My husband and I have used Auto Solutions several times through the years. Their clear communication, upfront pricing, quality of repairs, and turnaround time exceed expectations. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but they are fair and reasonable in their pricing. They go the extra mile in explaining what s wrong with the car, providing honest feedback about whether it s worth it to fix it, and repairing the car with utmost attention to detail. Their candid communication, strong work ethic, fair pricing, and refreshing authenticity set them apart from the competition . I strongly recommend them. Been using Auto Solutions for 10+ years. Wouldn t trust anyone else with my Fords! Fred and Alanna are great with communication and timeline of repairs. He only uses the highest quality parts with very skilled techs. He was able to fix my power windows that dealer could not even figure out and there was not one scratch or panel busted in the interior to access and redo wirings. Highly highly recommend!

I been going to auto solutions for 12 years. They are not cheap run down place, but they do a excellent work and stand bye there work. They are honest. Fred, and his wife are very nice and care about there customers.

Absolutely love Auto Solutions and its owners Freddy and Alanna. I have been coming here going on 4 years now and have been nothing but extremely happy and grateful for the work they have done. I ve brought in all sorts of vehicles even ones difficult to work on but they took anyways and repaired numerous issues I had wrong. Even figured out problems that most auto shops couldn t even diagnose. They ve done my brakes, engine intake, gas pump issues and all my oil changes. I ve received nothing short of spectacular customer service and extremely fair pricing on all my auto needs. Would highly recommend to everyone and anyone needing an outstanding and honest mechanic.

Beware of this place. They like to fix stuff on your car that is not broken and then say it s preventative maintenance. Spent hundreds here and they never got the problem fixed, this happened twice. I take the car to another place and get the fixed right away, no guessing like this place auto solutions. Never once did they offer money back once I called them out on not fixing the problem I brought the car in for. Freddy and Alana are nice but have no idea what they are doing. Nice doesn t bring back the customer, fixing the problem does! They owe me over $700 in repairs that never got fixed, yet they fixed stuff in my vehicle that wasn t broken. They block you on Facebook if you give a bad review, can t do that here. Stay away and save your hard earned money and go to a place with integrity and honesty. You won t find those traits here! You ve been warned.This is so true Freddy! You tried to fix my vehicles and both times you didn t fix the right problem. You took my money and I still had the same issues. Preventative maintenance doesn t sound familiar? This is the TRUTH and that s why we haven t come back. I only leave reviews when I am unsatisfied, thats why they are 1 star reviews.

I needed multiple repairs after my check engine light turned on. They diagnosed the issues and repaired them in less than 2 days. Very satisfied with the repair and fast service.

Absolutely amazing work and customer service here. Very clean waiting room with an extremely presentable shop. I would never trust my car with anyone besides Auto Solutions. Very well priced with timely work performed. Extremely friendly staff in the office. I ve never been disappointed with their services. Freddy and Alanna are very professional, knowledgeable, and exceedingly friendly. Thank you guys! We absolutely love this shop. It's the place you really hope to find. They are straight forward, very fair, and will work with you. We have both a newer car we keep nice and a beater we keep road worthy and in both cases they are really willing to work with us and are honest about what we really need to do and should do. We've been with them for years with a few cars and are so happy we found them!!! They are also great with our German cars which isn't always the case.

This shop is amazing. With 2 vehicles approaching 9 years old, we are having issues and going to the dealer is too expensive. This business is honest, fair, courteous, prompt, and do what they say. Here is a sixth star..

Been coming here since 2019 and won't ever go to another auto shop. Honest, quick, reliable, and human. The price is mid and better then dealership costs. Always a easy time with them!

This is a long past overdue review that goes back and covers a period of four years. Everybody is had horrible experiences at dealerships getting their cars repair they don't call them stealerships for no reason. Everybody has had horrible rotten experiences at repair shops because you're at their mercy. Having dealt with Auto solutions for several years and talked to the owner and his wife. I can say with 100% assurity, they are the 1% that still exists in repair shops. My background I was a district manager of repair shops in Maryland. It's very easy for me to see someone who is telling the truth or is trying to upsell to make their mortgage payment. Auto solutions has been 100% honest fair and straightforward with the exact repair that needs to be done. Rest assure that the repair the inform you that needs to be done is exactly what it is, nothing is padded in, nothing is done that does not need to be repaired. If you are reading this and you are looking for any repair shop whether it's for Rhode Island inspection a brake job transmission service differential service CV joint whatever, go out of your way have them do the diagnosis and the repair. You will have peace of mind knowing that somebody with my background trust them implicitly with my vehicles. It will be done right the first time, every time, and if by the slim chance there is something that happens, they will make good on their end. What more can anyone ask for.

Found myself in need of an immediate state inspection due to expired sticker (my bad) and a crammed work schedule. Alanna was able to fit me in first thing the following morning which removed a massive weight from my shoulders!!! Thank you Alanna!I asked them to look at/replace a few additional things which I knew were needed. The inspection discovered a dangerously worn down brake pad which they asked if I wanted to replace it now or wait. In previous situations ( w/ other businesses ) they've proceeded with the service and informed me of it as I'm being handed my bill. Here, they are straight forward, I wanted an honest opinion and it's what I got. I didn't feel upsold, patronized, 'man-splained' or lied to during my visit and those are just some of the reasons I go here. However, it was their ridiculously awesome customer service rating that had me scheduling my first appointment w/them several years ago for my previous car. Great services offered, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and right off Tiogue Ave! I love Auto Solutions, the owners are the nicest people I've ever met. They are always there when you need them. They are extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the most recent technology. Before they start the work needed, they always tell you the cost upfront. Their work is of quality and they are always professional with nice senses of humor. I love working with Auto Solutions to keep my aging cars running. They are so easy to work with. They are not pushy in any way. I use them for safety and emissions as well as diagnostics for my own repairs and have had them do some repairs I couldn't do. They are speedy in their work and do a great job of communicating what they are seeing, what they recommend, and providing a range of options for repair. When I choose to do the repair myself, they provide recommendations on how to be successful. I feel that I can trust them to be honest and fair, and to me that is at least as valuable as being a good mechanic. Their pricing has been great and their diagnostics spot on. I brought both my cars here within a week they inspected one car - was in and out with 15 minutes. They were great A couple days later brought my truck to have tires put on with after market rims ( which TownFaIr Tire or Sullivan Tire wouldn t touch), they got me in although they were slammed put my tires on and my rims weren t damaged. The owner and his wife are professional, friendly, and down and down to earth. The waiting room is super clean and comfortable. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back, so glad I found this place!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

The owners of Auto Solutions are great people. I felt very at ease walking into their welcoming, nicely decorated, clean & comfortable office/waiting area. You re greeted with a smile and treated like a guest and not another number. The garage area where auto repairs are completed is very organized and well-maintained. Repairs are done right the first time. Female customers are respected through good communication, comfort, care, cleanliness, and consideration. Auto Solutions meets these criteria and more. Highly recommended!

I've been to this shop multiple times to have a variety of work accomplished on multiple vehicles (2018 Mercedes S560, 2018 Mercedes GLE43, 2004 Acura TL, etc.). They can wrench on euro/foreign cars without an issue and charge extremely reasonable prices. Their quotes are accurate as are their timelines, their staff are professional and courteous, and I've had nothing but positive experiences over the years. Had a problem with my mountaineer that I needed fixed , Freddie was honest and true to his word,even with the issues we had with parts, they still got it done in a timely manner. I went to get my car inspected here and they failed it (without telling me it was going to fail to give me a chance to repair it before an official fail) because I needed new tires (okay fair whatever) but I needed to wait with the vehicle and they refused to do same day service (strange) so I went somewhere and got it done. I rebooked my second inspection with them and they failed it because of a bolt, which the owner stressed was going to take hours of work to fix, (Interesting), and again I would have to drop it off on another day. So I went somewhere for a new inspection and passed with flying colors. I will never go here again and do not recommend at all unless you re a well established customer because they only have good customer service for their liked customers.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Outstanding service. My wife and I relocated back to Rhode Island after have been away for 30 years and our vehicles needed state inspections. I am a retired Master auto tech of 40 years and former Rhode Island State motor vehicle inspector so I can definitely be objective. The place is very Clean and well organized. There is a nice, comfortable waiting room for customers. Masks are required. They are courteous, respectful and friendly.After the tests, they took the time to go over the results with us and reason for failure. Both vehicles have tinted windows, not a deep tint, but tinted for medical reasons and both failed. The solution was explained and time frame for the free retest given along with the proper paperwork for the tint. It was by appointment and it was tested at the appointed time. Being new to the area not not familiar with a repair shop, I am very satisfied that this is the shop to go to. They were honest with us. No disappointments.

They always go above and beyond with customer service and quality work. Honest, as well - they ve literally talked me out of having unnecessary work done on my car.
