I cannot recommend this auto shop enough. I have brought my car to them a couple of times and have had the best experiences. The mechanics are so kind, and their prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommend. Great neighborhood repair shop with solid mechanics and fair prices. Friendly and accommodating. We are lucky to have this shop in our community. I have used them for several years and never had a problem. Danny and newish owner Eli are great. Grateful to have a fast, competent, reliable and affordable auto shop within walking distance. I could see how if you are a person who can fix their own vehicle the price might not seem worth it, but their pricing is fair and competitive, they just need to run a business and make a living like anyone else. We just did new rear break pads and rotors, a plugged and filled tire with a slow leak, a full AC clear and pressurized charge and a full synthetic oil change and filter for under $450. I m not mad at that.

I was with a friend whose A/C wasn't working. We drove into LaSalle Auto, to get pricing. Eli greeted us, and said he would check it out.Much to my surprise, Eli said he could fix it while we wait. He informed us that the coolant only needed a recharge. In less than an hour we were back on the road--more importantly, we were comfortable.To my utter amazement, Eli and Dani performed all the work for under $100. We scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance.Thanks Eli, Thanks Dani.

Danny took great care of my car as usual. It is always a pleasure to deal with LaSalle for service. They are great and have always answered my questions and made time for my car. They care and I have been coming to them to service my car for years. Highly recommend their great service. Bob

My air condition was on the fritz, and I was fortunate enough to be passing by LaSalle Automotive on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston. I stopped in and spoke with Eli. Eli was genuinely concerned, and took my Ford f150 truck into a service bay immediately. Within 45minutes my A/C was as good as new.Eli and Dani purged the old coolent/air out of the line, put a dye in the system, checked for leaks, and tested it to ensure quality. Most impressive, they did all this work for under $100. No gimmicks, no extras, and no BS. Honest mechanics.Immediate service+ Best prices+ Top-notch mechanics+ Great location+ Outstanding results---------------------=

I went to La Salle for a reinspection after having performed repair work myself. I choose to go to La Salle because it was closer to my work than the previous auto repair place that I went to for the first inspection. I wasnt aware that the I could have gone back to the first center for free. The mechanic at La Salle had enough integrity to tell me, even though it meant I cancelled my appointment with them. He saved me $55. I can't comment on the quality of their work, but they are definitely honest, and that's usually a very good sign.

Thorough, Conscientious, and Fair.In a business where honesty is sometimes hard to find, Tom and his crew left a great impression. I would recommend this to anyone in need of repairs or an inspection before purchasing a used car.

Poor communication and rude. Yelled at me when I inquired how long it d be. Said he d call me when the bay was open and he could take a look at my car. Never called me back.
