I just had my 2016 Tahoe in for service. Everyone was very professional and addressed all my needs. I had an issue that needed immediate attention and Russ was able to get me on the schedule first thing Monday morning. I was relieved to get the work done and get my vehicle back the same day. I did get to speak with the mechanic, Bill Smith, and he was very informative of the work that needed to be done. Kudos to everyone.

Russ was the Service Manager that I worked with during my visit. William was the Service Technician. I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness that they extended to me. They took care of my scheduled service needs and they fixed the issue with the radio. I am very happy.

I will always recommend #1 Cochran Chevrolet Cranberry! I have used their service department multiple times for car maintenance, and the experience is always so smooth. The whole process is so informative and you re never left wondering what s going on while you wait. Russ is an absolute gem of a human and always makes my experience top tier. They even have a cute, playroom that keeps my kids entertained the entire time.

Everyone was extremely professional and very kind. Mr. Rice was an informative salesman, he knew what we were looking for and did a great job at meeting our needs and then some. I recommend asking for Chris when looking at cars. Mr. Eash in the finance department was very helpful, he made this easily the best car buying experience me and my wife had. If at all possible ask to speak with Eric when dealing with finances.

We purchased our Traverse from Kyle Honzo, who explained everything to us in a manner that was professional and courteous, with a little light fun. We were introduced to Sean, in the finance department, who was thorough and fast, the service department, and to Matt, the Manager. Kyle assisted us in connecting our cell phones, explained all the features on the dashboard and steering wheel and answered all of our questions. All in all, we are very satisfied with our buying experience and have already recommended #1 Cochran Chevrolet, in Cranberry, to several people. Kyle has followed up with a courtesy call to ask if we needed any further assistance. We are happy with our purchase and love driving "Miss Traverse". Thank you!

David S. was THE BEST!! He was so accommodating and helpful with getting my car scheduled and serviced!! The video walk around is an elite service provided. You are able to see your car and any issues that you may have! I would give 10/10 stars if that were an option! 100% would recommend everyone to have their vehicle serviced with #1 Cochran Zelie!! Terrific experience as always! Welcoming; appreciative; clear, thorough, and understandable feedback on the issues found during the inspection process; considerate portrayal of options; love the texts and, especially, the video feedback (wow!); work completed in a timely manner; service rep (Russ) tremendous. Our family enjoys the long-time relationship with this Chevrolet dealer from when the building opened a Kenny Ross to the present with #1 Cochran. Keep up the great work!

Great fast and friendly service! I setup my laptop in your waiting room and was able to work while I waited for my vehicle. I really like the new videos from the technicians. Nice touch and good view of vehicle that is difficult for most to see. Keep up the good work.

We drove 2.5 hrs and glad we did. We got treated like gold. They were patient with us, due to our indecisiveness. We drove numerous trucks to find the right one. The poor salesman missed lunch and stayed 2.5 hrs after his quitting time on a Friday! We drove to #1 Cochran because you have sponsored latemodels for yrs and Danny Dietrich in a 410 sprint car this yr. Thank u for that and thank you for a great experience!! Highly recommend and 2 big thumbs up!

Your service people are outstanding and very helpful. I don't have a printer and couldn't print my insurance proof or my owners cards. Your people printed out my paper for me and had my car picked up for inspection. The mechanic sent me a video showing me underneath my car. Inspection and oil change was very fast. I waited and it was finished in less than a hour. Thank you

I had done a lot of shopping around and researching before landing on the vehicle I finally bought at #1 Cochran, once I showed up and gave Tom Diogaudi my name he verified that he was the person that I had set my appointment up with and was extremely pleasant and courteous throughout the whole process, even with my roommates' sons being little terrors. The price was right and so far the vehicle has been amazing, would definitely go back in the future

Don't buy a used vehicle from here! They gave me a list of things they did to it to make it sound good. In the end, they put a new turbo on, and it blew in two weeks of driving it. Turbo was an aftermarket and not oem. It's not a big deal, but when I needed a third row vehicle, they had nothing to offer me for a loaner. And I bought a warranty for the car from them they use the warranty to fix everything and wouldn't even warranty the turbo that they installed. What a joke!

I purchased a used truck 2 years ago from them and the top tier extended warranty. Total of 12,570 miles put on the truck in 2 years. For inspection it needs new brakes on the front wich would cost approximately 780.00 plus tax through them. I was told when I purchased the truck that it was in the shop because it needed work done to it to pass inspection, including front brakes. Needless to say I will be putting breaks on the truck this week. Not very happy about this

NOT JUST BECAUSE OF THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE AND THE INSULTING FINANCE MANAGER MATTHEW THIS PLACE IS TOXIC!!!!!Absolute worst car buying experience i have ever had before. I have never felt insulted as i have since dealing with the sales people and finance managers here. Everything went down hill after the sales man sook my hand agreeing to the deal. Constantly asking for flexibility from me to pay premium prices on a lease turn in yet they refused to budge or help with the price or monthly payment. After going back and forth multiple times trying to get a cosigner, they claim my cosigner cannot sign because they live out of state. They claim they got in trouble by the state previously and that was one of the many lies i was told. Finally the finance manager got an attitude with me about leasing the car instead of buying the car in the past saying well why didnt you just buy the car instead Well MATTHEW sorry i dont just have cash lying around to buy your over priced, basic packaged car.I feel this place is really struggling to stay afloat with this experience. I was there from 11am to 3pm and i was one of two customers and the other left because again of the crazy high prices they try to push. Im sure this will only be a service center soon because the mechanics are great. Finance manager on the other hand prick.

Good experience, process was easy, sell price and trade in values were both fair. My salesman Greg was excellent to work with and I would absolutely want to work with him on my next vehicle purchase in the future. Highly recommend.

Chris was my sales rep. and I can t say enough about how great he was. We found my dream (new) car in my budget, and I received a great price on my trade-in. This was my first car buying experience and I didn t feel pressured in any way. Everyone spoke to me as the woman signing the check instead of the male that I brought with me for support.

BIGGG thanks to Jesse and Ken for helping me get a vehicle fit for me for such a great price. I m 6 6 and was originally driving a Hyundai Sonata which wasn t horrible size wise but not the best for me. Jesse and ken both helped me out with the process and closing and were super nice, helpful and patient. If you re looking for a great priced vehicle and awesome customer service those are your guys!!

Just bought a new to us car from Christapher today, he was awesome, not pushy and worked with us. The financial team, I think his name was Tom, did amazing at being patience and explaining everything to us. Thank you, best experience I have ever had getting a car. Highly recommended.

I easily got a convenient appointment and presented my car for service. The oil change was done quickly. Then something new.I was presented with a video the tech had taken explaining the resuts of the safety inspection and an evaluation of the condition of my car. I founfd this useful. Overall a great experience.

I came in to have a replacement key made after losing the only key I had.I can t recall the name of the guy that helped me but he was great. He and his team also took care of some maintenance items I didn t have an appointment for. Most importantly, I didn t feel oversold.

We spent several hrs looking at and test driving numerous trucks. My wife and I were treated like gold. We were so indecisive and couldn't decide which one we wanted. The poor kid that sold us the truck missed lunch and was about 2.5hrs over his quitting time on a Friday. In the end, we found an awesome truck to take home and they gave us a good trade in on our old truck. 2 thumbs up! Highly recommendOn a side note. I chose to drive 2.5hrs from our home to #1 Cochran because they sponsor latemodels and sprint cars in dirt track racing. Thx

I purchased a vehicle in April and have had one service experience for my first oil change. So far we can't say enough good things! Our salesman Caleb Roderick and service advisor Tom Hodder were wonderful to work with. Everyone has really taken the time and gone out of their way to be sure we are taken care of and happy.
