Kyle and Noel were very helpful. They did not have my type of tire in stock and the delivery wouldn t be for another 4 hours. Kyle went above and beyond to pick up my tire himself. I am very grateful as I had somewhere to be. Bob, worked on my car. He was very knowledgeable and finished the job quickly. These guys were amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Dropped in for some general info and was greeted with the greatest customer service by Noel. Not only did he guide me in the right direction, but he also educated me on things I was unaware of about vehicles in general. Trustworthy, honest and they always do their best to have the cars done in a timely manner. I feel comfortable bringing my car in knowing that I wont leave with a laundry list of services that arent necessary. Last but not least, 10/10 customer service, from the technicians all the way to the owner.

I recently brought my car in for some noise thought to be coming from the front driver side tire. Kyle took the car and fully examined it, even taking all the wheels off and checking them ultimately finding nothing wrong. He called me back and let me know and I asked what the charge was and he said nothing. I told him I had to give him something for his time and he would not take any payment. This had to be one of the best customer expiriences I have ever had and I will definitely be bringing my cars to him in the future.

Tried to come by for an oil change. They were booked with appointments for a week. However the guy at the desk was super nice and recommended that I could go across the street to the Valvoline for the service. Him suggesting that to help me out meant a lot. While I hope I don't need to have any work done, I will definitely make an appointment next time because that shows they care about their customers enough to send them to their competitors to help.

These guys are top notch. I've had a break job done that took them just a couple hours. When they schedule you, they don't mess around and get it done. Also, I just bought a used car they gave me a very detailed look over and and an estimate to get it on the road. Midas cranston fixed my wheel alignment and tire balance problems unlike other high priced facilities. Also installed great exhaust system at earlier date. To all my fellow senior citizens check them out.

Friendly, honest, shows what needs to be done also recommends service or not.So you get to make the decision if the work gets done or not. You will always get an honest answer. Make an appointment before going.

They were very quick in getting me in and out which was the high point and would give credit where it is due, yet encountered and issue with the service provided. Had to get bulbs replaced, both headlights, side light, and a parking light, took anout fifteen minutes and I was pretty pleased.Then I had to drive at night and couldn't see anything in front of me because the headlights were so far out of alignment. Left headlight is angled so far left it is probably only good for flashing passing drivers and the right bulb is so low it only lights the curb.First picture is headlight alignment. Second picture are daytime lights for the difference.EDIT: Was able to take it in again on the next available morning and staff was able to check and fix the problem. I was in for service on my Jeep & couldn t have been taken care of any better. Kevin is top notch when it came to explaining all the details going in to the service work as well being straight forward & honest when it came to work being done. So my 21 year old daughter was having a problem and couldn't shift her car into park. She was in the Cranston area so I called this shop and they said bring it right in we will look at it. Turns out a cover from the battery had slipped and was snagging the transmission cable. They removed it and everything works fine! They didn't even charge her! Now, many a not so honest place would have created charges or issues! I am so grateful to this shop for being kind, honest and trustworthy. I can promise we will be returning for our car needs! Everyone was Great! I highly recommend coming here, my family and I have been coming for years, Linda at the front desk is always courteous and efficient. Called about a friend alignment the guy who answered the phone was absolutely great show me a couple things I didn't know because my car is four wheel drive. They ended up putting me in at the end of the day but when I left my car still was not driving straight so I called right away and Rob told me to come right back and they would fix it they're very nice and very helpful thank you guys!! Greatly appreciated

Very professional and relaxing environment. Extremely courteous and helpful staff, from Linda aiding in securing your appointment and informing you about first come first served services, to Kyle making you feel secure that your vehicle is well cared about and for, to the guys in the shop that make it all happen. I would not take my car anywhere else!!!

Really great service! They are honest! I have used this location of Midas on several occasions, they are extremely thorough in their evaluation and assessment of the vehicle and its components. I feel like the prices are fair and I have not been overcharged ever. Top notch service. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family!

I have never had a bad experience at this Midas. It feels more like a small local delight more than a chain. Kyle and Noel and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable and show a real effort when it comes to recognizing regulars. I will always do my inspection and oil changes at this location no matter what car I have as long as I live in the area.Also a dog friendly lobby! I live local enough to walk home during lengthy maintenances and so I thought I would need to tie my dog up outside to come in and pay but they let me bring him in instead. I've also seen some people carrying smaller quiet dogs on their laps in the lobby while they waited.

Awesome experience. The person over the desk was so polite and helpful. He showed me what exactly is wrong with my car and told me that some things can wait. Price is reasonable and everything was perfect with this repair shop.

You will never find another auto shop so honest and down to earth. Kyle and Linda are the best. My whole family go to them. They will let you know when it's really necessary to replace unlike some other auto shop would just keep telling us to we need to do this or that.
