I am very happy to give AChase Recycling a review over 1 star. I previously ordered here and got service that was chaotic, soon to realize that the counter people had no training and it was there first time working as part sales.I recently was able to talk to the with the two counter ladies and they now have been properly trained, making sure to give everyone accurate and positive experiences. I had an amazing encounter this time around. i will be back

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with AChase Recycling, and it was an absolute nightmare. First of all, their website is a relic from the Stone Age and hasn't been updated since the dinosaurs roamed the Earth. I called them the day before to inquire about a part I needed, and they assured me they had it in stock and it was in great condition.The next day, I drove all the way to their junk yard, only to find the part in question sitting there looking like it had been mauled by a pack of rabid wolves. It was damaged beyond repair and not worth a single penny. I wasted my time, money, and gas for nothing.The staff were unapologetic and downright rude when I confronted them about the abysmal condition of the part. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers or the quality of their inventory. AChase Recycling is a disgrace of a junk yard, and I strongly advise anyone in need of auto parts to steer clear of this place at all costs. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the employees this business, called yesterday around 1 pm for a part and a lady pick up the phone and told me that the part would be ready for yesterday later afternoon or next day early in the morning and i said no problem ill wait for tomorrow morning and i made the payment and when i called today i was told that the guy was removing the part but she didn't know when was going to finish, and asked why she didn't know how long it would take to remove a fender for an Audi Q7, you didn't know but i do 20 minutes, i got mad becuase she was lying to my face and then told me that it was taking longer because they need to find the vehicle another lie, i saw in google map that this business yard is not that big, people got used to lie so easily now days on top of this i told her that if the part was not ready at 12 today i would want my money back and she quickly respond saying if you give me actitud I'll cancell you order and you no longer would be able to buy anything from here and i responded laughing what do you think? I don't care, and she hang up the phone, and i called again to ask about a email confirmation with the cancelation of the order and they another woman said we dont provided that, and i told her that i didn't want to be arguin back and forth with her that i just wanted that and before ending the call i try to tel her that for a business and a emplemployee to provided a great customer service we have to be respectful and transparent and she cut me off and said if you are not willing to go back and forth with nobody you have no business to say how someone can do their job is clear that these people are very disrespectful and they are not transparent wich is a bad look for their business i hope that they learn from this

Front desk was professional and efficient, in the yard Po and Ray helped me out quickly and professionally, and were careful with the parts they were pulling for me despite very close quarters. I will be going back if I need any parts from a yard

I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately my experience went from 5 to 0 stars in less than 24 hours. I called about a part I saw online for a GREAT price, they confirmed the part was available and ready for pickup the following day or so. So i made sure to pay and reserve the item. Received a phone call the following day letting me know the item was damaged and they could refund me. Funny thing is you wouldn t know this particular part would be damaged until you physically removed it from the vehicle, but they informed me they hadn t pulled it yet when they called to refund me. Overall just a real bummer as I love to support local businesses, especially of this nature. Won t be returning, but wish them the best of luck with everything, especially seeing the others with similar experiences.

I called three days in advance. They have the part. The people up front were amazing to speak with . Then i drive 3 hours to pick up my part. I m sorry but it was damaged yesterday when being removed from the car. While I appreciate the honesty, doesn t help the fact they knew long before I took the 3 hour drive. A courtesy call is the difference between 1 and 5 stars. Never again. Waste of 6 hours of my life . And I was refunded but it won t clear my bank for a week. Basically, I gave them an interest free loan.

I tried to purchase a rack and pinion for them 4 days after I paid for it the contract me and tell me the part was no good come pick up my money very unprofessional rude I wouldn't recommend anyone buyer from them

I will stand for this place for positive reviews, apparently before the management were horrible but i had a good experience there when i went there few months ago, i needed to take the part with me at the moment and they understood me and were very flexible and allowed me to pull off the door i needed for my civic making it easy for me and only took me 15mins, and the guy in the front desk were very friendly. 5 stars for you J & M Auto sale

Experience with this business is horrible. Very unprofessional. They make you pay for the item over the phone before you even view it. I ordered a window and upon arrival the window was completely scratched and already damaged. They didn t have another one in stock and wanted to give me a store credit. Also, made me wait for three days and I constantly had to reach out to them for the status of the order. Not to mention they have a bunch of underage kids working for them. I advise you not to do any business with them. They sell nothing but junk. It s all a scam. Chase/wrights located at 79 Garden Street Cumberland, RI deserve no stars!!!!!!

I spoke to Ben and made an order before the New Year. He said he was going to get it shipped after the New Year because that's a reasonable and understandable thing to do.And then when I ask for a tracking number, he just avoids the phone call and lets his front man repeat the same "I do not know, the computer is locked and only Ben can give you the tracking." BSAnd then of course I'm finally told I can shop elsewhere if I want to.They may have a lot of parts, but if this is service is what they are charging $25 S&H then I would say AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Sent a bad transmission. They told us to put it on a pallet to ship it back to them a receive a new one. They gave us the run around for over 6 months. No refund. No replacement transmission. No call back. I will update this review if it's ever resolved. For the moment, terrible experience that was never made right.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a transmission from them for a 2014 Nissan Sentra. It was supposed to have 30k miles and when it was installed we found out it was damaged. I ve tried everything to get a refund and they refuse even after telling me it had a warranty when I bought it. Lies!! I m about $2,600 and only hope is to spend more money hiring a lawyer. These guys are very good scammers and are sick! If it could give it zero stars I would.

Would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a used auto part. I have purchased a part over the phone and a week later I get a call saying that said part is not available and that I would receive a refund. A month later I am still waiting for that refund after weeks of trying to call and email to get the refund I get no reply back.

They have amazing customer service. they were very friendly and even helped us put on a tire even though they don t provide those services. Would definitely recommend to anyone !

Ordered two parts and was charged, less then 24 hours later got a call back saying they don t have either part and would refund me. Had to call again 2 days later and took over a week for the refund

Recently purchased a transmission and got scammed. I do not recommend them. After reaching out, they failed to return my call and assist me with the situation. Their customer service is terrible and they do not do right by their customers.

SCAM !!Bought 2 transmission and both were bad !!My partner called to return the first and he had a very bad experience.Called to return the 2nd and i had the very bad service too.This place is a scam , selling junk as car parts.Shame on youAnd hope karma get you good .

Absolutely got scammed by These guys at Achase Recycling.Benjamin Majeau is the owner and he sold me a faulty ABS brake module. Now he won t refund the money even though he said he would. Absolutely horrible experience- Stay away from the them!

Is there a zero star? These folks are scammers. How can you sell a bad transmission over $1,300 to a used car dealer during this pandemic and decided to play games when Nissan dealership confirmed with a video of the bad cvt. They continue to ignore and did not want to own up and refund. Pls run 1m miles away from Achase recycling and i will try my best to file a case against them in RI with Bureau of automotive as i have read too many scammed reviews about these folks and will not let it continue

STAY AWAY, If You're in Need of ANY Used Part for your Vehicle Find it Elsewhere!!! These Guys Will Take Your Money Smile and Tell You to Have a Great Day, ALL While Knowing They Just Screwed another Hard Working Individual. They will tell you what ever you want to hear, Like yes it's absolutely guaranteed and yes we test ALL our transmissions, motors, etc and when you find out the part you got is NO GOOD they will NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.. Evil taking other People's Money While Knowing What there Doing is 100% WRONG.as i've been Told Hell is a Very Dark Place

Bought 2 items on the phone..they said all set to pick up...told them I might be 3 or 4 minutes late..they told me they would not wait.I arrived, they only had 1...when refunded for the 2nd..they kept the 7% sales tax!!!!!STAY AWAY

Very happy with my experience on the phone with them, they had the parts I needed and the rep I spoke to was happy to take a few minutes on the phone to answer the stack of questions that I had for him. Prices are also very reasonable.

Unfortunately all the negative reviews are true. They will charge your card and never ship the item. Ordered 3 weeks ago and not picking up phone.
