By far the easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. Paul is great. He's honest, up-front and you can tell he truly cares about the customer. I wasn't even looking to buy a car from them, but we drove by and dropped in. Paul was very accommodating and friendly. I'll definitely be going back when it's time for another car.

I just bought a 2016 volvo here, and it was a quick and easy process. It reminded me of the old days of buying a car, and they handled the DMV part for me, too. Good customer service and availability. He stayed open late for me to see and test drive a car and answered any questions we had about the car.

Volare Motors is the REAL DEAL!! I started going to Volare a few years ago as a service customer- I bought an S40 from someone else and Louie at the time treated me as if I bought the car from them! He was always there to answer my questions and gave me HONEST appraisals for all of the work I requested. The way Louie cared about his customers is why I came back several years later to buy an S60 from Volare. RIP Louie- you're greatly missed!!Dealing with Paul was just as easy, and he took the time to explain everything to me about the car and basically held my hand through the process. I decided to buy an '06 S60 - which is in immaculate condition. All I had to do was get the cash and bring my license plate, and I drove off the lot. You won't have such an easy experience anywhere else, and the best part of it all is that Volare STANDS BY their vehicles, even if it's not under warrantee. Anyone that says they do not is lying- both Louie and now Paul will do everything they can to make sure the car is 100%. It's why I will continue to bring my car to Volare for service, and can see myself buying another car for them in the future. I tend to have a lot of questions, and I probably drive Paul crazy, but he still treats me with the utmost respect.If you're looking for a Volvo, or need service, you won't get better prices or service anywhere else. They deserve all 5 stars!!

We just bought a used Honda Ridgeline pickup from Volare. What an unexpectedly great experience! Not only was the price good, but they have a shop on premises and did a full tune-up and 4-wheel alignment before we bought it, it runs and drives like new with not a spot of rust to be found! They took care of the registration too, so zero hassle. I felt the owner Paul was super straightforward and honest about the vehicle and his policies, plus he had thoroughly inspected the truck for problems before he put it up for sale! I have already recommended Volare to friends and will be back next time I need a well maintained, reliable car! Paul took the worry out of buying a used vehicle, thank you for that!!!

Very happy with this purchase from Paul. Was ironic that I seen this 1959 Volvo for sale omw to my sisters. I believe it to be a good omen. Solid car and I believe he genuinely has the consumers best interest at heart.

I recently bought a car for my son at Volare Motors and it was one of the best experiences I have every had buying a car. Paul was more than fair and extremely accommodating. He made the whole process very easy. Paul knows everything about the cars on his lot and it is very clear that he cares about them as if they were his own. The car I bought was meticulously maintenanced. Paul even ordered a replacement knob for us because the original was a bit sticky (even though it worked) just to make sure we were completely happy with the vehicle. I would absolutely buy another a car from Volare in the future.

When shopping for a vehicle... you usually have time to search and research and find "the one"... or you could be like me... and happen upon "the one" making an abrupt u turn and damn near scaring the daylights out of Paul ;)... all in all... about as 10/10 experience as they come... Paul is Meticulous and well mannered towards all aspects of his business. He was responsive and prompt. While the day in itself carried a few weights and waits; he made sure to excel and over-deliver on a vehicle he had less than 4 days on the in and out with. With that there was one minor oversight (cabin air filter) and that will be resolved asap and without question. He is so thorough and makes sure his name and vehicles are kept at the highest standards. I would and will do business regularly! The best part is his transparency to the entire process.

Hands down the best car purchase experience I've ever had. Lightening fast responses to my needs and questions. Paul is all about (consistently over and above expectations) service and cares about his customer more than he cares about making a sale. Great vehicle in great condition at a great price! If you're looking for a PRISTINE and RELIABLE car, stop at Volare Motors first. You won't regret it.

I just purchased a car for my teenager daughter from Volare Motors. Paul was great to deal with, he let my daughter drive a few vehicles to see which one would best suited her needs. He took the time to ask her questions, and listen to what she wanted within the budget. The staff was wonderful, and a great group of guys!! They also had to jump the battery of my husband car, which then he took to have a battery put in! As I said, these guys are the best!!

A bought a car here a month ago and I've been SO IMPRESSED, pleased, happy and satisfied as a customer. In the used automotive industry, things can definitely be hit or miss. Rest assured these people are pros and champs not just with car maintenance and upkeep but also quality and value. I got such a great deal and finally found the car of my dreams, a 2010 v70 wagon that I've wanted ever since it hit the market. I've been so impressed not only with the shape and condition of the vehicle but also the amount of after-care and support I've had for any questions following the sale. Paul is so prompt to text me back and I really appreciate that and him going the extra mile. Volvo's are a speciality car, and this is my 5th wagon. Rest assured these people know EXACTLY what they are doing and I'd encourage you to have faith that every car on their lot is as well up-keeped, maintained and as good a deal as I just got. My co-worker who is a big car guy looked under the hood and he was able to guess right away I bought this car off some Volvo experts because of how immaculate it appears to be. Buy here with confidence, you will not be disappointed!!

Paul was amazing!!!! We hunted around for days looking for a solid car and landed at Volare and met Paul!!!! We bought a volvo xc70 and it runs amazing!!! The transaction was smooth and flawless!!! Every car on his lot the interiors were immaculate. Buying a used car today is a nightmare and Paul seen the defeat in us after going all over the place trying to find something worth buying in our price range!! Paul was a knowledge base of information with Volvos go nowhere else but here!!!!!!

Even though it's the holidays Paul and his employees were beyond helpful getting me into a XC70 right before the holiday weekend, being very accommodating and adjusted to my situation. Paul got me into my pre owned Volvo right away and the car is in beautiful condition and well looked over and taken care of. It runs wonderfully and have not had a single issue with it or them, definitely recommend

"Your wish is their command!" Louie and Paul are excellent to work with, very personable and always willing to go the extra mile to make your purchase a smooth transition. I visited Volare Motors and I felt very comfortable as being a female customer. I worked with Louie, he was very knowledgeable and cordial. I in no way felt intimidated. Just saying for you females out there. (You know what I'm talking about.) During the course of getting through my purchase, Louie told me not to worry about a thing! Really, I felt like I was getting a great deal and I trusted Louie to give me truthful information about the vehicle I was purchasing. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Volare Motors. Louie and Paul are great. There cars are worth every penny. This is my first car I m going on and it s been working perfect. They replaced parts and make sure everything is good to go before purchase. They waited as well for papers to get done, they go at a good pace. Before you leave they tell you to contact them if there are any problems . Highly recommended.

I purchased a 2013 Volvo XC60 from Volare Motors and this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. They are extremely customer focused and will communicate with you promptly. The vehicle listing was accurate and they provided me with many pictures of the vehicle that I eventually purchased. They want to make sure that you are totally satisfied with the vehicle and Paul went out his way to do that. Their many decades of experience in reselling Volvos really demonstrates itself and if you are in the market for a preowned Volvo, I highly recommend checking out Volare Motors, you won't regret it.

Fantastic car buying experience! Took my son to Volare Motors to purchase his first car after first stopping at two dealers closer to home. My son was a little unsure after negative experiences at the first two stops. After the 35-minute drive, (this better be good, that is a long way in RI) we were both immediately impressed by the selection of vehicles and how clean they were. Amazes me how many dealers cars are dirty, have missing or broken parts, or all of the above. Every car appears well cared for, is clean and ready to drive home.With Paul's help my son quickly narrowed it down to two cars. He drove both and chose a beautiful v50 wagon. Paul and Louie were both very knowledgeable about the cars they had on the lot. They were available to answer questions, but never once did we feel pressured. Before we left I test drove a mint XC70. Paul and Louie took care of all the paperwork and registration. The following day both cars were delivered to our driveway.If in the market for a quality used Volvo, Toyota or Honda, make your last stop Volare. Fair price, good cars and so far a great experience, really can't recommend them enough.

Recently bought a 2010 Volvo XC60 from Volare. Paul and Louie are the best to work with. Answered all my questions. (And I m a pain in the you know where.) They are still taking care of me with this purchase over a week later. Never act like I m a bother. Their mechanic, Steve, is so nice and knowledgeable. I ve bought from them before and my first experience was very good and why I went back. I didn t have a ride to pick up the car this time and Paul had no problem picking me up. We got the paperwork done and I was out of there in no time. Everything was in order and didn t even have any issues registering the car. Would recommend them to anyone!

The place specializes in Volvos but I had a great experience buying a Ford work truck. I travelled a long way (100 miles) to come see the thing and it was exactly how it was described. The price was exceptionally competitive and I had made up my mind to buy it in the first 10 minutes. He had me driving the truck home within an hour of getting there. No nonsense pricing or surprise additional fees. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

worst dealership , buyer beware . sold us a car that is mixing oil and gas. car has been notting but prolems. told us brakes where done !! they where used brakes and not even installed correctly. nothing but lies .

My daughter bought her first car . Almost 200,000 miles paid 7,000 in cash within the first couple of weeks we had a problem with the battery and the windshield washer hose. I was told my daughter had a 3 month warranty. He was not willing to fix the problems with the car . I had to argue for a new battery . Come to find out was not new . I recommend staying away from this dealership

Volare Motors is Family ! They ve been nothing but helpful, hard dedicated group of Volvo/Car experts waiting help and put you into your dream car. I ve been going to Volare since I was a teenager and I can t think of a better dealership! Love how they treat their customers, when my timing belt went they even gave me a loaner can till I could get the funds to buy a new one from their lot. Such a great group of fellas! I recommended any and all to come on down, you ll be glad you did.

It was time for my son s Saab to go and I did not even give it a second thought to call anyone other than Volare Motors in Cranston for help with searching for his next vehicle. I wanted my son to have the very same EXCELLENT service that I received last year when I purchased my Volvo S60 from them . Louie and Paul are great to work with from start to finish and they just make the entire process easy. I knew I was in good hands when Louie answered the phone and he attentively listened to what I needed out of a vehicle purchase. Since I would more than likely be co-signing for my son , it was so nice to be able to talk to someone who was going to listen . Often you go to various dealerships and this doesn t happen but at Volare Motors, they listen to your needs and better yet they deliver on your needs! I had my son visit Volare s a day or so later and Louie had several cars that would fit the financial range comfortably . Their inventory is excellent as well! It is nice to have people in your corner who take the worry out of buying a vehicle .... You will find that you are dealing with very good, honest people. This is a place that cares about their customers . I am very happy to say that once AGAIN my son and I were treated with the utmost professionalism and you bet we settled on another beautiful S60 from Volare Motors. It s peace of mind knowing we were in good hands from start to finish and because of the excellent service we have received TWICE now, both my son and I are driving around in good, solid and safe cars! I came to this Dealership by myself and was greeted by the owner Paul. It was my first time buying a vehicle without anyone helping me.I must say Paul was so nice and answered every question I had which was a lot, he also helped me with financing and provided at his cost a 36 month warranty. Being a 22 year old girl In this fast paced world we live in it was a relief to find a down to earth no pressure person like Paul. I love my F-150--Thank you so much!

I apologize if this is long winded but if you are reading this you are most likely car/dealer shopping and the 32 seconds it takes to read this review it will help you narrow down your search considerably.I just purchased my second Volvo from Volare after one and a half years from my first purchase. I tried to find my review after my first purchase to re-post but could not find it. However, after this most recent experience with Volare on May 12, 2020, it was no different.Not only do I give Volare Motors 5 stars for their selection of vehicles and their pricing, but if I could I would give them 7 stars like the Dubai Burj Al Arab Hotel, for their service alone.Both times we dealt with Louie. Both times Louie listened to our needs and wants. He did not ask any intrusive or financial questions until we brought it up. He spent his time listening to us and focused on us before the car and "money talk".I, like you did my research and read reviews and asked around. I went to Volare not only because of their reviews but several people recommended them as well.I was once a small business owner in Rhode Island and even sold cars in my younger years. I pay very close attention to any business that I will be spending my hard earned money at. I understand and know what's out there as far as businesses that are shady, crooked, promise the world and never deliver, hide fees, hide vehicle information, etc. Volare Motors is the absolute opposite.Okay, I could go on and on about Louie and Volare. But, I will wrap it up with this. I am old school business, someone's word and handshake mean more to me then any legal document whatsoever. Louie not only owned up to what he said during the 1st sales process, but he went above and beyond both times. He did and continues to be a man of his word without reservation. He listens, he is not distracted by a bait and switch or what his profit is which unfortunately is lost in todays world especially auto dealers.One quick example of Louie and Volare s business practices Louie put us in the perfect car and was extremely fair with his pricing both times. The first vehicle was a 2007 XC90. Louie assured us if we had any problems with vehicle whatsoever he would take care of it for us. Approximately 4 weeks after having the car we got a small power steering leak. I figured after 4 weeks I would be left to handle the repair. I called Louie just to ask a question and he told me to bring the car in and he would find the leak and repair it. Not only did he service the car immediately he gave us a loaner to use for the day. Approximately 3 months later the power steering began to give us an issue again. I called Louie and asked him for a good Volvo mechanic because I needed to get the power steering looked at and was sure this one was on me, I mean it had been 3 months, I was wrong. Louis again took the car in, gave us a loaner for the day and serviced the vehicle without question. Both times he did not charge us a cent. A man of his word, great vehicle selection, very fair pricing and top notch service is all the reason I will be buying my 3rd and 4th car from Louie and Volare Motors.

Just bought a Volvo S60 from these guys yesterday, and I am very impressed. These guys go the extra mile for every one of their customers whether they are new customers or returning customers. I highly recommend anyone to go here if they are looking for a car. The guys at Volare Motors are extremely kind and very honest and they care about the needs of their customers.

Don't be fooled, Paul and Louis are first class dealers with a wealth of knowledge and experience behind them. On top of it, they stand behind their vehicles and go the extra mile to make sure you walk away pleased with your decision. This was my first purchase with them but, rest assured, it will not be the last!

The process of buying a Volvo from them was a pleasant experience, I would recommend anyone looking for good condition used volvos to go here first. Next used older volvo I buy will be from these guys without a doubt, honest fair and great to work with.
