Not the nicest staff. I looked up the parts before leaving to go purchase, took a photo of what I needed from the computer.Gave year, make, model, side front, and then showed her the photo of what I looking for....."That's my competitor"I didn't notice, I just wanted a picture of the parts I needed..."Well let me see (attitude) and she seemed very upset while looking up the parts, maybe noticed theirs were twice as much and didn't come with all the parts ..."I don't have what you need" never asked if I wanted to order them, never said they'd be in stock order....she did tell me to have a good day as I was leaving, so two stars for saying GOODBYEPersonally I'd rather go to HER COMPETITION next time I need parts.Or order online

Was here a few minutes ago to get a battery. 5 employees, 4 customers early employees were looking for one person to help assist w a battery and he couldn't be found. We as well as a couple others left as we were told "we only work here Parr time, sorry we can't help"

Never again. Returned a few items that I ended up not needing and the clerk insinuated I removed something from one of the packages. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. It was like a $5 item.

I adore this store & the people that work here!!!!They always help you out. Ive needed wipers for my car an they got the correct wipers an even put them on for me. SO many times they've put things in my car that Ive bought there.

Place is great.they keep helping you untill you understand what your there fore.1 guy even took me to my car to show me what he was talking about.I couldn't ask for more.

Very friendly, helpful staff. If you're having a problem with your vehicle they will help you figure it out with their hand held computer. If it's a fuse, a bulb or a mirror, they will help you fix it.

Just went there... Its Saturday night at 6:47pm and the door was locked. They close at 7pm. I just needed a head light bulb that literally just went out tonight. Not good customer service. Forced me to go to O'Reillys. Oh well

Good selection, give them a call for all your auto needs, if they don't have in stock they can get quickly

Called to look for a part and the representative was wise and acted like a jerk. I cancelled the call within 30 seconds. Will never do business with them!

Customer service was as poor as it gets I personally will never go there again if they have a auto part I need I'll still drive 20 miles more to get it somewhere else horrible

Wide selection of parts if they do not have it Kevin will have it within 24 hours if not sooner strongly recommend prices a great also
