The team at Mobile Glass Works out of Ashaway, RI is wonderful! They are professional, kind and respectful. I had them replace my windshield after I had a horrible experience with Safelite. Their communication and commitment to the scheduled service is exceptional.

Excellent experience!! My son's windshield was smashed due to a sheet of ice flying off an uncleaned vehicle after a snow storm. I called in at 4:00 pm and Wayne was wonderful. He gave me the price and said to drop the car off and he would fix it the next day. He closed at 4:30, and still had time to talk and order the windshield that late in the day. I can not thank Wayne and his staff enough for their professionalism and quick turn around.

I ll try to make this brief. Had a shattered sunroof. Called my insurance company who put me in touch with sunroof Express, who subcontracted to mobile glass works. Had been in contact through texting that everything was set up. He received the glass and then sent a text to say that he couldn t do it because it was an aftermarket sunroof, and it wasn t covered by insurance! I said, how is it not covered by insurance when it s the insurance company that s reached out to you? He didn t have an answer for that just said he couldn tp do it. I called the insurance company and told them what happened. They put another call into sunroof Express, who I have recently learned are the only people in this entire country that deals with this which is why we keep being sent through them. They are not the issue though. They are all very nice, polite and friendly. I will be calling my insurance company back tomorrow to ask them if they still have this place on record because I feel like they should be removed. If they didn t know how to do the work, they should ve said so in the very beginning before we ordered the glass and had it sent to them. I appreciate the truth over a lie any day! Of course, Insurance will pay for it because I pay for the insurance to have coverage! Doesn t matter if it s aftermarket. The shop that we are now working with Is a little bit further away, but definitely worth the ride. It s Atlas auto and boat covers in East Haven! That s who you should give your business to. So something that should ve been done in a matter of three days took almost 2 weeks because this place doesn t know how to replace an aftermarket sunroof. Will never recommend them to anyone

I'd recommend this place 100 times. They did an amazing job on my windshield. They gave me all the info I needed and made it easy to get back on the road quickly.

Mobile Glassworks is an amazing business, ran by even more amazing people from top to bottom. My windshield was damaged and I had to go through insurance, from the moment Mobile Glassworks was contacted, they were very responsive and went to work quickly to get everything sorted and in order for me to come in. They were very honest and transparent on wait times and how long it would be until the proper materials arrived. I needed the OEM windshield due to safety features and they were also able to recalibrate everything properly. I walked out with a perfectly functional windshield and very pleased. Highly recommend going here for any auto glass related issues.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Never expected to leave a review for my windshield replacement, but Mobile Glass Works is as great as all of the reviews say. From the first phone call to picking up my car, every interaction was courteous, professional, and personable. Work was completed quickly and the price was exactly as quoted (and hundreds less than the place recommended by my insurance company). Cannot recommend Mobile Glass Works highly enough. And the friendly dogs are a bonus!

I got there at 8:00 AM and they took me right in, I have a Mercedes CLS550 that has a lot of complicated sensors on the windshield. They were able to get it replaced and re-calibrated in just over an hour, very professional. I would recommend them for all car types, especially high end ones like Mercedes, Audi, Range Rover, etc. A+Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great service and super responsive! Very professional service repairing the automatic passenger window mechanism on our older sprinter van. As travelers, they squeezed us in immediately and the crew went over and above to get us back on the road in a timely fashion. I give Mobile Glass Works an A+++. They not only came to my house but they also went above and beyond to the point of even vacuuming my truck. I got a big chip in my windshield earlier this week, a few days before I was due to trade my car in for a newer car. I was visiting Rhode Island and called all over to see about getting it filled before it split the windshield. Mobile Glass Works told me to come right over - they fixed it and a smaller spot that I hadn't even seen. They were super friendly and fast. I am so grateful!!! Highly recommend!!! :)

I phoned to schedule an appointment for a windshield change out in my Ford Excursion and was politely greeted by the female on the other end. She quoted a very reasonable price and penciled me in within a couple of days.I received a call from Wayne the day of the appointment after dropping the vehicle off that morning. Wayne mentioned that I required some additional work before reinstalling a new piece of glass. He send photos of what could have lead to major problems if neglected. He was upfront about the additional repairs and offered the work at a very reasonable cost.I am very pleased with the results and have recommended Mobile Auto Glass to others interested in glass repair/replacement.Absolutely give this company a call if you re looking for honest, quality work.They also have some great rescue animals on the site.5 out of 5 stars for my experience.Thanks to all at Mobile Auto Glass for a job well done.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I worked with 2 other well known companies that kept me waiting an entire week each. Both ordered the wrong part. I gave up and got a recommendation for Mobile Glass. Sandy handled my call and immediately ordered the correct part and scheduled the service at my convenience. They even drove from RI to New London to do the repair so that I didn t have to drive to RI with a damaged windshield. Sam did the installation. He had the correct part and promptly changed the windshield. Everyone at this shop is courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and I d never choose another place to service my windshield.

Wayne and his team were very professional. Due to a misunderstanding, the insurance company provided incorrect information to Mobile Glass Works. Wayne quickly adjusted and was able to replace the windshield as scheduled on the same day. They were flexible and charged very reasonable rates. (The replacement was ultimately NOT covered by insurance.) Mobile Glass Works should be used as a case study in how a modern business should be run. While vacationing in Rhode Island I blew out my back window. They were able to get me in the next day and their installation was top notch. I found everyone from the team to be cordial, professional and qualified. Very thorough.. knowledgeable and professional! Wayne was very knowledgeable and informative when it came to ordering my windshield. Apparently there is a lot of minor details that are a necessity when it comes to matching the correct windshield which other companies did not mention. Once the windshield arrived they were quick to come replace it and they stand behind their work!! I 100 % recommend these guys!

Windshield damage while driving from Louisiana.Googled and read reviews. Support Local business.I was asked to come in at 8am. Didn t want to but did. Got there a little early and they were ready to go. Service was great and as promised.But the best bit is how beautifully spirited these three people are. Listening to great music some great chats and they were able to recommend places for the locals to eat and get car work. Pats fans as well. WHO DAT!The vibe was worth the early morning! Excellent & professional service. They did an extremely clean job with the installation. They even put all stickers back on windshield as they were before (EZ pass mount & a parking sticker). Will be using them moving forward.

2018 Ford F250 SDExcellent job. I was in the area working from out of town. They worked with my schedule and fit me in. They were less than the dealer ( I used Ford glass), and I didn't have to give my truck up for the day and get a rental car. Great staff with an awesome shop dog!

Highly recommend Mobile Glass Works. We needed the windshield of our minivan replaced. Professional office staff. Answered all of my questions and received a quote right over the phone. The best part is they came right to my home to do the work. They were professional and worked quickly to replace the windshield. It looks great. Thank you!

I love Mobile Glass Works! I ve had the opportunity to work with Wayne on numerous occasions. Doesn t say much about my driving ability, but he is top notch! He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect. Ran into him at the gas station and I was telling him about the windshield recall on my vehicle. He showed me right there on the spot exactly what was going on with it. Took care of it almost immediately. Thank you Wayne!

I have an old 1994 Volvo 850, and since i've gotten it it had this nasty crack across the windshield, as well as it was missing the top trim. I finally decided to replace it and went with this local shop. The old beast looks good as new with the new trim and the factory tint look. And the price was perfect. Recommended by my co-worker Nick and I would highly recommend this shop for any glass repair!
