In February of 2023, I first became aware of Elie s exceptional knowledge, patience, and honesty when I began my search for a local shop to replace my BMW dealership to service my BMW X3. My car was coming off an extended warranty and I had my doubts about the quality and honesty of continuing with the dealership. I was having a problem of getting the dealership to agree that they were responsible under the warranty for fixing a leak in the rear differential. I found it necessary to look for a better and cheaper solution to fix the problem. Elie was then in Bellingham, MA and he inspected my car and patiently helped me to understand the particular problem with my car. He said that he could fix the problem but instead gave me extremely valuable advice of getting the dealership to fix my car for free under the warranty. He also advised me to buy two tires from the dealership taking advantage of their sale that was a better deal that he could offer. I knew that I found the person that would do all future necessary work on my car. In August of 2023, I had a local gas station complete the annual inspection on my car and the attendant stated that I had he smelled an oil leak. Elie had relocated to Cumberland, RI. I asked him to change the plugs, do a complete break job, and to check out the oil leak. Elie said that there was no oil leak. He could have easily taken advantage of me. I also checked with my former BMW dealership and their cost of the break job was $500 more than Elie charged. It is important to note that he used all genuine BMW parts. He is extremely trustworthy and his attention to detail is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Elie is a man of excellence and high character. I also like that he goes out of his way to carefully and intelligently help me to better understand my car. Elie is a find!
