I brought my Mazda in for replacement of damages after my car was broken into and vandalized. I went there for them to look at it and decide what would need to be done and which parts need to be ordered to fix it. Bob explained to me since my car is less than 4 years old the items would be replaced instead of repaired. I choose to keep my car in my garage at home while I waited for the parts to arrive since I didn t have a window and my insurance would cover 30 days in a rental. Once the parts arrived they called me and I brought it in. My car was there for a little over a month because they forgot to order my back seat. Everything was great up until this point. Once the month was coming up, I called to see if they had an estimate of when it would be done. They said it s on day 29 and my insurance covers up to 30 days so it will be ready tomorrow. I called the next day and they told me it would be ready tomorrow. At this point I m getting worried because I don t want to pay extra for the rental. I call everyday for 3 days after that and they finally told me it will be ready tomorrow at 3 . I was excited and it was promising to hear they gave me a time. I go there around 430, when I get out of work. They say it s not ready they just finished detailing the inside. They re working on the outside now. Can you come back tomorrow. I told them I can t bc of time with work and refilling the gas tank. The manager said no problem I ll have them deliver it to your work tomorrow. They did deliver it the next day and I was excited to finally have my car back. Once I got it back there were fish eyes in the paint. Pretty much dust and painted over it. The car was never detailed and was only ran though the car wash. As I have pictures of water marks. It looks like they only polished the tires and rims and called it a day. The mirror, the headliner where the sunroof is, the shifter and the detailing was never done, like we agreed to. After all this time there and the extended time it still wasn t how it was before the break in. At this point I m annoyed. I go back there once my husband sees it and confirms what I m seeing. The paint texture doesn t even match and there s fish eyes all the the passenger side where they repainted. I tell Bob and the manager my concerns and they ask if they can make it right. We ll today I finally get my car back after about two months at this point all said and done. And the car was very quickly detailed if you want to call it that, the mirror still has dings, the leather on the shifter was never corrected neither was the sunroof headliner. If it was detailed the headliner could have cleaned up and there wouldn t be bugs all over the front and the mirror. The mirror dings also probably would have buffed out. All and all don t waste your time and save yourself a giant headache and go else where. I only went here because if I ever wanted to sell the car they would have the records and history. I only give it two stars bc they returned it with a full tank of gas and it started off good. It was convenient they brought it to my work place and they were fairly easy to work with. They just don t do quality work and have false promises. And I m aware on the pictures it looks minor but after all this time and promises and trying to make it right, it s very upsetting and at this point it s about the principle.

Absolute 5-Star service all around! From terrific customer care, integrated in-house auto rental, and of course the exceptional repair work ... it was a pleasure doing business with the Tasca Collision Center team. The way did the repairs, cleaned up the car, and polished it down ... when I picked up my car, it looked better than when I bought it off the lot! Thanks Steve, Bob, and Kass.

Thank you to entire team at Tasca Collision Center. I was treated exceptionally well. This was my first accident and did not know what to expect. They were all so accommodating and knowledgeable about the process and put me right at ease. When I got my car back it was so immaculate, it looked like the day I bought it. I just want to say if your thinking of a spray in bed liner, look no further than Tasca Collision Center. I made the appointment, showed up the night before and picked up my loaner car so I could get home and to work the next day. Came back the next day after work and the truck was ready. The gentleman that sprayed my truck drove it around the side and showed me the liner he sprayed in. He did an exceptional job. My hats off to the whole crew from the girls behind the counter to the nice lady that gave me the loaner. I would highly recommend Tasca Collision for a spray in bed liner!! Ken B.

Shocked to have to drive away angry. There was nothing wrong with my oil and windshield when I brought it to the collision center for a fender bender. It seems that having my insurance company cut me a check for the cost of repairs with no deductable results in tampering with my vehicle so far as to puncture a hole to cause a leak of oil on the belt and a hook-size crack in my windshield that was not there before. Sad to see Bob lie to me to my face. As I pulled away looking at the crack in my windshield thinking it was a line of water instead I knew it was too late. I had a funny feeling when my car was returned to me engine running with the de-frost setting set to full-blast which gave the crack plenty of room to spread on the glass. I had to bring my van back to Tasca Fiat only to discover that Tasca Collision had brought me $1,700.00+ in damages not caused by me to fix! Stay away.

Owning a new vehicle which is involved in an accident, is never a great feeling. Choosing Tasca Collision to repair my new F350 overcame any inhibitions. Lisa was the first person who helped place my mind at ease. She handled all communications and paperwork dealing with the insurance company and car rental. She also kept me informed throughout the process of my vehicle repair. Alejandro was the gentleman who oversaw the repair of my vehicle and I must say, I was more than pleased with the quality of work performed. They went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was repaired to OEM quality and standards. I couldn't be more happier with the quality of service starting with Lisa and ending with Alejandro.I would recommend Tasca of Seekonk, as your 1st stop to purchase a vehicle. Uncle Tony, the general manager, and Alex, the salesperson, treated me as if I were family. It's not a fluke. Tasca Collision also treated me in the same manner and provided me with A+ service. I would definitely recommend Tasca Collision. Brought my new truck grill there to have paint matched and left it with them.they did an amazing job matching it perfectly without even having the truck there. I've had the grill on for some time now and no issues with the paint. Great job and fair prices.

After buying a new truck from Tasca -where could I get Bedspread liner during COVID? The only place that had the materials was my number one choice: TASCA. This job was done by the end of the day and they did a fantastic job.

Great experience with Tasca Collision for my Ford Explorer. There was a bit wait on parts but they kept me well informed along the way. Incredibly disappointed with the service I have received here. I have a new Volvo which was rear ended a month ago. I have received no estimate for when the car will be repaired as they are unable to give me any eta for multiple parts. I have called multiple times per week and nobody can give me any type of answer other than the system has no information on the part . I have to continually follow up on calls that are not returned even when the manager promises someone will call by the end of the day. I would not recommend getting service done here if other options are available.Editing to add: it has now been 2.5 months that my car has been with the collision center. I get no communication on delays until I call to hound for updates. Most recently, after my prompt for an ETA the team gathered parts to discover that the parts which were expected to be delivered 3 days ago had not even been ordered. The organization and communication is pitiful.

I got in a car accident earlier this month and had the car fixed at Tasca. They repaired the car in 6 days, after having to order parts as well. I picked up the car yesterday and I was blown away with how well they did! Everything was fit perfectly and they even washed and vacuumed my car for me (which I was going to do once I got it back because it WAS fairly dirty). Paint matched perfectly and you would never know the car was in an accident. They had great customer service every time I called to get an update and were able to answer my questions on the spot. If i could rate higher than 5 stars, I definitely would. I highly recommend getting your car repaired here! They are great people and repair to very high quality.

Brought my vehicle over to Tasca Collision Center for repairs and I have to say the staff was amazing. The attention to detail and the communication throughout the repair was great.Doug Begin and Gina are both very customer service oriented. I was aware that I had many options in regard to where I could have the vehicle repaired however I choose Tasca Collision Center because of the staff and the attention to detail that they offer.Doug took the time to explain the repairs needed and also gave me a level of confidence that the repairs were going to be completed accurately.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had brought my truck in for some body work/repairs caused by damage from another company. The people at Tasca handled my job professionally. I couldn t have been more pleased or satisfied. Even when there were additional things that came up that needed reimbursement they were able to go back to the other party that was paying for the repairs & were able to obtain additional funds to complete the job. I would like to say thank you to everyone who was involved with the work done on my mustang.This car went in for body work under ford warranty the job was done and the car looks amazing.I had washed and cleaned the car two days prior before it went in and the car came out cleaner than it went in don t know how but it did. Tasca Collision Center did an outstanding job on the vehicle, it looks great and rives without any problems. The communications with the customer needs to be improved. I was told that a technician would call in a couple days to give me an update on the status of the repairs, but that didn't happen. I had to call to get my questions answered. When I talked to the techs, they did answered all of my questions. All-in-all the Tasca Collision Center did outstanding work to my vehicle. Thank You.

I purchased a used Silverado from another dealer and ran into issues with post sales service on a minor paint issue they agreed to fix. After not getting cooperation from the used dealer , Tasca North quoted me on the repair which was very fair . John and his team had the truck for 2 days as promised, fixed the fender and detailed the entire truck inside out to the point I had to do a double take when I went to open my door to make sure I had the right truck! It looked better than new When I originally picked it up. The entire team at Tasca Collision North are top notch right down to the receptionist Brianna... Thank you all at Tasca North Woonsocket!!!

Took my vehicle there 4 times and they still couldn't get the job done right. It actually came back damaged in areas that weren't damaged from my collision. Not to mention how they took my insurance for a ride. I trusted that the dealership would of at least provided some type of quality service, but it seems that their "FORD certified" technicians mean little to nothing from the common hack job. Couldn't even express the dissatisfaction I've experienced with these guys. NEVER AGAIN!

My 2018 F-150 was involved in an accident while parked at a horse show with a horse and cart.I called Tasca on Monday, talked to the insurance company, brought the truck in on Tuesday morning, Insurance adjuster called me Wednesday morning from Tasca telling me he had cut a check, minus my deductable, 2 weeks later I picked up my truck and it looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot 18 months ago. Everything about the experience was the best.

The body work itself was exceptional, but the experience was painful due to the repeatedly unpleasant interactions with the representative at the desk. She was rude, disrespectful, defensive, and completely dismissive of my concerns on multiple occasions. It is a shame that a business that does such great work has an employee whose attitude is so poor that a customer would not recommend the business to others.I should note that I did take my concerns to the manager who was completely professional and salvaged the experience for me as did all others with whom I interacted.

My wife was in an accident with her Mazda CX5. Nobody was hurt but the car took a few dings and scrapes. Took it back to the dealer's repair shop on March 4th expecting the best result. What was supposed to be "3-4 days" has now turned into 20 days and counting. Any communication or updates I got were from me reaching out to them and asking for it. At the 1 week mark (March 11th) we told them that we would be going away for a family vacation from the 17th-24th and that we needed the car back prior to that so we didn't have a rental (Toyota Camry, not anywhere close to a comparable vehicle, after I specifically requested an SUV as we have 2 small children) sitting in our drive way racking up rental fees while we were away. We were assured that it should be done by then. Call back a few days later and not only is it still not done, but it won't be done until after we leave, "Wednesday (20th) or Thursday (21st) the latest, but any additional rental fees they will cover. Get back from our trip yesterday, no messages, no voicemails, no updates on the car. I figure no news is good news and assume the car just be done. It's a Sunday, so I don't expect to get a hold of anyone. I call this morning to ask for an update and they say that they are just getting in and I will get a call right back. I already have the kids in the car so we run and errand and head over (about 30-45 minutes later). I take a lap around the parking lot and can't see the car anywhere. I go in and they can't find the car or it's paperwork anywhere. Luckily they find it pretty quickly, "it's in the paint booth and should be done in a day or so". So as of tomorrow what was supposed to be a 3-4 day jobs will be a 3 week job with no real explanation. If I had been kept in the loop, missed deadlines can be over looked and forgiven. Having to constantly fish for information is unacceptable and I hope they take a look at this review and ask themselves where did we go so wrong and how can we do better going forward.
