What a great business to support! I had the pleasure of speaking with Derek, who is a phenomenal mechanic and technician that went above and beyond to fix my vehicle. He is extremely precise, honest, and knowledgeable, and I will be recommending his services to anyone who needs some work done. I had a great experience with Steve s. Front office staff was always patient and helpful, and Derrick was timely in keeping me up to date with the status of my vehicle and the repairs he believed it needed. His explanations were thorough. Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable and they get the work done quickly. Derrick was also happy to talk through the repairs once completed. Transmission work is something nobody wants to have to do often, but I d always come back to Steve s.

The mechanics at Steve's Transmission is by far the best in New England. They are courteous. Informative. And knowledgeable at all aspects of repairing your car to rebuilding your transmission. I've been going to Steve's Transmission since 2011. And not once have I ever had to go back so they can redo the job. They're the best!

When they got my vehicle in there on the lift I was told to leave the building cuz there's no waiting room so where do you go I went walking down the waterfront center of Bristol turned out to be a good day took me 20 minutes and I enjoyed it then I was at the park down by the waterfront taking pictures and stuff like that going to stores then they called me and they were done And the price didn't break the bankWhen I got into my truck I have a truck camperThe transmission shift it's so smooth it was like brand new truckI've been waiting months and months and months not for them but just to get the thing fixed I had my truck campers kind of high 10 foot 6 high and it won't wouldn't fit in other mechanic shops mr. Steve's got the place he's got you could get a truck in there probably can bring a tractor trailer bobtail right in that place
