Just had some body work done by Phil and his team. Their work was above and beyond my expectations. My car looks great both inside and out. They worked with my insurance company to maximize my reimbursement. Unlike experiences I have had with other body shops I felt that I was treated honestly and respectfully.

I have had several fabulous experiences with Millers and highly recommend them! Phil takes care of my damage claims by taking over every step with my insurance company! I drop off my car with damage, he does all the leg-work with insurance and I pick up my car in back to new condition! And Anthony takes care of getting a rental secured for me! It is a stress free experience. The crew does fabulous work and I have never been disappointed by the work that was completed! THANK YOU MILLERS! (I am hoping I don't ever need to go back, but with my luck, I am sure I will, hahaha)

After getting rear-ended a few weeks ago, I just had my car repaired at Miller's Auto Body in Cumberland, RI. They were absolutely incredible. From the time I dropped my car to picking it up one week later, Miller's took care of everything. My car looks brand new!I highly recommend Phil and the gang to anyone who needs auto body work!Thank you!

I was in a car accident and used them to repair my vehicle. They handled everything with insurance and even gave me a courtesy car when my insurance rental ran out. I'm recommending this place to everyone, because they worked magic on my car. Anthony was such a great help with getting my car cleaned up and ready to return to the dealership at the end of my lease- from buffing out dents and scratches to covering paint chips, he really went above and beyond. My car looked and felt brand new again. I'll definitely be returning here for car help in the future.

Genuinely the best experience I have EVER had with any kind of mechanic/auto body shop. Phil is the owner and he is the most patient and thorough. It took a while for the parts to come in for my 2018 Jeep Renegade, but after my car accident it literally looked brand new with how well it was fixed. Honestly cannot recommend Miller's highly enough. His staff is kind and helpful as well. Will continue to use this as my shop!!

Have a 2020 civic which had major damage. Brought it to Millers auto body to be repaired. With so much damage and so new a car thought it should be totaled. Phil assured me it would be like new when they were done. He was right I was amazed and very impressed with the work they did. The customer service I received was outstanding. I made numerous visits and phone calls to Millers while car was being repaired. Phil was always available and answered all my concerns. I was so excited to have my car done here based on reviews and being local. Thankfully never had to use a body shop! My car was in for 3 weeks for minor work which I thought was long the small amount of damage. But I was good if it was going to be done right. What bothered me and I am so disappointed on is my door panel. While I was in for the bumper I asked to have that repaired also, the owner said easy fix he will take care of it for me being a new customer. I picked up my car and it looked perfect. After heavy rain that night I came out and my car had the exact same dings and crease in it on the door. I have to assume the put a temporary fill and buff to make it look good for pickup. So disappointed!

I had an amazing experience with Miller's Auto Body. I was recently hit in the back quarter of my work truck. I emphasized to Phill how important it was to get my truck back as soon as possible for my busy season. The team was able to get the repairs done ahead of schedule and kept me informed throughout the process. I could not be happier. Thanks Miller's Auto Body for a job well done.

My new truck was excessively damaged by hail. I was devastated since I only owned the truck for about 4 months. I was referred to Millers Auto body as experts in hail damage remediation. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the results. I had about 200 dents over all and I was totally shocked about how fast it was fixed and how perfect it came out! I would challenge anyone to find any imperfections in my truck after work was complete. Millers Auto Body is simply awesome, they handled everything with the insurance company and all the paper work. All I needed to do was file a claim with my insurance company, provide the claim number to Miller's and they handled the rest. 5 Stars!!!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!After many hours of online research on a particular car that I'm interested in purchasing, I finally decided to go by there and take a look at it in person!Miller's Auto Sales is very easy to find and get to as it's just minutes off the highway and is located on Mendon Road in Cumberland, Rhode Island.It's a nice and very clean business establishment with lots of used but beautifully maintained low mileage cars at good prices neatly parked directly in front.Positive energy as soon as I walked inside of the building!Receptionist welcomed me in with a smile and told me to sit down on the nice and comfy leather sofa in waiting area equipped with a huge flat screen directly in front of me and a salt water tank filled with exotic fishes behind me while my sales representative was currently with another customer.He took the time to introducing himself to me while still with current customers, handed me the keys to the Nissan Altima that I was interested in, I went outside to check the car out and took it for a test drive by myself while he was finishing up the paperworks with them.It was a pleasure to meet him after our few recent phone calls and emails about this car.We sat down in his office, talked about the car and my financial status, after 15-20 minutes or so of crunching #'s he turned his computer screen around to me so I can see it(not too many sales rep would do that) and showed me the final numbers of what my payments would be a month.Loved the way he went out of his way to find me lowest interest rate possible!Most importantly......................unlike other dealerships, I didn't feel any sales pressure at all or any obligation to buy.I'll be returning tomorrow to finalize the deal so I can take off in my newer car.Thank you Phil for helping me get into a car I love and wanted.Will definitely recommend all friends and family to Miller's!

2/08/2016: Miller's Auto Body is "Second to none". Every member of this team was helpful, polite, understanding and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. The whole experience and final delivery of my RAV4 was special. I felt like part of the family. I want to thank everyone involved for everything that was done to make this happen. If anyone ever needs body work done to their vehicle, call Miller's Auto Body first. You will not regret it. This business is still in business because they care about you, the customer.Marc

These guys did a phenomenal job on my 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid after an accident where my car slid under an SUV due to ice on the roads. There is no way to tell the car was ever in an accident, and it looked better coming out of their shop then when I bought it.

Phil was the gentleman whom delt with my daughter. He did an amazing job with her vehicle and had the ultimate respect and compassion for her situation. Hands down the best! If I could've given 20 star's I would've.
