Ordered a fuel rail expedited shipping paid 81.00 dollars for shipping. And a week later never shipped. Can't call them they don't take calls only emails and chat. No responses to fix problem . Just lies on chat. SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered some fox shocks with expedited shipping. Everything came on time and perfect condition. I ordered on the weekend and got a shipping number Monday morning. The main reason I m leaving a review is cause these are all negative. Normally I don t leave reviews.

Easy to locate parts and verify the applicability to my vehicle. Cost was comparable to other sites and did not gouge you on shipping like some dealer sites. Easy to order and process. So far I am happy with this transaction. I will post again when I receive the CV Shaft parts for my Nissan Rogue.

Absolutely terrible experience working with this company. Sent me someone's used core rather than a new turbo. Sent it back for a replacement and the replacement was even worse than the first; received with a broken shaft and completely destroyed compressor wheel. Communication has been poor though this whole experience and now will not respond to requests to return for a refund. No phone number available. Had to go to another company to get a new turbo.

Parts were never shipped. Took days to receive a response to emails. Was told one of the parts I ordered had not yet arrived after more than a month. Set them a deadline to ship parts or cancel order - they did neither. Had to initiate credit card chargeback to get my money back. Ordered the same parts from a different store and they arrived a few days later.

I realized I put the wrong address in my order. I reached out to OEM via their live chat and they cancelled the order on the spot so I could reorder with the correct address. Gotta love keeping it simple and great customer service. thx!

Your team informed me my part was not a direct factory replacement...changed my order to a totally other part which is not what I need. I paid nearly 3x what I was originally ordering and now I have attempted to call with no ability to talk to anyone. I have submitted email via your "live chat" (which is not live) and also sent separate emails and have gotten no response. I need to send back the item that was shipped for a full refund. I was ordering a heater core, and was sent a heater core case.

Horrible! One of the worst customer service departments ever! Order and paid for part almost a month ago and they never sent. You can't get anyone to answer the phone or return emails or messages. Car has been stuck in driveway waiting for part that was supposedly "in stock". Will NEVER do business with again and would suggest you don't either!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. No way to communicate with them. 20 days after I ordered the part I emailed and was told it was "on back order" so asked to cancel it and they ignored my email completely. They created a shipping label when I ordered the part but didn't actually send it out until over a month later. Took the part almost 2 full months to arrive. Unacceptable. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

This company has scammed me out of my money. I paid for expedited two day shipping. After a few days I didn't receive my package I called USPS to see where it was and they informed me it was shipped with standard shipping. this is obviously fruad. The customer service representative wasn't helpful at all. They have ignored all my messages. Do not order from this company. They have awful rating and reviews for a reason.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this website. Placed and paid for an item a week ago and have had no replies to my emails inquiring as to why the item hasn t shipped. I gave a star cause it s the lowest you can select. I ve asked numerous times for them to cancel my order and refund my payment but no action or reply. I may be getting scammed so I m filing a claim with PayPal to get my money refunded since I ve had no communication from the company and the item hasn t shipped. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this website! Your time will be wasted and you may get ripped off. No contact from them at all. PATHETIC!!

I wanted to add to the review thread as I had seen so many negative ones. I ordered some parts from them and after a couple of days followed up, only to find the parts shown as in stock were not in fact in stock. I requested a cancellation and re-fund which was done quickly and with good communication. Not a horrible experience but seems like the web site is not kept up to date. The site has the usual disclaimers but showing in stock product that is not in stock is problematical.

Ordered a part with 2 day Fedex delivery (and paid extra for expedited order) and instead of getting it on Aug 19th, I got notified on Aug 23 that it will be shipped shortly.No response to my emails, no chat service at any time.I wanted to redirect the order to a different address due to the delay but no contact whatsoever. Can't say "poor service" because practically there is no service.

Wanted to leave them a good review but I cant wish I read the reviews before ordering from them long wait times the slowest glitchiest communication system ever and when it finally arrived it wasnt even what I ordered now I have to send their junk back how do you get a airbag and cupholder mixed up

First, my fault for ordering the wrong part, a mirror cup.Second, absolutely no customer service when I asked to return/exchange it. Their email said it could be returned and would be "reviewed" in 2-3 business days. 15 days later, I have heard nothing, in spite of to additional requests for information. I can't say this is fraud in any way, since I did receive the part (slowly), but I would never do business with them again.

Diffecult part to find right part, they did. shipped fast, packed well good tracking. I ordered 2 others that I had to return untal I found these guys. You other car guys use this company.

My package was shipped to the wrong address because "I used PayPal." I checked my PayPal, and the address is correct. Before purchasing parts, I used the correct address, and still, they can't do it. I texted support about that, and I told them before the package was shipped about it. They said they would reach me via email, but it never happened, and they will use the correct address, and that one also didn't happen.-Bad communication-0 responsibilitySave your time and buy parts somewhere else. You can't work with people you treated you like trash.

spent over 1000 in parts to have both damaged during shipping. sent many emails and chat logs for a claim and nothing at this point i would have rather spent the money at my dealer then this web sit with poor custmer service and a dumb chat box to talk to someone

After a month of waiting for the part, the company demanded from me $200 extra for shipping, due to the refusal, they canceled the order and did not refund the full amount, unreliable company, scammers!!!!!!

We ordered the driver s side seat cushion and cover. What we received was the foam for the middle seat and the cover for the passenger seat. I have tried to call only to get a message saying the phone line is not being used and you need to send an email. I sent 2 emails without any response. I tried the live chat only to have it time out and had to start over several times without success. I called the dealership in RI directly and left 3 phone messages again NO response. I finally found a form to download only to see that I have to pay for the return shipping when this issue is completely the company s fault! I will NEVER order anything from EOM ever again! Buyer BEWARE!

Don't order from this website. I ordered a part. I had to reach out to them to find out that the manufacturer had my part on back list meaning they aren't making it anymore. But I was still charged. Its been a month and I have no refund processing. They basically took my money and didn't give me anything. There is no way to physically contact a person it's all online "live chat" they said the reason for my refund taking so long was their time got reset which is stupid. Then I was told from another chat agent weeks later they switched to a new software. Two different stories. Don't order from here unless you want your money stolen.
