Great Experience start to finish! Dan James ( the owner ) took great care of us and gave us a GREAT deal on a Kubota Zero turn. After leaving the local John Deere dealership frustrated ( the guy didn't know much, are they made in america or not stuff. He couldn't discount the Zero turn and the owner was busy unloading boxes, instead of coming out and working with a customer ). Dan knew that Kubota's are made in AMERICA in a plant in Georgia right off the bat. He not only took care of me on the price but deliver it to us that day after they closed!! Class act the whole way. Could not be any happier.

I purchase all my equipment and parts from this dealership because they are top notch! I would recommend this dealership over others.

Bought a Kubota B2601 in December 2021 from RI Harvesting. This was my second tractor, with the first being bought from a different dealer.Dan gave me a call a couple weeks later and personally dropped the new tractor off on a Sunday morning in January. Even knowing I had previous experience with a tractor, Dan spent about an hour unloading the machine and going over everything in great detail.Everything delivered was as promised and I greatly appreciated the time and attention given to me to make sure I understood the machine and how to properly operate it.

I had 4 hydraulic cylinder seals rebuilt for my Kubota loader. I bought the OEM seal kits from Messick's and brought them in with the cylinders. These folks rebuilt them for less than $50 apiece whereas Devine Hydraulics quoted me $330 EACH over the phone. They also built two new hydraulic hoses. Fantastic service and quick turnaround.

I recently purchased a B26 and some Land Pride implements from Dan and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone in the market. Dan treated me very well, his equipment is very fairly priced and customer service is excellent. AA++++++

Great parts staff. Found a cylinder seal kit for my 1982 Kubota bucket loader because someone had the foresight to write down the new part number in the margins of the paper loader manual. Weren't able to find the warning decal for the same, but that's pretty obscure...

I had my Kubota serviced in June 2020. The Service Dept. did an incredible job on it and at a reasonable price. Everyone that I spoke with from start to finish at the business were helpful. Rhode Island Harvesting Company is a good business and I would recommend it to anyone in need of tractor repair.

Dan is an amazing person. He did everything in his power to help us find a backhoe, subframe, thumb and bucket. Great person to work with! I will definitely be giving him more business!

If you are looking for quality equipment and great service this is the right place. We bought our Kubota tractor there, and will go back for Stihl products. Just did some Christmas shopping!

Great customer service and great inventory for farming/ landscaping and outdoor tools and hardware. Reasonable rates for sharpening service and also a authorized STIHL/ Kubota dealer.

Be cautious of RI Harvesting, their expertise now causes me to go elsewhere. I have patronized RI Harvesting for over 15-years. During those years, I purchased various equipment, service and lubricants.I recently brought a Stihl 031AV chainsaw in for repair (the cost for analysis was $65). When the chainsaw was ready for pickup, I was told the cylinder walls were scored, the exhaust port was bad and parts were no longer available due to the age of the saw (35-years old). The assessment was the chainsaw was not worth repairing. I paid the $65 and left. Not being completely comfortable with the valuation and the manner in which information was conveyed to me, I brought the saw to another Stihl dealership (McQuades Ace Hardware Westerly, R.I.). McQuades charged $20 to check the saw (I figured it was a cheap price to pay to satisfy my insecurity with the previous outcome). McQuades stated the chainsaw needed a carburetor rebuilt (do to ethanol in the gas) and some fuel lines as well as an air filter. Also, the technician (Jamie) claimed the chainsaw had between 70-75% of its life left. The cost for repair was $200; replacement is a MS311 which is $550, loving the 031AV I had it repaired.Being extremely frustrated with the fact that I was originally misguided by RI Harvesting, I called to get my $65 back. Steve, from service, claimed different technicians have different opinions and he would call Jamie at McQuades to get his side of the story. At that time, I remember thinking when one mechanic s assessment is a bad cylinder and another s is a carburetor rebuild, something is not right. Needless to say Jamie never received a call from Steve. RI Harvesting will never see my face again and I am sharing my sentiment with anyone whom I come in contact with needing small engine services.

After repeated emails, and even calls, discussions, and trying to get a quote, Rhode Island Harvesting has failed to respond to inquiries for over 2 months.Literally just wanted to buy a tractor, was willing to pay in cash. This is ridiculous, we'll be buying from a New Hampshire dealer.
