The barrage of emails and physical mailings demanding I contact them to set up a vehicle service contract made me stop coming here. The language they used was downright predatory. Disappointing because the service team I ve spoken to in the past were courteous and not *too* pushy, which is why I m giving them 3 stars and not less.

I have been waiting on since last year for the recall on my car for driver side airbag and for my brakes, I get a letter for it but when I call they tell me they have to order the parts. Does it take over a year to order?
