Very respectful and courteous. Very fair pricing on parts and labor required. Most places would have charged 5 times what they did. Highly recommend

Daron loves his job and it shows through his work. I desperately needed new tire covers and he informed of where to get them and come back so I can get them put in. It took no longer than 3 minutes for him to do, and he was professional through the whole process. Highly recommend!

I got nothing but amazing service from the employees at Monro. I went in without an appointment for an inspection and they took me in immediately because they had a small spot between appointments. Any place could have turned me away and said to come back with an appointment.Very quick and efficient service on my inspection.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. It's a clown show. I took my electric vehicle here for 3 years. But when I made my appointment the manager told me he needed to check to make sure they could take an electric car and he would call me back. Never called me back. Took my car in, he said everything was good. Two hours later he calls me to ask me if I have hockey pucks to lift my car with. Why would I have equipment you're supposed to have to lift my car?? Are you going to ask me to bring my socket wrench too? So he said they couldn't do my car. Could have told me anytime between when I made the appt and before I brought it in but instead waited until 2 hours after I take it in, when I needed the tires swapped before a road trip we were taking the next day. Totally left me hanging. I've spread the word with family and friends and none of us will be taking our cars to Monro anymore. There are more professional places than this.

Picked up a nail at the end of a drive from Brooklyn to Rhode Island. Pulled in here at 6 and these guys got me squared away with quality replacements (both rear tires) in less than an hour. Very prompt and courteous service. Highly recommended.

Monro came through for me big time. I just set off to return home ( 5 hrs away) when my tire pressure light came on. Stopped in to Monro in hopes that they could take a look. They were extremely busy given it was a holiday weekend. They fit me in and made sure the tires were ok for my long trek home and they didn t charge me anything-unheard of these days. Thank you to Darren for taking care of me. Greatly appreciated!

Went for an inspection, 20 minutes and 55 bucks later and I was out of there. Quick and efficient. Employess were kind and accomodating. Would recommend.

I did trust you with my vehicle four years ago. I went to you religiously for just about everything. Then you told me that the noise that I was hearing when accelerating was due to my floormat getting caught up on the gas pedal and creating a sound that apparently only I could hear. You basically dismissed my claims. Well the sound only got louder over time and now I am being told that I need a new torque converter on my transmission. It could have been fixed possibly if it had been caught sooner. I stopped going to you after that, and I m glad I did because you obviously not only cost me a ton of money but you didn t do me any favors either.Perhaps it s because you re simply not qualified to be anything more than tire changers.

I used to go to Pawtucket Monroe. Never had any bad experiences. Recently started going to the Cumberland location for my oil changes. Everyone is very nice. Prices are reasonable. So far, so good !

Waited over two hours to do an alignment, they didn t even touch the car. What was the point of the appointment that I made then? Most places charge 99$ for the front alignment and I paid 140$. Wasted my day and couldn t get anything done!!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and the service was wonderful. The staff was courteous and friendly, and I greatly appreciated their honesty. They did a thorough inspection, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good shape. I will definitely return for future services.

First time visit to this location the customer service was exceptional and they took me as a walk in at 5:15p on a Saturdayfor an oil change. I will definitely be traveling out of my way to continue service at this location!!

Set up an appointment thru Amazon to have my tire purchase installed. Easy process from start to finish, and the time frame till service completion was right as well. The manager and his employee were friendly and helpful. I would return to this location again for tire service.

I must say I was quite impressed with my experience at Munroe tire. On arrival, went inside and was promptly attended to. There were extremely busy and did not have any openings for an inspection. I explained to Rafael I was In a jam for time. My registration was going to be suspended if I didn t get an inspection sticker by today. Instead of turning me away, Rafael understand it was imperative for me to get it done today, so he juggled some things around to get it inspected!! It was refreshing to be treated with respect and professionalism, as the 2 previous locations I tried were rude and dismissive!! On another positive note I wasIntroduced to the Technician (Nate) whom would be working on my vehicle. Nate gave me the run down on the electrical and mechanical performance of my vehicle, as well as future recommendations. He definitely made me feel confident and comfortable in my decision to bring my car here. Bottomline, I was treated properly and will be returning.

Great service, very professional and honest, they gave me different options for my needed repairs, explained everything clearly and didn't try to over sell me. My car feels great now! I highly recommend Monro in Cumberland, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great service. Check engine light came on and they were able to check it out the next day after I called. Needed a good deal of work which they were able to do the next business day. Check engine light flicked back on a day later, they took a look right away and addressed a wire that needed replacing quickly and free of charge, overall great quick service
