Stamas Auto & Truck Center did an amazing job helping me out. I can't thank the team enough! So many other places I went to just wanna sell you there most expensive car/truck an not work with you. These guys did a great job finding a truck in my price range an making the experience not so stressful. If your looking for a reliable car or truck this place is definitely where u wanna go!! From start of my truck journey to the end, it was perfect. They asked a ton of questions of what I will be using the truck for, to help me narrow down my option. Once we decided on a few trucks that would fit my lifestyle Mauricio allowed me to test the truck, twice! If you re like me you second guess yourself a lot and he was great and gave me the best advice on the truck I ended up purchasing. There was never any pressure on me to purchase the truck just, advice and what he thinks would be best for me. Once I decided the truck I was going for oduhm helped me lock in the best rate with my credit. Overall it was a great experience, as this was the first time I purchased a used car.Thanks so much to the entire Stamas team!

Purchased a vehicle 5 months ago today March 13,2024 bought the vehicle October 13,2023. When I first was interested in vehicle I noticed there was a check engine light on dealer told me it would be all taken care of before arrival to pick up vehicle. I told dealer I will not sign on paper work until check engine light issue is a-dressed. Upon test drive I took vehicle to my mechanic and had him run the check engine light to tell me what it needs so I can relay message to dealer to have them fix the correct issue. Come time to sign on vehicle check engine light was off dealer stated what was asked was fixed and replaced new, so I signed on truck and drove away. The next day all excited to drive my new to me vehicle the check engine light comes on and de rates the vehicles power. Dealer is not an honest establishment. 5 months later today my truck need a whole new fuel system 6,000 in parts 4,000 in labor on a truck that I though I bought from a reputable dealer. Horrible place and stay away. It s my only means of transportation and now I don t have a vehicle with a family and a child.

Bought a truck after searching high and low. Nelson was great to work with. Very personable and didn t try to push me into anything I didn t want. Oudom was also fantastic to work with when it came to the financing side of things. Overall a good group of guys and a good company to buy from!

Alex is the best sales person ever! He was extremely helpful and friendly! Absolutely recommend him if you re thinking about buying a car here !! He helped my grandfather find a really nice car and always kept in touch and updated him ! As soon as you walk on the property you know you're in the right place. They welcome you like you're part of their family. Now I know that part is not why I went there, but warm and friendly feelings aside, when it comes to taking care of providing only the very best, most thorough automotive service one can expect. These guys excel! They make the whole sales process quick and easy. And I am from another State! I would buy my next vehicle from here without hesitation.

I have always bought private sale previously and had some bad experiences with misrepresentation of vehicles. I had a friend refer stamos I just bought a beautiful 09 f150 for a reasonable price. Any concerns I had about the vehicle were immediately addressed and taken care of WITHOUT CHARGE. Mauricio had excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. Oudom the finance specialist was also outstanding. The overall customer service was second to none. I'm very happy with my new vehicle! I WILL NEVER BUY PRIVATE AGAIN!

We drove 2 hours from Connecticut to look at a Jeep Cherokee after confirming its availability. When we arrived the vehicle was out front and ready to be looked at and taken for a test drive. We met Nelson outside and he was very welcoming. He explained the dealerships fees, price and answered every question that my wife and I had. If he didn t know the answer he went and got one for us. After test driving the vehicle Nelson left us alone to talk about whether we wanted to move forward. There was no haggling, no pressuring and no sales people constantly checking on us.Ultimately we decided to proceed with the purchase and that s when we met Oudon who handled the Financial aspect of the deal. Both Nelson and Oudon were polite and treated us as family and not just another customer. Oudon even came in on his day off to finalize paperwork with us because it worked with our schedule. All in all we are extremely pleased with everything from the moment we met Nelson until the moment he handed our daughter the keys to her Jeep. I would definitely recommend Stamas Auto and Truck if you re in the market for a vehicle and they have what you re looking for.

This place is terrible. Bought a Acura TL last April and since then ive had to replace the transmission, radiator, exhaust, and alternator. they dont know how to work on cars, I took it to them a week after i bought it and they cleared all the codes did no work claimed it was a loose bearing that they fixed!!! THEY CHARGED ME 600$!!!!!!!!!!A day later i take it to my normal mechanic and he tells me right away i need a transmission. dont buy from these guys unless you want to be screwed. ive payed 7000$ in repairs in less than a year. Salesmen and the owner will pretend to be a nice guy and screw u over as soon as he gets his money! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE.ALSO THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 0$ DOWN THEN MADE ME PAY 500$ IN FINANCE FEES CLEARLY JUST A DOWNPAYMENT THEY TRY TO TRICK YOU !!!Edit: Sent a letter from my attorney requesting some compensation for selling me a lemon and havent heard anything back in 5 months. will be reporting to the Better Business Bearau

I have bought many cars new and used over 43 years this dealer has their act together. From my initial inquiry with Sean my salesperson to the test drive leading to my purchase the process was seamless. The finance manager was straight forward no games no empty promises he got the job done. I just picked the car up tonight and it looked fantastic. The 2011 Dodge Challenger I bought was not only my dream car for 43 yrs. it was in impeccable condition physically and mechanically. A big thank you and a tip of the cap for a job well done and I will be back for future vehicles. It s nice to find a business that exceeds your expectations. How often does that happen!

10/10 experience at Stamas. I had recently purchased the car of my dreams at another dealership but it was totaled in an accident. I was dreading having to repeat the looking for another car process all over again but Stamas made the process quick, easy, enjoyable, and worry-free. Stopped in to look at a truck we saw on the website. The entire team were extreamly warm and welcoming and made the process of purchasing the truck easy and quick! Huge thanks to Mauricio and Oudon for all the help!Very family friendly, our 2 year old was with us during the entire time.
