I just came from Autozone in Coventry and they were amazing especially Reis!! He took the time to take out my dead battery and replace it with a brand new one and explain everything he was doing! His customer service and his knowledge of mechanics was amazing and I now found my new Auto guy!! Thanks so much Reis I ll be seeing you again when I need you!! I highly recommend this store it was a great experience!!!!

I was sold a junkyard battery by my insurance company's roadside assistance rep who couldn't get my original battery to charge. My car wouldn't start the next morning, so I got a jump and went to autozone on a trusted mechanic's recommendation, since the shop didn't have my battery in stock. Russ at autozone was super helpful and even took the time to clean the battery connections before installing the new battery.

I got the shock I needed in stock.but the hardware for the shock wasn't in the box. I had to go back the next day and they gave me a new duralast shock for the f350 and it had all the hardware was in the box. So you just need to check it on your own. The people are nice sales workers and helpful.

I needed a wiper blade in a snow/rain/sleet storm, the gentleman that helped me looked at my other wiper to ensure I just needed the one. He then proceeded to replace my old one in about 30 seconds and was respectful, professional and kind. Tipped him $10 because he sat out in the freezing rain to assist me. I know it's their job, but he went above and beyond for me. Great service!

Vet friendly, 10% discount. They will install simple parts good inventory friendly service and guarantee their parts forever. Had a coil purchase 3 weeks ago went bad went to another location looked up my phone number the replacement part was there for me at no charge.

Amazing customer service! Went in with a strange request, and they all went above and beyond to help us out. Sent us on our way with a blown up snow tube, since I broke my pump pin, to enjoy sledding for the rest of the day!! Super nice people!

So, my headlamp was out in my car, and I had no idea how to install a new bulb. I called one auto zone store (Warwick), and they were quite rude and didn t seem too interested in helping me out. I called the Coventry store, and the young lady who assisted me told me to come on down and they d put the bulb in for me. Well, not only did they do that, but they were super pleasant and helpful, and the man who put it in for me took the time to explain to and show me how to do it myself because I asked him how. Amazing people at the Coventry, RI store. Warwick on bald hill? Not so much.

Helpful manager working to train employee and searched other area stores for parts I needed. Not only did he know the part, but where they were located in the other stores because he had been assigned to them in the past. Great auto partsman.

Thank you to Sara W. and her female colleague ( whose name I didn't get ) for their great service today! They made sure I left with new windshield wipers and even installed them for me. With a little patience on my part -it was a bit of a challenge to get the right wipers - and good communication and commitment on theirs, we all left happy! :-) Good job, ladies!

The service was good and I had a very helpful parts sales manager helping me, but it seems all my warranty information was wiped out from the system, so I'm not very happy with the corporation as of right now. I used to work for autozone so I know the employee did everything he could to try to find my information. I have 4 stars because it's not the employees fault.Update: I edited my review to 5 stars because someone at the customer service email in the comment below was able to locate my warranty information. Thank you so much!!

I went in to get a new battery. Both workers were extremely kind and knowledgeable. Abi even helped me to install the battery, and I cannot thank him enough for his time. If you need parts, always go to them.

I had them check out my daughters car battery. Within a few minutes I was told it was ni good and wouldn't hold a charge. Within 15 minutes I was driving away with a $219. Battery free of charge and 2 more years on the warranty. No hassle, no fuss, in and out with courteous service. If it worked this way everytime, I would never shop anywhere else for car parts! Great Job Today and Thank You Diego!!

This location is great. It's not the closest AutoZone to me (west warwick is a shorter drive) but I still go to this one! Knowledgeable and helpful employees, they have nearly everything and for anything they don't have they can get it shipped to the store, or let you know which location has it in stock. The employees are always willing to help. Anything you don't know, they are usually happy to explain!

My car wouldn't start on a very cold morning. It's a 2014 with the original battery. I walked into AutoZone and was greeted in a friendly yet relaxed way. I explained why we were there and they immediately offered to test the battery. It wasn't dead but was on its last leg. No surprise there. They had the right battery in stock and Dave M came out to switch them before I even finished paying. Got a problem or a question? GO THERE. They are awesome.

I'll start off by saying that when I went into the store I walked by a worker on the floor and greeted him. Not only did he ignore me mind you he was 3 feet away but he also started walking behind us. I have to say very unprofessional. Anyway, I waited in line to have someone who walked in while I was standing in line be served before me. I didn't even have a question just needed to be checked out. Seemed like out of 3 staff only 1 seemed to be decent from my observance as the other too just seemed out of place. Pretty sure the guy who ignored me was a manager as well. Very disappointed thank goodness for other options close by. Also dont go here for quick visits. 3 workers and 2 customers means atleast 15 minutes unless your lucky.

I blew a transmission line at 7:00 at night on my way through RI coming from NY. I found a shop with the door open and stopped. The guys there could care less about my situation and blew me off. I had no idea where I was, or what I was going to do. I found this Auto Zone in Coventry and Thank God I did. Russ and Chris saved me, they gave me all the tools I needed and got all the parts together while I took it apart in the lot, even gave me everything I needed to clean myself up afterwards. These were two of the most helpful genuine human beings on the planet. They didn t have to make my problem theirs. I safely made it the 5 hours home and made it to my sons pre school graduation at 9am the next morning. I know this was a long review but I felt it was important to express the magnitude of my situation. I hope nothing but good things come to those two gentleman and I will NEVER forget what y all did for me!! Thank you!!!

Seems like most of the people helping you I completely dependent on the computer and they don't know to sell you extra pots that should be sold when you buy other pots seals gaskets and they don't seem to really know cars don't get me wrong there is a few that I really great thank God for the few

Jessica was amazing!! My mom has been having problems with her wipers and Jessica helped her find new ones and even put them on..(something I couldn't seem to figure out myself!)I will only go to Autozone Coventry from here out! Thank you Jessica!!

Life saver! I was having coolent leak problems in my dodge charger. I called around to a few shops and it was going to cost hundreds just to have them look over the system. I decided to stop by autozone and see if anyone could help me. After explaining the issue they already had several causes narrowed down. And after looking at my car Russell easily found the leak and helped me fix the issue in no time and for under $50. Seriously life savers. Russell and everyone there are very knowledgeable and really Helpful!!

Terrible service, that days of good parts stores are over. #novinnolove - I just wanted to update this and update my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I went into the store just to get a battery as i would not need help from anyone and realized it is a new staff and a new manager.. I had a nice conversation with him and asked some questions and explained my experiences, i am hopeful he can turn this store around so i will not have to drive 10 miles out of my way to get good service..
