Thank you to the great team at York Mitsubishi service department on the morning of April 2nd! Two of my tires blew out after going in a pothole in the pouring rain. They offered me a loaner vehicle and I left my car there for service. They called me within the hour with an estimate. It was repaired without any difficulties. Special thanks to Mike for his kindness on that rainy morning!

Must admit at 1 point in time I didn't think I liked there. Service based on online. But once I stopped in at the shop and spoke to them, everything went one hundred percent smoothly

How do I give zero stars on this? For poor communication & being full of lies just to make more money. Had my vehicle serviced there for several things including an alignment. Once done with the service I took my vehicle to a performance shop for other services in which they diagnosed the vehicle not having a proper alignment. So I called the Mitsubishi to explain the situation so they can look at the alignment again that I paid for & they told me to bring it in to get the alignment checked. Before I did I took it to a firestone so I didn t waste anyone s time & to get a third opinion just to verify that the alignment was indeed not done properly. Curtis at Mitsubishi ended up telling me that he was going to check the alignment for me & if it was not aligned they would fix it free of charge since it would have been their mistake. They checked the vehicle & saw it had a different issue causing the vehicle to pull slightly to the left. Something they should have told me when I first took it there. They ended up charging me for an alignment that I did not ask for because we agreed he was just going to check the alignment. His excuse was that the only way to check a vehicle s alignment was to conduct one. If that is the case then I would have completely understood the reason why I was being charged, but the fact is he never told me any of that & left that important detail out & of course expected me to pay .- Pedro

Top notch people in the service dept. Friendly and polite. I never feel like they are pressuring me to buy somwthing that isn't needed for my car. They recommend services and they leave it at that. I've been doing business with Yrok Mitsubishi for the past three years and will continue to have my vehicle serviced by them.

Took my car in for a multi point inspection & they told me everything was great, but I could use new tires. They ordered tires & I came back 5 days later to have them mounted. This time they tell me I need rear brakes. I guess I didn't need them last week? It felt a bit 'scammy'. Staff was friendly & they all seem to work well together, which is nice.

Rich is good people; he s the one I ve most interacted with in the past. They can usually get me in and outta there fast enough. Rich had called me a few days ago about my wife s car recall - took the car there yesterday, got everything done including oil change and car wash within 1 - 1&1/2 hr and was out of there. The lady at the front (I forget her name) is nice also, she s the one who usually checks me out after the service

I travelled to York, PA all the way from Tampa, FL because from the very first contact (website, and then email and phone) Justin and Doug at York Mitsubishi demonstrated the hard-to-find virtues of being transparent in their negotiations and more than fair in their pricing (without abusing the situation) given the current market conditions. I'm fairly familiar with the car-buying process and can attest that there were absolutely zero gotchas, shenanigans nor unpleasant surprises whatsoever. They were also always straightforward and accommodating to the nuances of buying a car from out-of-state. This dealership is a gem among gems, not only compared to other Mitsubishi locations that I contacted, but across all car makes. I would gladly fly up and make the crazy long drive again for a future purchase. Keep up the great work!

Connor Zienkiewics was extremely helpful. I hate car shopping but he managed to make it a better experience. I was also looking into a Kia Rio and a Nissan Versa. However I feel like the deal I received on the 2023 Mirage from york Mitsubishi was too good to pass up. I feel like the car definitely suits me.

This is my second visit for service on my vehicle and I must say the staff is very friendly, they let you know up front what s going on with your vehicle, very professional and never any pressure. I will definitely visit again for any future services.

My family has been getting vehicles from Mitsubishi for years and I just recently purchased my first. Justin, who works at Mitsubishi has been very helpful. He took his time to listen to everything that I was looking for in a vehicle and what my cost limit was. Justin was able to find me the perfect car very quickly and made the process go very smoothly. Mitsubishi is living proof of a five star business.

Not a fan of new text messaging when sitting in your waiting area. Took my car for specific things that did not include anything in my engine yet they came telling me I needed a filter, something else in engine, and my tires rotated. I had my car inspected in November and no mention of any of these things needed. I will mention almost everyone in waiting room were told they needed a filter. What are the odds of that. Needless to say it was not a happy trip

I asked to get a quote on getting some genuine Mitsubishi LED lights installed. They told me it would take 4 hours labor. 436 dollars of labor. Now i checked before coming in. It only takes 1 hour of labor if that. Just in case you think I don't know what I'm talking about. I made an appointment at the Lancaster Mitsubishi. They installed the the LEDs and only charged me 125. This place really tried to rip me off. UPDATE. my catalytic converters went bad but they were still under warranty. They did a great job in a timely manner. FYI if you have a K and N air filter. According to the Tech this could void your warranty. When I was told this I asked wouldn't the mass air flow go bad before the cats? Because there was nothing wrong with mine. Anyway I took it out the after market filter and put in an OEM filter. Even though I know my filter didn't have anything to do with my cats failing. There might be some idiots out there that put way too much oil on their filters I'm not one of them.

I got my first financed car here.They have done an outstanding job servicing my vehicle and taking care of all my worries. I ve had my car for two years now and it has never failed me and nothing major has ever went wrong with it. I ve only ever had to get regular services done on maintaining its health. The prices are very affordable getting maintenance as well.

I called this facility when I was told it was all covered under warranty and should have been found. The service manager was rude didn t care about the fact it was a wasted service and money. Made excuses why they aren t responsible and that they stand by what they did. In discussions I was called a liar and that that was not what happened when I had my husband on the phone for the whole conversation. He lied and said that I was pushing them to get it done when I said I just needed to know if was safe to drive or needed to keep here and take a plane. I called and they never called back I had to keep calling back. My husband called and asked to have a call for the general manager and they never called. I provided all the documentation about it being covered under warranty and never offered any of my money back so I paid for services that were not needed and diagnostic charges that weren t correct and didn t fix the issue and they did not feel they owed me any of the money back. Treated very poorly when I brought up my concerns and all they were worried about was keeping their money not customer satisfaction. Even if they would have offered me the diagnostic fee back or the transmission fee back that would have been the right thing to do but they didn t care about that as I was not local and only in area as family member was dying. Now that I am back home my Mitsubishi office is taking care of me and very disappointed in this office as well. I d rather be on the side of the road than to go back here ever again.EDIT 8/9/23About a month ago the GM called us to make this right. Based on the conversation a full refund was given. Thank you for making this right!

I received a coupon from Mitsubishi and decided to take this opportunity to get my car ready for the winter season. I was greeted by Rich Spenard. He handled everything with Professionalism and Care. I have always taken my vehicle to this location but to my knowledge have never had Rich help me from start to finish. I think I will ask for him going forward. He was nice, professional, and thorough, and told me the things I needed to do immediately i.e. get my brakes and back tires replaced. I did NOT feel like he was trying to up-sell me but was genuinely giving me advice for the next steps. I appreciate the time he spent with me yesterday. I was working while having my car serviced and he exercised patience as I was completing my call. Kudos to Rich he deserves a day off with pay. As a female, I do not ALWAYS get this type of service. Rich I appreciate your kindness.PS... The last time I was there another gentleman allowed me to use his office to take a ZOOM meeting. Another stellar employee but I forgot to write a review. You know who you are. I appreciate you as well! Mitsubishi York, you have great employees. This is my 2nd vehicle... Maybe I'll purchase again.....
