They made the process of getting my car repaired so easy. They dealt with the other persons insurance, setup a rental car, and had my car back to me in a week and a half looking brand new. Highly recommend JRA Collision Center to anyone!

Gerrit couldn t have been any more accommodating. My car was recently repaired by JRA Collision Center in Bristol and it came out perfect! The customer service was professional, kind and friendly. I was given frequent updates on the timeline of my vehicles' repair and everything was explained in a language that I could understand. My insurance company also commented on how easy it was to work with the staff. When my car was returned to me, it looked like new, inside and out. I highly recommend using JRA Collision Center if you are looking for a professional job with high quality results! Thank you for being so helpful and for making this experience so easy!

hands down JRA is the best auto body repair shop I ve been to. Had my car done in about 4 days for a rear bumper and tail light repair, They were able to accommodate my request for a later version tail light assembly for my Volkswagen. Car looks absolutely beautiful with the repair they did. I m very grateful they even washed and vacuumed my car.

They are very friendly,honest,helpful,explain everything in language you can understand and do impeccable work. This is the 2nd car they've fixed for me and both came out exactly as expected...perfect .Easy to work with staff and keep in touch with progress. If I could give 6 stars, I would.My insurance company wrote me a quote with all after market parts. Garrett at JRA noticed this and knew that the law required I get original parts. He had the insurance company come out and write a new quote for the better parts.He also knew I had a car rental through my insurance, so he arranged the pick up and drop off. It was completely painless for me.When I picked up the car, not only was all the repair work completed flawlessly, but the entire interior was detailed. The car looked and felt brand new, inside and out.JRA is the definition of quality. They have certainly earned my business.

I first went to JRA last year when I was looking for someone to do repairs on the body of my dodge ram. The paint job and body work that they did was incredible. So recently I brought my wife's 2013 BMW there after it was sideswiped. Today I picked it up and it not only looks like it was never in an accident, but looks brand new, inside and out. Both times I was blown away by not only the quality of work but their professionalism. And not to mention their talent working with insurance companies So I never had to. I will be coming here from know on. Thank you JRA

I just want to thank JRA for a job well done ! I brought my Chevy 2500 in for repairs after a auto accident. I was thinking i was going to fight with insurance companies , Well JRA took care of everything from dealing with the insurance company dealing with the car rental . I was amazed with everything from start to finish a job well done 5 stars across the board ! Thank you for making me feel at home and at ease !

Someone had backed into my bumper a while ago and left only cosmetic damage. It was knocked a little bit out of alignment at first but I undid the bolt which screwed into the fender and pushed the bumper clips back into place and everything was fine.I brought it to JRA to get the driver side painted, and they did a great job.A few months passed and the paint is beginning to chip, which I had no issue with since the repair only cost $250.My new issue is that they actually ripped my bumper off instead of removing the bolt on the driver side and tried to repair it with putty.Now my bumper clips are still properly installed, but they are the only part actually attached to my fender. The bumper sticks out a bit on the driver side due to the wind, so I will have to repair it myself now.Would not recommend a company that rushes and damages vehicles and lets them leave their lot without informing the customer.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where people run honest business.

Gary and his crew are absolutely the BEST people. Honest, credible, fair... This is the way the world should be. I've worked with almost EVERY autobody shop in New England and Gary is my top choice.

JRA is a pleasure to work with, and their quality is excellent!They got the repair done (aluminum F150 quarter panel) on time and on budget, returning the truck in pristine condition,I highly recommend JRA

I picked up my car today after having been in an accident.....and wow........ JRA literally made my car look brand new!!!! not only was the outside of my car completely redone and painted perfectly but the inside of my car was basically entirely detailed. everything was wiped down, the trash i left in the back was cleaned out, they vacuumed and even wash my tires and rims....I am soooo sooo happy with how my hyundai looks now!!thanks JRA!!!!
