Took my Jeep in for an inspection. Found out I had some issues with my thermostat and we had it all taken care of within two weeks. Fast service, communicative, and friendly. Highly recommend I will definitely be bringing my cars back there for service

Called on a Friday to book an appointment for inspection thinking It would be within the next 2 weeks. Nasr was able to get me in first thing the next day. It was a cold snowy morning and he want out of his way to make sure I was warm and comfortable while I waited. Great service! Strongly recommend.

Called to see if I could book an appointment within the next two weeks and was told to come in same day! I got new brakes, new tires, oil change, and inspection done all in the same day! Not only that but they also stayed late so I could have my car because I had work the next day! Absolutely love this place and will not be going anywhere else for my car needs. Thanks again! :-)

The owner is very kind. I had both my cars inspected there and he was fast and efficient. I live right down the street from this shop and my car needed to be jumped but I didn't have anything to jump it with. I walked over and asked if he could help and he came over to my house and jumped my car and tightened the battery connection for me. He saved my day for sure! He has made a customer for life.

This auto shop is my favorite in RI! They give great advice, do fantastic work and price their services fairly. They stopped me from buying new tires for an emergency road trip that another shop tried to nudge me towards. Thank you!

My friend Mare has had her car serviced many times and the owner Nasa to be very honest, quick and efficient and he is very knowledgeable about all types of cars. I am very happy and pleased with his work.

I've been a long-time customer here and really trust them. They consistently provide great customer service, do great work, take the time to check-in with you about things and explain everything, and provide fair prices. One time, I stopped in because there was a random noise in my car that appeared suddenly and I was afraid to drive it more, and even though they were busy, they took a few minutes to help me out to make sure it wasn't anything serious, figured out the issue and solved it right away. It was amazing. So grateful to have this place to count on to take such good care of my car!

Absolutely the best car service place in RI. Charlie and everyone that works at Pontiac Service are professional and knowledgeable. They always fit me in or anyone I send over. There has never been a job too big or too small, I've gone there since 2013, three cars later, i wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm not sure why I didn't leave a review sooner, but they are highly recommended.

Charlie and Nasser do great work at a good price. They are hard working and run a clean shop. I recommend them heartily. For me and my family, they have done it all from oil changes to tire replacements to engine diagnostics and maintenance. I trust them to do the job right. I am just a satisfied customer who lives in the neighborhood.

They used to be a good shop. In the world of what have you done for me lately, they are not so good! They used to have a fleet of my security cars and while they had that work, their service was always great. Since that work has gone elsewhere, I have been in there on my own for work 4 times to be very disappointed each time. I went in there this morning to ask about having them check my car from the last time it was there because I failed inspection. Just from looking good out the window he said it's gonna fail because of the headlights. I wanted him to check what he failed it for the last time he said he was busy and wasn't going to have time, there were no cars in the bays, no one waiting, it was 8:30am. Again, and quote me, in the world of what have you done for me lately, they are not good. If you are new or a not so recent customer, BE WARE! If you are a regular customer who spend money there, you are all set.

There are a few things which I wholeheartedly endorse--this business is one of them. A more knowledgeable, honest, and friendly staff does not exist on the West Bay. Every time I need to take my car in, work is done in a timely manner and the price is very fair. Thankful that I have found such a wonderful mechanic; please visit them for all your car service needs.

I have been there a few times thinking the oil change is cheaper than my dealership. Owner, Charlie was very nice and got it down quickly and it was a deal.I went in 2 other times because his rates are much better than my dealership and I have switched to him after 10 years of Herb Chambers in Warwick.I had a crisis one night with my car and he came out and helped me....talk about going beyond the call of duty and exceeded any expectations I had. I find him to listen to me when I talk about noises or issues, and is extremely fair and honest. I couldn't be happier. Done with the Dealership and highly recommend his busy shop.SEA

July 23, 2015The low tire pressure literally went on as I was approaching Pontiac Service Center and since I was heading to Boston I was concerned. Charlie could not have been nicer to me, he filled the tire with air, did not want to take money and then put it on the lift and discovered a large nail which he plugged and again did not want to accept any money. I told him he did a good deed and something good will come back to him. I am hoping this review will bring more business to this kind man and I owe him a few coffees. By the way this is my first experience with the center but I plan to go back when needed and tell all of my friends!

Refered to Charlie by a co worker to have the blower motor fixed on my car and was very happy with the fast service and friendliness of both gentleman when I dropped off and picked up my car! Will definately be bringing my car back to have some other work done and will definately recommend them to others! Fast and fair service and price. Thank you

Did not have great service here, felt like I was unwanted there and they were doing everything in their power to make me feel uncomfortable and leave. Did not want to help me. They did not treat me well and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very trustworthy honest mechanic. My father introduced me to this shop after getting screwed by the shop up the st from there. My father told me to go to him in the 1st place but was closed due to covid so took it somewhere else and got screwed. The mechanic there was professional and honest

Charged my girlfriend $40 for a 30 minute inspection after never telling her the cost. The man had no shame taking advantage of her either after I confronted him. After admitting that he never told us a price he gave her $10 back. Go elsewhere if you need auto work done, he said he would give it all back if she agreed to his $1200 overpriced invoice.

Charlie and nasser are simply the best ! Honest fair and integrity , rare these days ! I wouldent take my vehicle anywhere else ever ! I had alot of work done on my 03 gmc pick up , work was done quick , they explained everything to me and only fixed what was needed same for my wifes jeep , if you need a mechanic you can totally trust , this is the place ! The only place !

Charlie the owner is always professional and honest, charges very reasonable prices and gets whatever job he's doing done quick and right the 1st time! I would recommend these guys to anyone for a car repair or just routine maintenance!
