Brand new 2023 transit having charging issues after 250 miles. Scheduled me for my only day off at 9am. Dropped keys off the night before so they could check it out first thing. Didn't hear anything so I called around 2PM, I was put on hold then hung up on. Called back 30 minutes later and the gentleman said he would look into it. No call back and hour later. 30 minutes from closing so I head over. Never once even moved my van or looked at it. Not a big deal if someone would just communicate with me. I get one day off a week and it seems nearly impossible to ever get work done on my vehicle. Can't finish it? Fine. Gunna make the appointment? Atleast look at it. Brand new car what a joke. Ford is an absolute mess right now.

Brand new 2023 ford transit with unicell body. Back up camera never worked. It has been in and out of there shop for over 3 weeks. I cant have a truck down never mind for 3 weeks because of a backup camera so went to pick I will bring else where..., no call back, terrible customer service. WILL NOT BE BACK!

First time here a week ago and ordered 2 parts. He took my name and number after checking and the parts were not available there. He ordered them and told me they will be there the following week on Wednesday. Sure enough today Thursday 14th I called after not receiving a call. They have no record of me or my orders. Wow! Thank you.I know where not to go again.

Not happy with the service. They make you wait long hours for simple task and overcharge you for any simple repair. Be prepare to stay over 2 hours minimum and be ready to overpay for just having them look a your vehicle. Most minimum repairs will set you back no less than a $ thousand bucks. You will also hear people complaning on lousy jobs and/or coming back for having the same issue/problem that was supposedly been repair. They will also make you change unnecessary parts. Just to over price or sale their service. I've heard of others people nightmares of unsatisfaction at this place. But didn't believe them until I face them myself. Also your valuables will go missing, don't trust the mechanics. Will never step foot on this place ever.

The people at the Tasca Truck Center were just great. Helpful, caring , smiling and willing. It started with Stephanie at the service desk and on the phone, then to Sammy who helped get my RV parked and they even drove me back to get my car . I'm sorry I forgot the names of the retired police officer and fire captain, but they were a great help. Now I know why the truck center works as well as it does, the PEOPLE behind the work. Thanks again for getting my RV in the FORD alternator to be looked at.

As busy as they were during my quest, the Tasca large truck parts manager was very informative, patient and knowlegable. Quite an enjoyable experience.

The new trucks here just unbelievable I'm trying to just to decide what truck I want to buy there's so many awesome trucks it's really a hard decision to make I mean look at these beautiful trucks how can you even make up your mind?
