This place is amazing. I just bought a 2017 jeep renegade and it is just what i was looking for. The lady that helped me manuela is very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to explain to me the details of what i was signing, she was very patient with me. They accommodated all my needs and worked in a timely manner. I will absolutely be sending my friends and family here.

This place sucks they lie to you a few years back in 2020. My mom went to get a car here and they told her she needed to cosign to prove a little bit more income so me being 18 years old agreed to be her cosigner and that was the agreement and I go now fast forward to 2023 to get my own Car loan and they told me that I couldn t get a car loan because I m still in one because I m not the cosigner. I m actually the main owner of the car which wasn t the agreement. I was supposed to be the cosigner only they lied to us and told us that my mom was the main and I was a cosigner turns out I was main, and now I m screwed until the loans paid off thanks to them.

I recently bought a car from Sams auto sales. The sales manager was very nice. She helped me throughout the purchase. I looked at a few different cars and was unsure as to which one i wanted but Manuella was very patient and helpful. She kindly pointed out the differences and i was able to make my pick. Thank you Sams auto sales, i feel very satisfied with my purchase and with the service offered by your staff.

We got a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Laredo and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the service from the guys was excellent! We were credit approved quickly and got a fair deal and warranty! Thank you to the guys at Sam's auto!

I was going to leave a 1 star review but you can thank their new service manager. The girl at the desk is clueless and was 2 seconds away from returning the vehicle i bought that failed Mass inspection twice. With a warrantee in hand i go to the dealer and was told my warrantee was not accepted and they quoted me $3,000 for the repairs and told me to return the vehicle back from where i got it. I immediately call Sam s and i get a non English speaking girl who was very rude so i decided to head up there when i got the chance. I get pulled over a week later for having no inspection got ticketed so i raced to Sam s. I get there and was greeted by their new service manager who at first i thought was pushing me off but i waited the half hour and he checked my car out. minutes later he tells me its all set to go and me being skeptical waited a couple minutes turned the car on and off a couple times all seemed ok and the car was not shaking like a mixer anymore . Curiously i stop at the inspection facility on my way home and my car passed with no issues so for that Thank you Sam s at least someone there cares about the customers he also pointed some things out that were missed by the dealer and will make an appointment to address them. So far a a great local dealer and did not leave me hangin dry!

Place has nice looking cars that s it nice to look at , this place sales you a warranty on a car then does not honor it , over price for state inspection stickers , place is a hub for for criminals to rob public

Bought there in March of '19, got the payment I wanted, lousy credit no problem, Lance and Barney are the best, very friendly, helpful. Now 17 months later in Aug '20 still getting great service there. I highly recommend Sam's for good used cars and great service! Thanks, guys, you're the best!!

Bought a car in September. Had nothing but issues with it brought it back same issues with it. Was told brakes and rotors were new and now my car needs breaks. Would not recommend if looking for a reliable car. Customer service is good unless you have an issue then it becomes hell. Reviews are only good because you re given a $20 gas card.

Don't get any cars from this place cuz u get one from these ppl and something goes wrong or u need something fixed they don't wanna fix it they like to give u lemons and they always says they r backed up when they r not backed up !!! If I could give them -10 I would I will never get a car from them again

Just purchased a mini van from Sam s. Service was great. They were very accommodating, patient and professional.Price was very reasonable compared to similar vehicles sold at other lots. Car was immmaculate. I would send a friend here without hesitation.

I bought my 2014 Kia from Sam s at the end of June right after my birthday. I originally just went there to help my mom pick out a car but I ended up finding myself a car that I loved. Barney was especially helpful to me in the car buying process and he made everything go so smoothly and was a great help. The service I received was more than expecting and I am beyond happy I made my purchase with them. I sent my sister over to buy a car from them as well and I will continue referring friends and family there so that they can be as happy as I am with my Kia. Will definitely be going again for my next purchase.

This place is absolute amazing. Everyone here is so helpful, the owner Sam is awesome. I was there for a little bit but didn't mind it because since everyone is so nice and friendly you can legit have a conversation with them which makes buying a car so much easier. There was no hassle, there was no pressure nothing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a used car. Thank you again!!

Sams auto is a great spot if your looking for a car that you actually want and don t want too be throw in just any car. First person I met was Barney funny man and straight forward too the point. When it came down for me too choosing a car I wanted he spoke too sam himself. I met with Sam and he s a very.Lenient man if you tell him your situation and don t leave out any hidden details he will work with you.!! He will split the payments up too the dates of your liking and he will take a shot on you. Most places will not do that in my experience. Your a adult if your honest and straight forward the re shouldn t be any issues too your car buying experience. I had progressive insurance and they helped me find cheaper coverage so that I can purchase the car.I wanted no place does that they just try and sign you in and sign you out. Their not looking for you too fail if you feel iffy about something explain what it is and they can help you. Cause 9/10 it s the insurance holding you back from a great car buying experience.

The people at Sams Auto went above and beyond to help my husband and i pick out a car. They didnt stop until we were approved at a rate we could afford. Special thanks to Maria as well! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. My husband and i love our new car and would do business with them in the future!

Best place I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. Lance is absolutely an amazing salesperson. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as I walked in. All the guys there are Great!!!!. Passing the word to go to Sam's Auto..Great place, Great people....

Sam's Auto Sales is a great place to buy a used car. They have large selection of cars to choose from. Sam also helps you with financing. Best of all they give you a great price without the typical haggling you encounter at other used car dealerships. Go to Sam's the next time you need a car, you won't be disappointed!

Owner is a Scam artist who has no problem bullshiting to make a sale, then avoids you for 30 days after you buy a vehicle so you cant do anything about it. He also told me he would give me a set of tires when the winter came, because the ones on the vehicle were not new, but were not garbage yet. He said come back this winter and we'll throw some new tires on it for you instead of putting them on now. Never got a hold of him, called at least 10 times and left my number. Stopped by a couple times and was told he wasn't there. Would never give this crook another penny.

I wouldn't recommend for any mechanical repair they lied and said I needed components under the front end to get an alignment but I had to double checked again everything was tight I went to another alignment shop and they aligned me no problem try to charge me almost $900 for nothing

I have nothing but great things to say about Sam's Auto Group! Sam and his entire team took every step possible to make sure I got exactly the car I wanted at the price I wanted. As soon as I stepped on the lot, Barney showed me nothing but care and helpfulness - he was certain he could get me in the right car ASAP (I don't exactly have the best or established credit) and he was right! The whole team worked to make sure my finances were taken care of, that the car was in the best condition possible, and really went above and beyond to make everything happen for me! When only two weeks later it seemed I was having trouble with my starter, they took me right in and gave me a new one within hours! I would definitely recommend Sam's not just for anyone interested in a car but also for their great repair shop as well. My family really needed an increase in size (as our family increased in size) that fit within our budget and Sam's delivered! I look forward to my continued relationship there and hope anyone reading this review realizes if they make Sam's their first stop, it will also be their last!

I may have found my suv at Sam's. Bernie was a great help and a gentleman. I found my SUV Beautiful vehicle. The effort the whole office gave me and my wife was white glove service. I am going to spread the word.God bless them all.

They sold me my vechile and it drives really smooth. They take great care of the vechiles and give you a full clean up when you buy. Nice and kind people willing to work with you 100%! When I recently visited a couple days ago they had an entire new row of vechiles waiting to be sold. I d go check them out before their gone the streets a busy one.

I don t usually write reviews but let me give y all a small story on how my day went 7/1. I woke up ready to go to carmax and put a down payment on a car, mind you after looking for months I finally had settled for a car i wasn t really into. After i test drive my new car you know I m smiling ear to ear about to swipe this card with no regret and BAM carmax denied me for not being 6 months or longer at job. Now i was stuck at carmax with my old car that wouldn t turn on and way past my lunch break. So I called Sams Auto Sale explained to Rob about my bad day and with no hesitation he sent Barney to PICK ME UP from carmax and bring me in to the office. Now I ll tell you I had my guards up I was like Rob if i get approved I ll settle for anything at this point if i don t can I get a ride back to carmax to pick up my old car Rob and Sam did their work and got me a JEEP! Like fully loaded third row, rear view camera, Bose speakers, leather seat everything i was looking for in a jeep and wait here is the best part it was LESS than carmax was going to charge in me total. I am super happy with their service the guys are really great and if you ever get a ride with Barney ask him about his college years he has amazing story s and a great memory.

My name is Ray i went in looking for a junker and Jay found me a gem way better then what i exspected, he even drove after hours to my house to sign paper work after hours. He is one of the best in the business, this is my second car from sams and have nothing but outstanding things to say about them and there sales team and dont forget coco the dog!!! I suggest if your in the market you go see Jay Or Vladd at Sams Auto sales for the best deal on the used car market!!!!
