Purchased 4 Wiseco piston ring packs from In Stock Motorsports to have on the shelf for a common engine build I do. Luckily I had one new set left in inventory because they sold me "used" rings. I informed them and sent pictures of the used rings and the packages that had "used" written right on them. The ring packages were all opened and had oil and obvious wear on the rings. I contacted them immediately and told them I wanted a refund and gave a description and photos. They said they didn't have anymore rings and said I would have to send them back for a refund. Anyone that builds engines knows used rings go in the scrap. Unfortunately, I feel these will probably be sold again to another individual because their is no reason in the world to return ship scrap, garbage, used rings anywhere unless you were going to defraud someone else. I highly recommend not doing any business with this company. These actions show a complete lack of integrity, and destroy consumer trust. As an update, 3 years later, still no refund was ever issued.

I ordered a part for my dirt bike and it ended up being the wrong part unfortunately. But the customer service was fantastic and I was able to get the return processed quickly.

Perfect fit, reasonably priced and fast delivery. You can t ask for much more than that. I will order from them again.
