HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDEven if parts not in stock...Very clean place and very professional staff. Helpful but didn't have the parts, checking other locations to see if they had the parts and offered to order what I was looking for.I would definitely go back for my parts when need be.

They are great. Friendly and helpful! The sold me just what I needed to fix the car. The store is clean and bright. Good product selection. Also spoke to the manager for a couple of minutes, I joined the point program and he encouraged me to take the survey on receipt for chance at prizes.

Short man with buzz cut extremely rude. Sold us the wrong parts 3 times then gave US attitude for his error. Use to like this store, but not after the experience I had with this dude. He takes his job way too seriously one bad ople DOES make a bad bunch

I went to the one on cowesett ave in west Warwick Rhode Island. I needed a brake light. I purchased the light and Chuck, the assistant manager offered to put it in free of charge. He did so. I was amazed with his kindness and will certainly revisit the store when I need auto motive parts. That kind of service is hard to come by. Thank you, Chuck!!

Very disappointing experience at this store. Bought a $19 dollar spark plug wire. Went to return it a few days later......unopened package and receipt in hand. It was about 2:30 pm. The girl at the counter told me that she couldn't refund my money because there was no money in the drawer ($19). Just returned.....a week later 10:30 am.....same girl. Sorry, I can't refund your money because there isn't enough money in the drawer......what?....I asked to speak with the manager. He came over, reviewed my receipt, then took care of a customer that came after me. Finally, he very reluctantly opened the drawer and refunded the $19, telling me that I had to understand that they can't do refunds if the money isn't in the drawer. He didn't like it when I said "You just took the money out of the drawer"....he asked "What?" I said "You just took the money out of the drawer". He said that he wasn't here to argue, and that I was already upset because it was my second time there. He insinuated that I had a problem. I told him that I did and that I was going to write a letter to corporate. I am complaining about this on media as well. Rude behavior and poor way to treat a faithful customer Asst. Mgr. ENIO. Done with O'Reilly's.

I have needed new wiper blades for a while now. I finally stopped at O Reillys because I heard they will put them on too. The guy was super helpful- told me what I needed and when I asked for a recommendation he was quick to offer a couple. He then came out and put them on my car. My receipt says his name was Ralph... so thanks Ralph!

Went to get a new battery for my car and they gave me the wrong one even though I brought in old one and they looked up what my car should have, this caused damages to my car which I sent emails that was never answered by store or district manager, very disappointed!

The employees know nothing besides what there computers say. We brought in brake lines and they could not help. Could not figure out anything. Ended up going to NAPA where employees are helpful and know what they are talking about. Also they are rude and focus more on there cats that they brought in then customers.

This is my go-to store and should have received 5 . The last two visits were disappointing. The first they said part in stock but wasn't. The second the part was used and broken. Both counter person were surprised as well as I. They tried to make good but my situation was time sensitive.

The counter person was very helpful. Was looking for torx sockets. Couldn't find the size I needed. Told him that. He went on the computer for a few minutes then walked to the isle where the tools where are handed me just what I was looking for!

I used to go to the competition then all the guys I knew started working here. I decided to see why. They offer more choices there and Kevin is the best! Every time I've needed help with something he goes out of his way for me. Kudos to him!!!

This auto parts store is the only one I buy from . I started using them years ago in Florida . I have some older vehicles , one of which is a 2003 F150 and they always have my parts . The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they have never sell sold me a part that was incorrect.

Best service and selection in the state. All the customer service representatives are great but Daryl is the absolute best! Good prices and if they don't have what you need they'll get it for you.

Today was my first time at an o'Reilly's and I'll definitely be back. Staff was friendly and helpful and they were the only parts store around that had the two parts I needed without having to wait a day or two.

Had the parts i needed. Service was quick. They retrieved the correct parts. Except for joe watch out for that one. He can be a little lisdexic sometimes and mix up the numbers so you have to drive all the way back 40min round trip. Other than that quality parts so far.

Horrible service I got confused about a air filter went back to my car looked it up went back in and showed them the picture of it automatically disrespect for it apologize for the mix up didnt matter attitude immediately didnt know you could ruin some ones day over a freaking car air filter place needs to train their employees in customer service f them

Guy gave me some gloves so I wouldn't get oil from my hands on the new headlight I needed. They also hooked me up with a $15 rebate I didn't realize I qualified for.

Had to return rotars that were given to me (wrong car) and the 2 managers were very helpful in giving me a full cash refund do to the mix up
