Thank you to Jonathan and the whole team at Town Fair Tire Cranston for your exceptional service and professionalism. I had called for a quote on 4 tires full service and Jonathan was able to quickly assist me with the best price and get me an appointment as soon as possible. A week later I needed a flat tire repair on one of the new tires (bummer) and again Jonathan was very courteous and ready to arrange service for me in a timely manner. I was in and out in no time. Thanks for respecting my time. I m so grateful for all your help!

Joe helped me out today and did such an amazing job. I stayed the whole time we put new tires and wheels on my truck and it wasn t long at all and so worth the wait as well. everyone at the front desk goes above and beyond, and are just very friendly people. i ll definitely come back to this location!!

Just moved into the neighborhood and found a nail in my tire. Jonathan at Town Fair answered my questions over the phone and promptly scheduled us for a repair. Within an hour, the nail was removed, the tire was fixed, and we were back on the road. Furthermore, Jonathan did not charge my wife and I for the fix! I am glad we found a tire company in our neighborhood we can trust. We will certainly come back !

Caught a nail in my tire on my way to work and stopped here for help. Johnathan and his team had me in, out and rolling within an hour. No pushy sales tactics or extra nonsense, just good honest service , which is so rare for service businesses now. I don t really ever leave reviews but the service was so refreshing I thought I would share!Five star plus service

Thank you Jonathon! Go to the CRANSTON store!Went in for a tire repair. It was done fast and right and for 13 bucks. We didn't have an appointment but they took us anyway.Over the last year our family has purchased all of our tires here. We bought 4 for our accord. 1 for my daughter's civic and 1 for a subaru.The Cranston location is the best. (We actually pass another location to go here.) There's plenty of parking and it's walking distance to a sandwich shop and coffee place.Service is friendly, honest and professional.

I had a really great experience visiting this Town Fair Tire in Cranston. The guys were very helpful and assisted in addressing my issues with my tires. I had to take my car back because the "TIRE PRESSURE LOW ADD AIR " kept coming back on every other day. When I brought my car back to them they had realized they Sensor they did the first time wasn't working properly. They quickly addressed the issue and took ownership for the mistake. They were very understanding and very helpful.

I didn't have an appointment but Johnathan assisted me within minutes. The car tire sensor light came on, Jonathan was fantastic, he went above and beyond checking the tire sensors and tire pressure! Technicians fixed and repaired the problem. Cost was very reasonable and waited less then an hour.

I have been a customer at the Cranston location for a few years now, as they always are accommodating and friendly. I just had 4 new tires put on and Jonathan took great care of me! He was so nice and provided great customer service. I'll definitely continue to give them my business!

Brought my car in at 215 today only to be told that they couldn't take it early. So I returned for my 3pm appointment as scheduled. I was told 90 minutes to 2 hours. When I returned at 530 to pick up my car, I was told they hadn't even started the service. After reading all the reviews I didn't expect this at all. So disappointing I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have been filling my rear right tire every couple of weeks for the past couple of months. I have not had a lot of time to take it in and assumed there was a bigger problem as I couldn t find any evidence of a nail or damage to the tire. I finally took the car in and was taken care of by Nathan At the store on Sockanosset Boulevard in Cranston Rhode Island.I was so pleasantly surprised and shocked when the car was fixed, tires rotated tires filled and ready to go all four under $14!!!What a wonderful service and easy and comforting experience.I commend Natan and the staff at the store for a great job and for making me feel like a valued customer. Thank you so much.

I love Town Fair Tire! Especially the Cranston, RI location!! I had tires put on our 2 cars last Saturday. The service I received from Joe was exemplary !! Jonathan was also so helpful!!! The prices on the tires were very fair. After a long discussion with Joe, I decided to upgrade the tires I was buying for my Highlander. LOVE them!! So quiet, and such a nice ride. Our other car has lots of miles on it, and I took Joe s advice and had the toe adjustors repaired at the Mazda dealership. Now I will go back to Town Fair this week for a free alignment. Could not ask for a better place to buy tires and for professional advice!! Thank you Joe!!

Brought car in for a complimentary tire rotation. In and out in 35 minutes. Wate was very professional and knowledgeable in letting me know how much tire wear was remaining. There was no sales pressure at all for any services but he did let me know that there was some uneven wear on the front tires. Excellent courteous service. Will be back for new tires and alignment in the summer.

I will give the Sockanosset location 10 stars. I had an emergency. I had a nail in my tire. The dealership where I purchased my car could not take me in until a week later and my tires are under warranty. I couldn t wait. I called the sockanosset location. Manager(Joe) took me in as a walk in. They were about to close in 45 minutes and still saw me as a customer and not a number. I m so grateful to him as a manager and his team to help me out. So very grateful and a happy customer.

Had a nail in my tire, so took it to Town Fair Tire located in Cranston, RI. Johnathan was at the service desk and wrote the repair order. I waited a bit to have the tire repaired but very happy with the professional level of care I was given. In the past, always pleased with the tires that I have purchased from this location.

An exceptional experience here today!Nate and his team fixed my flat, rotated my tires and even installed new lug nuts all in under an hour and for less than $15.Great job, Town Fair Tire!

I bought new tires a year ago with a warranty. The other day my tire was flat from having a screw in it so I called to see if the tire was covered. Joe was super helpful, he had me drop off the tire and when it could not be repaired he immediately ordered a new one and had it ready by the next day. He was very professional, great communication and I was so happy to get a new tire for almost nothing as soon as possible!

Awesome service!! I was in and out for a nail that I had in one of my tires.Jonathan at the front was polite, very helpful and informative. He let me know that my tires were in the red and needed new ones.He gave me all the information I needed ok pricing and timing.

Excellent customer service. I had to swap out tires under the 30-day warranty period because the ones I originally purchased were simply too much tire (rigid, uncomfortable ride). The team helped me find a more appropriate tire and I'm back to a smooth, comfortable ride.

Joe is awesome! Quick diagnosis fixing a TPMS sensor and found a tire stem leak which he had fixed quickly; and best price you will find anywhere. Joe fixed everything before I had to head to NJ. Thanks Joe & Town Fair Tire Team. Excellent service! Bob A

The service at the Cranston location was fantastic. Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful with selecting the right tires for my car. They did not have the tires I needed in stock but they were able to order them and ship them overnight and installed them quickly so I could get back on the road. Thank you Jonathan for the amazing service. I will be back in the future!

Just left Town Fair Tires in Cranston.They were great, Jonathan greeted me with a smile and I was out of there in 30min with 2 nails pulled from my tire and repaired like new.Highly recommend!!

I purchased set of 4 new tires today. Town Fair Tires in Cranston was recommended by my mechanic T at Accu Auto. Jonathan was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I got a good deal and I was done in an hour and a half including an alignment! Thank you guys! Great job!

When I walked into this Town Fair Tire with a flat tire and another with a nail in the tire. I was greeted by the Manager Kevin. Kevin's expertise and efficiency were evident as he quickly assessed my situation, offering clear explanations and cost-effective solutions. Jonathan knew I was in a predicament when I brought my vehicle in that had a nail in one of the tires which resulted in me needing a new tire. He took care of me with little time left in the day as it was almost closing time. I explained we were leaving for vacation which was the following morning and he assured me it would be complete. 5 stars!!
