Took my truck there for alignment that was recommended by enthusiasts. They did it and tells me they did the best and it ll pull a little. Next day the entire truck came out of alignment and checked myself to see that ALL the control bolts were loose. Called to reschedule another alignment as Joe kept complaining that my lift my this my lift that. A week later does it again free of charge. Seems not to pull anymore but the steering was cocked. Again, as last time, the very next day I hit a bump and knocked it all out of alignment again. I m done with this dump shop I would never go there or recommend this place to anyone

Fantastic work, and completed in good time. Friendly service from Joe, as he explained the problems and work to be done to my son's truck, in a way I could understand. Most importantly, I feel comfortable knowing my son is safe driving a vehicle serviced by Joe & Son's!

Loved this shop the owner Joe is awesome at his job both customer service wise and mechanical abilities everytime I've gone here I've have a great experience I recently had a set of tires and tpms sensors replaced on my son's bmw wheels and everything went well as I know it would rims were still like new no damages which I've had some tire shops damage my wheels like tire warehouse on elmwood don't go there lol and the tires were balanced correctly thanks Joe

Took my ride in for a quick alignment. Long story short...it didn't get done because I needed tires . They didn't try to push their tires on me ...they said get your tires and come back for your alignment. That's honest business .

Joe and Frank are hardworking, honest, and always do customer service with a smile. It is hard to find a business as trustworthy in this day and age. They said I could leave my car there and it was 830am. Didn't look at my car until 3pm and says what needs to be fixed and having not much of a choice I had them do the work. He says "I'll call you when its done" not realizing he didn't mean that day. I call at 515pm and they closed. I didn't get a phone call untill 930am the next day. People are really nice. But if you don't need your car for a whole 24 hrs go here. My kids missed school and I could have kept the car until they were actually ready to fix it. I know for next time if i go here again.

Nothing but the best! I give 5 stars !!!When others have only had me spent lots of moneyreplace good parts not needed! My car was quickly diagnosedand with certainty quickly fixed.Joe is a very kind person and honest!Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else!

Get your car or truck fixed with an honest price with honest people they do the job right trust me first time I used them got what I needed and I got the price I was looking for I Know It Vehicles cost effect on certain items like alternators belts bushings tie rods balls joints.I know what they cost and he's right on the money .he will not take advantage of you and he's a good man. I will continue to use Joe for my mechanic.

Staff are all awesome to deal with and always do really good work. You won't find another place better than Joe and sons. We have been going to them for 12 years and service has always been perfect.

My oil light was blinking so I stopped to see what was wrong. The guys checked my oil level and it was down , so they put 2 quartes in then checked it again.Still needed a little more so he added it.He also checked all the fluids in the car.After helping me he only charged me$7.00

This shop ripped my family off of $1500+Recently, I had trouble with my Chevrolet Colorado, which is a midsized pickup. To put it simply, all four brakes were locked up tight after I tried to drive to work one day. So, we towed it to this particular shop because a relative knew this guy. He diagnosed the problem as a total brake failure, where he said that someone put the wrong kind of brake fluid in it, and he had to replace all of the brake compnenets because he claimed that it caused rust buildup in everything. $2200 later, and we had a working (and stopping) truck.Now, I didn't trust the guy, and I looked at it myself. Opened the hood. Well, the master cylinder was new, but the brake lines still.looked factory. Maybe that's just me. I crawled under the truck. Brake lines looked faded. The calipers were rusty, like other parts of the truck. The fittings were corroded from aging. Now, to make sure I wasn't bat crazy, I took it to another friend of mine who is a diesel mechanic, but knows everything you need to know about regular cars and trucks as well. He told me that I got ripped off, that all he did was the master brake cylinder. He even showed me exactly what each part did, and how it should look if someone fixed it. To put it simply, I'm very mad.

Ran over something on my way home pulled into Joe&sons Joe jumped on it and within 10 minutes we were on our way home again. I have decided that ALL of my automotive maintenance will be preformed by Joe & sons
