Guy was rude of the phone trying to make me feel stupid and there lift ruined my alignment could have passed me on inspection tried to sell me tires after driving a week my tires were bald because of the unaligned tires

Great service and all of the employees are excellent. They explain everything to you and always thoroughly check your vehicle to ensure there are no other issues. They have my business for life.

EDIT TO REVIEW: While I've had several good interactions with Northtek, this past week I had a poor experience that has stuck with me enough to come back and update this review down to 2 stars from 5. I'm not sure if I was dealing with a newer employee or just someone I haven't met yet, but the gentleman that handled my routine oil change came off incredibly condescending and rude, typical talk down to a female in a auto-shop vibe - which is NOT what I have experienced here before (and why I loved it!). After inspecting my car he identified that I need new brakes and tires, no problem - I want this type of info which is why I take my car to a place like this and not Valvoline for oil changes. Obviously I wasn't prepared to do all this same day so when I picked my car up I wanted to ask a few questions about process for getting this service work scheduled - without getting into specifics, the gentleman was simply rude, acting as if me asking questions was an inconvenience to him, he was unhelpful and clearly didn't want me to book the work with him even though I really wanted to keep these services within Northtek. I left the whole interaction feeling so belittled. My husband and a friend had noted when they've called Northtek before they were treated rudely over the phone, my guess is they were talking to this guy. It's really unfortunate, I loved having a solid auto shop nearby with kind/honest employees - no longer as I am finding a new shop to do this work.--OLD REVIEW:I had a great experience here today! Due to my poor planning I was in a real pinch to get an inspection sticker - Matt was able to fit me in and was incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole crew was great and efficient and straightforward with pricing. I will certainly be back!

First time going to this service station. Had made an appointment a week prior. My brakes had started squealing. I was introduced to the man who would be working on my small truck. He explained with my model vehicle that he had a concern. He asked to test drive it so he could understand what I have been experiencing. When he arrived back we talked further to better determine the scope. I recently found I was going out of state and had a few other issues I wanted resolved before a long drive. Each request was met with a smile and he was happy to assist. They even checked all the fluid levels for me.The men were pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. The final prices was reasonable and my wait was not very long. So happy to find a decent place for repair work. They will soon be inspecting vehicles too.

I brought my car in because it wasn t driving right. Well, Matt calls me and says after inspecting it that the problem is related to a repair they did a few months ago. He apologized and fixed the issue without charging me! I would never have known and he could have made up a story. He owned it and I thanked him for his honesty. Obviously I ll continue to bring my vehicles there for repairs. Thanks Matt and thanks Northtek!

I have been taking our cars to Northtek for 5 years for regular maintenance, new tires and a variety of services. They have been so good to me and my family. They are trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and they take the time to explain things. I normally dread bringing my car for service to the dealership since they tend to talk down to me and give me attitude. Blaise and his team treat us with kindness and respect and that can be hard to find nowadays.

Amazing place! No anxiety when I go because I know I'm going to get honest and reliable service at a very fair price! I have had a few visits now and every time I have been very pleased with the outcome. Fast too! Staff is very professional and hardworking. Ask for Blais! Northtek is a stand up honest and reliable automotive repair shop. Strongly recommend!

Excellent shop. Very professional operation. You will not find a cleaner, more organized service center in the area. Prices are fair and competitive. Work expertly done. Great resource for the Cumberland area. I highly recommend this place.

My Number one shop now. I've been to other shops and Mike and his team here have great customer service and take the time to talk and show you what's going on with your vehicle. State Inspection ,oil changes , tires you name it they can do it. Highly Recommend!!!!

These guys are awesome!! I had an emergency situation with my exhaust where a couple of bolts broke off. I did not have the tools to make repairs myself so I called the guys at Northtek to see if they could help me out with what I called an easy fix. They had me come down and put my Jeep on the lift and noticed not only two bolts broke but two other exhaust bolts broke on the other side. They worked like doctors in an operating room handing torches, tools back and forth to each other, they were like a fine tuned machine get the job done. They had the repairs done in less than 30 minutes and I couldn t be more grateful for their service. They officially have a new loyal customer and I m happy I made the call. They were very courteous and efficient. They had may brakes and inspection done in less the 2 hours. I will go back to have anything I need done to my vehicle without hesitation! Thanks guys

My daughter experienced a tire blow out on the highway on Saturday. I called over to the guys at northtek and they took her right in an hour before closing. Blais and the crew are great. Thank you

Do not trust these guys! I pulled in there Thursday afternoon because my car broke down as I was coming off of 295. One of them came out to take a look. Cylinder 1 spark plug and coil had been ejected from the motor. He basically told me that I had two choices. I could either replace the whole engine or sell the car for scrap, and offered me $90 for it. I took the car to another garage today, and they fixed it for less than $300. Do not trust these guys!

Great place to have your car serviced. On different occasions I have had brakes, tires and struts replaced. They are honest, fast and affordable.

Not many mechanics around like these guys. Mike gives it to me straight - I drive all the way from Massachusetts for him and his team to work on my car. I won't go anywhere else.

Severly overcharged for a simple one hour job.I wouldn't recommend this place charged 3 times what job should of cost. Took advantage of hard working mother..

This place sucks. They did not notice that my brakes were worn down to nothing and I was driving around with little to no brakes for 3 months.
