My son was in Cranberry this past weekend, and his car slid on the icy roads hitting the curb and needed to be towed. He lives in Erie, I live in Clearfield, we checked with the body shop and they said their guy was booked out for days. We called Wallace they were awesome. Quick response, friendly, courteous, and took care loading and unloading the damaged RS3. I would highly recommend these guys.

I am so grateful for Wallace T&R. Last night, my E brake failed and my car rolled down the driveway, across the busy street in front of our house and over the embankment on the opposite side of the road. This embankment is apprx 50 feet of steep incline into a residential neighborhood. A small tree trunk was all that was holding up my car and keeping it from rolling backwards into the neighborhood below. The police could not do much. I was so scared. Tow companies were either closed or could not arrive for 2+ hours. I called Wallace and they made it in 45 minutes. George pulled my car out without a scratch and I drove it to work this morning. They charged me an extremely fair price and wished me a Merry Christmas. These are GOOD people doing GOOD things. Someone or something could have been seriously hurt, but George saved the day and gave back my peace of mind. I cant thank them enough!

Super-nice and great service! My old Subaru was overheating on a Sunday (Nov. 6, 2022) several hours from home.Fortunately, I'd pulled off at the Zelienople exit -- owner, John Wallace, was driving by and offered to take a look. He diagnosed the problem right there (visible leak in metal radiator hose) and said the mechanic could work on it first thing Monday morning.The Wallace mechanic got my car fixed by noon on Monday, and at a reasonable price. Thank you, John, Barbara and Sondra! (and the mechanic - I don't know that person's name.)

My truck would not start after making it to my delivery. Called wallace towing and they were on sight within 30 mins. The tow truck guy was very thoughtful and careful with his work. If you're ever in the cranberry township area in PA and needs a tow, wallace towing is the way to go for a fast and reliable response.

This is in response to the answer from Wallace towing. I understand when my daughter was stranded on the side of the road she ok d an outrageous tow bill since she was not familiar with appropriate pricing. You are right but I hope that businesses would not take advantage of this situation. If you have a daughter or loved one I m sure you would hope that they would be treated fairly in similar situations.

To Whom it May Concern:My 17 year old daughter broke down in my 2017 escape in Zelienople and was Towed To Baierl FORD about 2 miles away. She was charged $250.00 .I called Wallace Towing,123 McCarrell Ln. Zelienople, Pa , and asked to talk to the Owner. I was put on hold and a woman picked up the line. I told her the situation, stating that I am the owner of the vehicle and that my daughter is a minor and the cost of $250 was totally outrageous. I asked the cost to hook up to the vehicle and how much the fee was per mile. She would not answer my question and just stated that is the cost and the bill was already paid and nothing could be done about it. I then asked her to have the owner call me, she said she would and we hung up. I have never received a call back. I have been in the Automotive Management Industry my entire life, over 30 years, and I am the former Service Director of Baird Ford formally known as Northland Ford for 17 years. This is unacceptable and I am looking for some type of justice.Thank you, Loren Mosholder

Great service! After failing to receive towing assistance through AAA after a 5.5 hour wait, I called Wallace to see if they'd be able to help me. John, the owner, took my call and was super helpful as I discussed my problem with him, giving me different options and explaining things (who knows nothing about cars!) patiently. The truck arrived within the time frame he gave me, and Mike, the driver who arrived to tow my car, was super nice and very professional. Pricing wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be either.No one wants to be in a situation where they need their car towed, but if you ever are in this type of situation, choose Wallace!

Me and my family got into a rut on our anniversary and our pump went in our car. Most people have a place they take all their vehicles. We don't have one of those, until now! Wallace towing and repair was recommended to me by a friend and they were better than expected. They were friendly, fast and reliable. They gave me a quote the day before and when I showed up it was actually cheaper. That shows me they're there to help and not rip you off. They could have easily just charged me with what they quoted. I highly recommend this place and will continue to see them for every automotive need. Thank you!!

I called for a tow and the guy was there in 10 minutes max and my truck was fixed two days later. The receptionist lady was very nice. These guys are good. Very good. Having said that, they are a bit expensive. That s the only reason I didn t give them 5 stars. Highly recommend nonetheless.

I had A flat tire on the side of 79 that my dad was filling with air and the owner pulled over behind us, got out and asked if we needed help. He was so kind to let us bring the car to the shop and help us put the donut on. This guys was truly so nice. Thanks again!

Great place! I dropped my keys off in the morning for an inspection & by the time I was done at work 3pm I picked it up with no issues. Fair and reasonable prices & respectful people.

This place is terrible and dishonest they charged my niece 250 dollars to tow her broken down ford escape. I called to inquire about the ridiculously high price and was told to talk to the manager. I spoke to her and she was very rude and said the owner would contact me. I never received a return call. Im just trying to save someone else from being ripped off. Brendon walker

My son-in-law's car stalled while driving to the army base and luckily we decided to call Wallace Towing and Repair to tow the car and fix it. Since we live 4 hours away we really didn't know who to call. Everyone that works there is awesome. They took very good care of non-local people and did the work that was needed at a very fair price. I can't say enough to thank this business. If you need a tow or a repair don't think twice and just call Wallace Towing and Repair, you won't regret it!

Execllent place. My radiator died on me while I was on the highway. I called Wallace and they came out and got me really fast. Once we were back at the shop they took care of my car and the broken radiator. The service was well done and less $$$ then I had expected. They even had it back to me the next day. I highly recommend them

On my way to Florida from New York on Thanksgiving I caught a bad valve stem with a flat tire and no one was able to help except for Wallace towing. They were able to bring me a matching set of rims and tires, since I have aftermarket rims and tires, they were able to get me back on the road so I can finish my trip. I tried a few other places and none were able to help me since it was a holiday. So I want to thank that nice gentleman who drove an hour out of his way to the shop and help me out on the side of the road.

Recently had a flat tire on a busy road and I called them and in a half an hour they came and changed my tire really quick. The driver was very nice and knew what he was doing. The price was very reasonable as well! I will be calling them for future car troubles

I needed a Big Truck towed and needed it done immediately. A friend recommended Wallace Towing, I called and they were able to get my truck towed immediately and arrange for repair of the truck. I then needed a second truck towed the same day. Wallace was able to tow the second truck as soon as he completed the first tow. I will definitely use these guys again. Thank you !!!

Steering completely went out on my wife's car. These guys answered right away and came right too our broken down car in the drive thru. The whole team was extremely nice and professional. They even put the car in my garage for me. 5 Star Service! Would definitely us them again in a pinch.

Nicest guy in the world. He answered and came at 9pm on a weekend. He showed up 20 minutes after we called him and pulled our class A motorhome out of the ditch with the greatest of ease. I can't say enough kind words about John. He will be getting our auto service work as well. Thank you again, sir.

The owner is very nice, and professional. I hit a deer on Christmas night. He was out towing another car and happened to pass me as I was alongside the road. He stopped, hooked my car up and towed it, too.

This place is amazing my life saver the man I didn't catch his name on July 5 on spithaler school road for a white f150 I should of gave him a tip very nice guy I couldn't thank him enough i know Who I going to for now on for towing and will recommend to anyone thanks guys.

Nicest guy, very professional. Didn't cost as much as I was fearing. Hope I never need to use again, but would definitely recommend.
