Our salesman Zach is phenomenal! You can tell he really likes his job. He s very knowledgeable and listen to you and help you get the right vehicle for you. He makes the ordering and purchasing process very enjoyable. He went above and beyond! I would recommend him and Baierl Ford to everyone. Best experience I ve ever had at a dealership!

I recently went to Baierl Ford for the first time. I needed an oil change and inspection.I will say, the only negative for me, when calling for service, you get an automated system called Stella. I did not like that AT ALL and actually tried to find another dealership, at first.I ended up trying again. My request confused Stella, so I was transferred to a human, which is what I wanted in the first place. From there, only good things happened.I was connected with Rob. He was friendly and helpful and got me scheduled quickly.I went in for service. Got my car pulled in to the QUICK LANE service bay in the back of the car sales building. I went and got checked in and directed to the waiting area.The waiting area was clean and quiet.The bathroom was very clean and smelled good, which is important.There is a TV screen in the waiting area (that I didn't notice till at least half way through my visit) that shows you all cars that are in, and the status of the work. That was really helpful.My service was completed in about 2 hours. I checked out with Rob who, again, was very friendly and informative.I would definitely go back there in the future. Thanks for the great service!

Andy made it very easy for me to decide the Subaru Forester was the car for me. He took a ride along with me since I'm not used to the area. He showed me the car fax and the work the dealer had put into the vehicle. Working with Andy was an easy and smooth experience. I was also happy with the financing options and that process was smooth as well.

I found a trade-in vehicle on the website and emailed them. The next day I got a text saying to come check it out and when I got there it was even more beautiful in person. Amazing car I got a used 2011 ford escape limited. Nick helped me out and it was a great experience!

Have to say thank-you to the team at Baierl who helped me through an unexpected need for a new vehicle. Tom Schnur was helpful in listening to my situation as were Ben who got me approved and Scott Haines in explaining the warranty options and the paperwork.Keep up the good work guys!Almost forgot Donna, who was my initial contact online through Car Gurus. Sales : Andy Henry was great. A very pleasant buying experience.Service: After the sale was as good as the sales process. One of the biggest worries is that once you spend money they forget about you. Mike Brown in service was very helpful with a minor vehicle adjustment and is always available to answer my questions!

My family and I decided to make a stop here to check out a 2012 Subaru Forester that was on their lot on our way to cranberry. And I am so glad we did. We were greeted by the receptionist who was very sweet and Sebastian came right out to speak with us about the vehicle. He was extremely professional, very easy to talk with, and treated us with care. We were exceptionally pleased with how he handled our 8 year old daughter being with us as well and helped her feel included in the experience. He was not pushy at all and really took the time to listen and answer any questions and concerns we had. He and his team worked for us and were absolutely wonderful. 10/10 recommend and we will absolutely be back. We love our vehicle!!

I ordered a Ford Maverick through Baierl Ford after having a very good experience with buying a Subaru from Baierl Subaru the previous year. Andy Henry helped me through the order process back in July, and then delivered the car to me yesterday. Andy and the staff at this Ford dealership did a very good job. Andy and Ford were very communicative throughout the process, and all in all was an excellent experience.

Great experience! I was messaging with the sales team for a few weeks. Coming from out of state asking questions about a car and they were alway available and very helpful. Sitting down with their salesman Zach he was very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience quick and painless. They do not play games like other dealers. I would recommend Baierl Ford to my own family and will work with them again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Baierl Ford. I had the pleasure of working with Nick Kalas. He is the most genuine salesman I've ever met and would recommend him to anyone. He made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. He fought to get the price to where I needed it and ended up helping me get my dream truck. I will without a doubt be back to buy another vehicle from Baierl Ford with Nick being my salesman.

I recently purchased a 2022 jeep grand Cherokee and had Ryan McGranahan as a sales person. Ryan never pressured us and even gave us a few days to decide while agreeing not to sell the vehicle. that means everything to me as nobody wants pressured on such a big expense. the whole staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Baierl Ford

Our salesman Andy Henry was very knowledgeable and truly was there to help us any way he could. We felt no pressure and the process went smoothly. Wow. Bought ALL of our vehicles here. Brand new. Each and every one.Today our 2018 truck had to be towed due to transmission issue. We have warranty sold to us by Ford and it in itself is a joke. However , since we do all of our repair work at Baierl, we called and told them it was being towed there. BUT WAIT they said. We are so short staffed , we can't look at it until the end of JANUARY. yes JANUARY. We began calling around and found a receptive dealership a little further away who arranged the tow and are examining the truck tomorrow. So after purchasing at minimum 15-20 cars at Baierl (Northland), our relationship is done. I hope our favorite manager Rob decides to work elsewhere. He is not the problem. And he deserves to work at a dealer that respects its clients. Bye bye Baierl

This dealer made buying a used car a painless process. Before my son found the car we bought from them we had searched and visited many other dealers. This dealer had the patience and answered all questions. This dealer did not add numerous additional charges at finance time. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. They even picked my son up from the airport and drove him to the dealer. My salesman Robert was a good communicator as I can get demanding. Great experience all around with my salesman, Ryan helped with any and all of my questions regarding the car, financing, warranty etc. He was quick to answer calls, texts and emails and was not pushy when we took an extra couple days to weigh our options. 100% satisfied all around.

Amazing experience! I waited 1 year and 9 months for our Bronco as a special order. Our salesman Andy H was excellent throughout the whole process, being courteous, helpful and most importantly HONEST! There is a lot of true "car people" that work here and understand the importance of enthusiast vehicles. When the time comes for another new Ford I won't go anywhere else!!

Bought a truck from them a year ago. They switched the contract up as I was loading the new truck up. Had me sign it on the tailgate. It's my fault I didn't read it better. I'm paying 1200/month for a truck and only 375 goes towards the loan. My interest is so high I've had it for a year and still owe more then the purchase price! It makes me sick!

I can not bring myself to give this place even 1 star. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here, and upon trying to buy a third one, encountered a very rude and offensive manager who in so many words said that the wife's opinion did not matter and that the man should do what he wants. I can not and will not promote attitudes and behaviors that promote male dominance and the devaluation of women, or the attitude that the husband should make decisions without input from women.

Outstanding experience, purchased my 2018 F150 and felt like I was valued as a customer throughout the transaction. Will absolutely look at purchasing here again when we replace our other vehicle. Tom was a excellent and very patient throughout the process!
