also told her that she needs to make an appointment. She was so upset to have had to drive there and see that they could not do it for her.

I brought my vehicle here for the second time for an oil change. The First time I brought it here, they did a tire rotation and didn t tighten the lug nuts and my tire almost fell off. I thought, everyone makes mistakes so I decided to give them a second chance but again the mechanics hadn t tightened my lug nuts. My tire almost fell off, I m very disappointed and scared to bring my vehicle there again. If you Decide to give them a chance, make sure Oh hey don t do tire rotation!
