Brought my car to Aureus after it was rear-ended while on Route 422. The team at Aureus made everything extremely easy for me. Great repair work and excellent customer service. They took care of every detail with my insurance company. Car looks great!

They did a great job on my car, they made all the arrangements with the insurance company and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Everything was very simple for me because they did everything! My car was ready sooner than expected and it was perfect! The staff is very diligent and attentive, they answered all my questions and were very patient, which I greatly appreciate. A+ from all aspects! I needed front end repairs on my 2015 Mercedes ML350 due to an accident. Many recommended shops from insurance were backed up. Aureus was able to get me an estimate and then quickly get the process moving through insurance and rental car. Excellent office staff and outstanding craftsmanship from the mechanics!Highly recommend them!

I had Aureus paint my 98 BMW M3 for me. I was recommended to go there from attending an auto show where someone s car won best paint and the work was performed by Aureus. Part 1: I am currently writing this review because of poor communication and poor work. I was involved in an accident back in December. My car was a pretty new Corolla hatch 2022 with no problems before that. I went through insurance and I chose to go with Aureus as they were the closest shop to my house. They had good reviews, I didn t think much of it. The loss of car was on December 11th, 2023 and the earliest I could get into Aureus to start working on it was January 2nd, 2024. They took about a month of working on it and I got the car back on January 29th, which wasn t an issue other than getting no update through any of the process of working on it. When I picked up the car on January 29th, I noticed a noise on the front driver side (the other side of impact). I thought that I would let it go for a little bit and see if the noise would work its way out because it got a lot of new underparts. The noise was still there for about a week. I called them on February 5th and they asked me to bring the car in an and have them look over it. The guy stated that he heard the noise that I was talking about and then he sent me to Toyota for them to figure it out and fix it. Aureus said it could be a steering rack problem. I took it to Toyota on February 8th and they stated that was not the issue. I got the car back and still had that same noise. I was driving out of town on February 17th and I was driving around 45 mph when my engine sounded like it dropped and I had no power to the engine with a metal on metal sound. I could not drive or move the car without the engine screaming. I then had it towed on February 18th to a Toyota dealership and had them look at the problem February 19th in the morning. They found my rear mount bolt completely out of the mount and had my engine just hanging in the engine bay on the back half. Toyota fixed that and had Aureus pay for it. I thought that could be the end of the problem, but it wasn t. The noise kept happening even after the rear mount bolt was replaced and tightened. I called my insurance company on February 22nd to reopen the claim and contacted Aureus the same day to let them know I reopened it. Aureus let me know I could bring it in the earliest as February 29th for them to look over it and fix the noise/issue. That s what I did, I brought it in that morning and he stated right away you should have it back by tonight without even knowing what the problem was. I got a rental car through my insurance that day because I needed to get to work. I called Aureus at 2:30 PM to check up on them and they said the car was ready to be picked up that same day only a couple hours later. They stated nothing was wrong with it and all the bolts were checked and tightened. And they certified it was safe to drive. (Continued to the next part of the review )

Part 2:(continued review) I have a newer Toyota so I can see updates through my app on my car. It was in the parking lot within 2 hours of them looking at it and didn t move after that. I had to pick up the car the next morning from working late that night. I went to pick it up and he stated again that nothing was wrong with it and everything was checked. I got my car back and the noise never went away. I then called my insurance company on March 2nd and let them know the noise was still happening and Aereus could not figure it out. My insurance company eventually reached out to Aereus around March 11th with a specialist. Aereus told them that the car was safe to drive we took it on multiple test drives and we kept it overnight . The only reason they kept it overnight was because I had a rental and couldn t drop it off that same day on February 29tth. They made it seem like they did it out of the kindness of their heart and continue to look at my car which was not the case. I waited for my insurance company to receive an update which was on March 19th when I heard that they had a specialist talk to them. My insurance company told me to go back to Aereus to figure out the problem. I called Aereus and actually sent the one guy a video of the noise, he then stated that he heard it again and sent me back to a dealership. I was out of town from March 26th through March 27th, I then took it to the same Toyota dealership that found the bolt that was out of my rear mount. I went on March 27th in the morning to get it looked at. They then found both of my front lower mount bolts loose and had to retighten them. I have since contacted my insurance company and Aereus to let them both know of a problem that had been happening for over 2 months. I currently do not have the noise as that should have been the issue. If Aureus took me serious and actually looked over the car to figure out the problem, this would have been solved all the way back in early February

Such an easy experience! The guys at the desk were kind and helpful and incredibly efficient. I was told by other body shops that it would be at least a month before work would begin - my estimate was the day after my initial call and my vehicle was completed within a week! It came back cleaned inside and out and perfectly fixed. I d recommend to all friends and family!!

I brought my car here through an insurance claim.They did a good job and communication was good. The reason I'm giving them two stars is because the in-house auto detailing ( Finer Finish Auto Detailing ) which I paid cash for separately, did an extremely poor job and left my car extremely dirty on the interior. I only used the detailing company because of their relationship with Aureus, (actually sitting at the same desk) and Aureus recommend them and provided me their brochure. Based on this I would be highly unlikely go there again.

Was rear ended called around everyone was booked out a few months Aureus was able to get me in the next week for an estimate and in for repair the next week after that. Went through state farm and they handled everything, it was a state farm preferred shop. car looks good as new. Very meticulous repair, cant even tell it looks like it was in an accident.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

As a GEICO member I was referred here after having a small fender bender. With this being the first time I ve ever had to deal with this issue I was a bit stressed on how the process works. The employees here made the process so simple and easy. During the time they had my car I was constantly updated on the progress. Car was finished a few days before their estimate. The car looked great and was detailed inside and out upon pick up! Very impressed! I would highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful! The communication, the paint was matched and done beautifully. The ease of drop off and pick up. They were fast but didn t lack quality. They even cleaned up the inside and that needed a lot of love. I m very happy with everything and wish I had before and after pictures. I highly recommend this place

I was referred to this business through my insurance. I had to have my front bumper replaced. The process was seamless front start to finish and I received my car back in only two days (quoted 5). Aureus was on the list of recommended businesses for my insurance, and I'm glad they were. This business is so responsive and has great customer service. My part was delayed and they did everything they could to keep me informed and get my part ASAP. They worked with my insurance company, rental company, and did great work on my car.I had a slight issue months later. Jeff actually remembered me, remembered my car, and made time ASAP so he could take a look. They fixed it on the spot - this group really stands behind their work.
