Listen I don t even have a Mazda and I ve never experienced better customer service than this moment. I ran out of gas in the worst spot ever and my two guardian angels Anthony A and Harlin came out of no where to save the day. I m impressed and will definitely be checking out their other businesses - @HarlinsDetailing and Anthony A s real estate company. $2200 for three beds, hardwood flooring and there s laundry in the unit?? A steal. Tasca you re lucky to have these guys.

From the first time I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with enthusiasm and great energy. I was introduced to Cannon as my point of contact. Cannon instantly showed his dedication and thoughtful pursuit to find me a respectable vehicle. For two weeks straight, Cannon helped me sort through cars and different financial outcomes. I love Tasca, one of the few family owned dealerships left in the area. Always honest, no high pressure sales tactics and everything is what they say it will be. The service department is also fantastic, they always take care of your requests no matter how small they may seem. This is my 2nd brand new Lincoln I ve Purchased from them and I will keep going back for my next. Terrell is sales was great to work with and Eric is service is fantastic! Thank you Tasca, I m a customer for life!

I was extremely satisfied with my service. Eric Defalco kept me informed about our vehicle every couple days until completion. I wish I did not waste my time going to tasca in Seekonk. Where I waited 2 weeks to get an appointment. And then another week for the part to come in. While driving a broken vehicle and not given a service vehicle. To only have them say they fixed it and test drove it and when I got in the truck it was not fixed.I wish I went to Cranston Tasca first.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX 50 Premium and could not be happier. Great customer service all around, our salesman was Jack Cavanagh, he was very professional, knowledgeable and listened to our needs to help us find the right car for us. Extremely happy with our purchase and experience. Well Done Tasca, this is my second purchase from this dealership and both experiences have been excellent!

I had purchased a car here 13 years ago, in 2010. I was very satisfied with the service and vehicle. When I was ready to buy again I searched around, and eventually came back to Tasca. This time I worked with Lou Colon, who is a very charismatic, honest, and smart person. He made the whole process go well- from choosing the car to figuring out payments. He was realistic, up front with everything, and is really down to earth. Eli did my final paperwork, and he was also kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was a very good experience, and I m so so happy with my car- 2020 Ford Escape.

Bob shippey and the collision center in cranston ri did a great job fixing a front end collision on my 2019 ranger. The truck was perfectly repaired, cleaned and returned to me in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them. Bob s, goes out of his way for the customer. Thank you

I called truck service and scheduled an appointment with John Endruschat.I explained to him what we were experiencing with one of our fleet transits vans uploading that information onto our service report. He called and kept me updated on the repair progress. Vehicle repairs were completed when promised. Kudos to John, always a pleasure speaking with him.

Purchased a 2022 Nautilus, beautiful car. Noticed a minor brake issue at highway speed. Steve and his crew replaced the rotors in a timely manner, with good communication. Exceeded my expectations by proving extensively researched details regarding the installation of a trailer hitch with capacities and costs.

I bought a truck there a little over a year ago. I love the truck itself, but have come to regret buying from this dealership. Every experience I ve had there since has gone from bad to worse. Having damaged parts zip-tied out of the way, false promises on repairs they said were covered by warranty, just to bring out a charge for several hundred dollars it s a mess. I ve even had employees flat out lie without hesitation that they ve called and left me messages, up until the point I ve offered them my phone to look at my incoming call record for themselves, just for them to say well I m not going to take one person s word over another . Frankly, to have this consistent of issues says to me there is a major management issue in parts/service. The staff aren t happy and they seem to be just fine with making their misery, your misery. Buyer beware, once the money has crossed the counter, all matter of pleasantry goes out the window. Buy from here if you absolutely must, but plan to find a different dealership for anything else.

Placed an online order on 1-15-24 through their website for 2 car parts. Order receipt by email on 1-15-24 and another confirmation received on 1-16-24 which said a follow-up email would be sent about shipping. My bank account was charged $115.74 which included shipping charges on 1-16-24. After waiting 4 days for the shipping email I checked their site to see the order status but when entering my email and order number supplied by Tasca, I got this message: There was an Error - Select a Car. I tried that and also reentering the order number multiple times without success. I tried their "live chat" which isn't live but instead sends them a notification or message of some sort. I sent the chat message, but no reply. I tried again 3 days later and still the same thing. There's no other way listed on their site to contact them. I've reported them to my bank to dispute the charges. Do not do business with this company. You will get ripped off.

I recently had my car serviced at Tasca Volvo dealership, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received from Doug and Chris. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future car service needs! When purchasing a vehicle knowing you are going to get excellent customer service when it s time to service your vehicle is very important and the Tasca Volvo Team makes that happen!

Appointment for Oil Change set for 1212pm. Told customer service rep I will wait for car. 50 mil later I go to see if my car is in the service center and it s still parked where I left it. Asked if they behind schedule and he said yes we are very behind. I asked why make appointments if you can t keep them and he said they should have informed me when I called l. Told him I did it online and he said well they won t tell you that and I asked him why didn t he tell me that they was way behind schedule with appointments he got an attitude and asked me if he had told me they was behind would you have canceled and I said yes. I told him that I was not going to wait 3 hours or more for an oils change and asked for my keys. No apologies from the rep for not notifying me of the delays. It s amazing now days how large reputable company s have lost all sense of customer satisfaction and appreciation. Makes one reconsider doing business with a Tasca Co. At any level new , used or service.

I highly recommend Tasca automotive group for any service on your vehicles. I have been going there for many years and I have never had a problem. Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything is explained in detail and work is always done in a timely manner.

Very unsatisfied!! The worst car buying experience I have ever had. I wish I could leave less than one star. I test drove the car I wanted and made an appointment almost a week later to pick it up. I showed up on time but had to wait almost half a day just to find out it wasn't ready! Really? After a week, you can't have it ready? Or at the very least, have the courtesy to call me to let me know before I show up for the appointment. Communication was very poor throughout the whole process, and I had to contact them for information regarding my car. They never called me. They "loaned" me a car to use until mine was ready and then charged me $127 for the "loaner"! Two days later my car was ready. I went to pick it up, and items I paid for that were supposed to be installed were not done! The excuse was, "Oh, didn't I tell you it's on back order?"I will never do business with them again and advise you to stay away!!Response to your reply:First, you get one chance to make a first impression, and you blew it!Second, you did not tell me a name of who I should contact? This is part of why I am so completely unsatisfied, I have to contact you, as I have had to do through this whole mess.It is very obvious to me that all you care about is money and care nothing about the customer.Signed,Screwed again by a car dealership.Update:I just had an oil change and was told I need new rear brakes on my new car with 17k miles on it, only 20% left !!! 30% on the front !! I told them I can't believe it on a car with this low mileage, they agreed. I got a second opinion and was told the same thing. I do not ride the brakes, my last two Mazda's went over 60k without having to replace the brakes.STAY AWAY THEY SELL JUNK AND ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT THE CUSTOMER!!

We have been using Tasca for a couple of years. My daughter just brought in her second Volvo to get several issues fixed. We have always dealt with Michael Jordan in the service dept and he has been wonderful and keeps us up to date throughout the day not only on the progress of the car but if any new issues arise. I highly recommend Tasca of Cranston.

Both the sales representative, David Paquin, and the financial manager, Andrew Aytac, were very professional and helpful. I did not feel as though I was being deceived or pressured to finalize the sale. My last experience became a nightmare when I purchased my previous car three years ago from Balise Auto Group. They were horrendous and lacked scruples.This was the first car buying experience I had that was positive and I am so grateful for that. Highly recommend purchasing from the Tasca family.

My 2023 Volvo XC60 was having an issue that required a software update by the dealer. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced and while it was only there for a short period of time, regular updates were given as to the status and a timeframe as to when it would be ready.From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The service staff, car rental representative and everyone I encountered were professional and friendly; it was a pleasure to do business with Tasca Automotive Group!

Bought 2 SUV s from this dealership . First one needed over $8,000 worth of repairs after only owning it for 2 years. Traded that in a year and a month ago only to have this one to have a water leak due to cracks in the body. Over $400 worth of repairs , they recommended I put a claim into my car insurance!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 our sales person was Cannon Brian I can not say enough great words about him. He was very knowledgeable about the product we were looking at and he went above and beyond our expectations. He even went into the dealership on his day off for pickup of the vehicle we purchased.
