I recently took my truck to this dealership for service and was very pleased with the overall experience. The service took 3 days, but the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle to use in the meantime, which was a great help. Tonya, the service advisor I worked with, was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. She kept me informed on the progress of the service and made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership for their excellent service and customer care.

I had an issue with the turbocharger on my 2016 diesel truck. Took it to Baierl and met with Mike Brown. Mike got my vehicle into the shop, diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road in short order. They also found another problem that I didn't even know about, all covered under my extended warranty.Awesome service, and with a smile!Thank you Baierl!

Worked with Stephanie to get a state inspection and oil change on our Ford Explorer, which needed new tires. We were able to compare prices and bring it back later to complete the inspection and the price for the tires was better than Costco and other local tire places. We ve been to Baierl Ford multiple times for service and have no complaints.

I was looking for a new place to get service done on my vehicle. I gave Baierl Ford and shot and i was happy did! Appointment was easy on their website. When i got there I met Stephanie Thunberg who was friendly and excellent at explaining everything i wanted to get done (which was an oil change and tire rotation). She made the check in easy and again explained everything again. My Edge was done quickly and was clean both inside and out. Ill def be going back to Baierl for service with Staphanie and probably sales as well when its time.

Absolutely loved this experience and service.They were very professional, prompt and timely.Very nice, courteous and friendly.Very good at keeping my wait time at the promised minimum.Very clean and comfortable waiting room.They even gave my truck a good wash afterwards.

I went in for an oil change and it was done pretty quickly and was cleaned! My service advisor Rob Cazin was very helpful and made sure my car didn't need any other services done.

Fair warning, this dealer unplugs dashcams when you bring your car in for service. So you'll have no idea how your car was treated by the mechanic other than just taking their word for it. They claim that they're legally allowed to for privacy reasons, but they didn't warn me of this ahead of time and other dealers in my experience don't do this. Service was fine otherwise and Rob was friendly, but having 5 miles put on my Mustang for a state inspection and not being able to see how it was driven doesn't leave me with a good feeling.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

My service advisor Mike Brown was great. I needed some preventative maintenance on my motorhome (Ford chassis). Mike explained everything in detail, and was a great communicator from start to finish of the job. The work by the shop met all my expectations, and I appreciate the courtesy inspection which uncovered some safety issues that needed to be addressed.

My family bought two vehicles from Nick Kalas at Baierl Ford in the last six weeks. The first was to replace a family vehicle and the second was to help our daughter make her first vehicle purchase. Nick was a great sales consultant, helping us both times and we'll go back to him again in the future. In this used car market, searching for, and choosing the right one at the best price can be a challenge. Nick got the job done.Nick made the process easy, and took the time to hear our needs and help us find the right vehicles for our needs. He was personable, and it was clear to us that he values customer care over simply making a sale. He assisted with a clerical error on my daughter's license which paused the sale, but Nick came in on his day off (unbeknownst to us) to finish the paperwork and get my anticipative daughter on the road. Many bad years of service at Shults Ford Wexford. Decided to Try Baierl Ford Zelienople what a difference. Mike Brown in truck service couldn't have been better.
