The best place for your car or truck to get fixed. They are wonderful mechanics , and they care about their customers. Honest , up front with estimates. I recommend them for the best prices and work ethic in Cumberland.

I realize I had some routine maintenance done on my car but have to say that I was extremely impressed with the service I got today.I called over 6 months ago for an estimate which Andrew honored and added on some extra work for him that cost me not one cent over the estimate. That's hard to come by these days with people gouging customers.This is my 1st time using them but will give them my business again. Highly recommend!

My inner voice told me to bring my car to RAS. (Plus reading all of the positive reviews.) BEST choice I had made!!! Andrew is very professional. He explains it all. He doesn't take advantage of females either. (Like some other dishonest businesses do.) He also doesn't talk down to females either. He's very respectful! I'm taking my car there for other repairs in my future, as well. He's very trustworthy.Services: A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Just want to say Thanks to these guys for helping me out today.I basically showed up at their shop unannounced looking for help because Jiffy lube destroyed my drain plug from a recent oil change and I had no oil in my truck 2020 f150.They were nice enough to stop what they were doing to throw my truck on the lift and put a new one in. They told me I didn t have to pay because it only took 20 mins but I insisted this could ve been a costly situation had I not this fixed. Will be getting my oil changed as well as any other car service done here from now on. Thanks again guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They make your car purr in the good way.Used this place for the first time after reading the reviews and in search for a new mechanic that wasn t the dealership. Dealership said I needed a new exhaust but RAS ran an engine light test and found it was the valve cover. Thanks for saving me thousands in repairs and can t wait to use this place again when I need too.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my wife's RX 350 for a host of maintenance and tires. Was impressed with Andrew's open-minded demeanor and honesty. I asked him why the business didn't have his name on it, it should! They saved us hundreds of dollars over the Lexus dealership. The car was delivered on time without any excuses. Would highly recommend this business.

Rick's Auto Service in Cumberland was great to work with for general maintenance on my GMC Acadia. The owner/manager carries on the tradition of on-time and honest service. There are other reputable auto repair shops in the area to be sure. But as I was paying my bill, and I just said politely, "see you soon", he said "hopefully not TOO soon" with a smile and I knew what he meant.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Andrew the owner of Rick's auto is professional, reasonable and very knowledgeable. He will be honest in regards to what repairs need to be done and which do not. It is so difficult to find a honest yet great mechanic and I must say with Andrew and his staff I have finally found my mechanic for life!!!!John P

My van was having transmission issues and knowing that fixing it could've cost $3000, I was worried, being at the mercy of the mechanic, not knowing if they would take advantage for a few extra $'s. I was extremely happy when I got the call that it was low on fluid and all set! I would trust this place time and time again. Thank you for the honest service, very much appreciated!!!

Best around. Honest, timely, and priced lower than anyone else in town. I recommend Andrew to all of my customers. I've had everything from oil changes to having my head's retapped done here without a glitch. 5 stars all day long.

I've taken my car and my wife's car there several times, both well over a hundred thousand miles on them. He has always been very reasonably priced and honest, and even has made suggestions about things that might not need to be done even though they would make him money. I don't know what the one Stars about but everyone I know it was gone there has been extremely happy.

Can't really have a say on this because my car was totaled in the middle of the night and was told Rick's, my GPS brought me there in Cumberland but my car was at the Rick's in Wonsocket, anyway they were very helpful setting the record straight!
